  Was looking to paint the interior and exterior of my home to get it ready for the market. We owned the home for almost 8 years and never painted the exterior and I think it had been some time since the previous owners did as well. We had stucco cracks and some damaged wood on the exterior of the house, it was looking aged. (Home was built in 56). We also wanted to get the interior all one color and repair damage from nail holes and other things that two rowdy boys have done to it. We got a few estimates they were not the cheapest company, but they had good reviews on the internet and we wanted a good job done right. So we went with them, glad we did. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, the communication was always there, the crew was friendly and worked with us and our schedule. The house came out looking great almost sad to sell it now, but on to better things. Once we sell this and get into a new place we will be calling them again to get whatever it needs.. definitely recommended qualify house painting!

  We hired Tom to complete a 110 SF addition to our small home to add a bathroom to our master bedroom, as well as several other renovations: replace the roof on house, garage and patio; remove an interior wall to open up the kitchen; replace tile in the kitchen; replace a sliding glass door with French doors; exterior painting on home and garage; replace several windows with retrofit vinyl windows; replace our gas water heater; and painting of dining room and kitchen. The 110 SF addition ultimately resulted in a completely new master bedroom and bathroom, and I���ve attached some pictures of the final result. I obtained construction plans from a third party prior to hiring Tom, with Tom pulling permits for the approved plans and completing all construction thereafter. Initial cost was $91k and 3-4 months to complete. I���ll update cost when it���s wrapped completely, but only a few changes due to unforeseen issues. The job began mid-October 2018 and complete February 2019, so right on schedule. Most of the work has been done for the last month, but the rainy season caused some delays. Overall I appreciated Tom���s honesty, professionalism and responsiveness. His project manager Adam was involved later in the project and was similarly professional and responsive in all my dealings with him. All the subs hired by Tom were great, respectful of our home and easy to work with. My wife and I are detail oriented people, and while I���m sure Tom and Adam may have been annoyed at times with specific questions or requests we had during the project, they never let it show and were always willing to explain things and meet us to go over something if needed. We solicited five bids for our project and while Tom wasn���t the cheapest, he was not the most expensive either, and was still a good deal overall. His proposal was more detailed than most and he was open to adding additional detail to items as we requested. He provided a ton of references and my wife and I contacted several of them. All had great things to say and gave us great advice. One advised us that Tom at times makes assumptions about what his client would know. Since Tom is very patient and willing to answer as many questions as you have, it���s important that you speak up and ask questions, so as to avoid issues that may arise. Tom was good at pushing us to buy items needed during construction (e.g., flooring, fixtures, paint colors, etc.), but timing purchases can sometimes be challenging even so, due to timing of subs, inspections, and weather. Tom and his subs were very flexible through it all. I would definitely hire Tom again in the future should we have another big job to complete, and will recommend him to any friends and family in need of similar services. I���ve included some pictures of the master bedroom and bathroom and the new French doors. Poor weather at the moment, otherwise would include some of the exterior, which looks great as well. Will add later if possible.

  Sun American Builders

  Worst experience with a contractor ever. We paid and nothing was finished. They tore our house up and left all the trash on the side of the house. They don���t return any communication. We turned them in to the state license board. Dean if you don���t finish the project I want a total refund of all money paid.

  We contracted Build A Dream to do our exterior paint. They were very helpful and detailed in the work. They made sure that we were satisfied with the work. They also came back to check that the work was finished and inspected the job. They try to their best to give us the best possible arragenments to make it easy for us to do the payments. We were helped by Isaac and Gil project managers that came back to check the work . They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the final job.

  C & L Construction

  We hired C&L Construction after meeting with 3 different companies. We needed to paint the interior and the exterior of the house. They helped us pick the colors that match our house and our furniture. We are so happy with the result of the paint. We also let them change our base boards throughout the entire house, and they painted them as well. came out amazing! We also change our floors and the windows throughout the house to match each other. They did a great job we couldn't be happier with the results!

  Mike and his team at MDW are hands down the best in the business.  We have been absolutely amazed at their quality of work, and attention to detail in all phases of our project.
  
  We have a 17,000 sq ft fitness club, and made major upgrades to the facility recently with the help of Mike and his team.  The professionalism they displayed was exemplary from the time we first met to discuss the project until the time the project was complete.

  CHUCK'S PAINTING

  Chuck always does good work and his prices are very reasonable. Over the past 13 years Chuck has painted the exterior of my house and almost every room inside my house including window & door frames inside & out. Chuck put up crown molding in my living room, patched, repaired & painted the walls in my bathroom and kitchen and put up dry wall inside my garage. My new kitchen cabinets were delivered unfinished and Chuck painted them white before they were installed. I had a large cabinet built in the living room and Chuck spray painted it.   Five Star Painting of Corona

  These guys are awesome!!! Jay Sanchez came out at the appointed time and gave us a quote.  Although they may be a little more expensive, you get what you pay for.  We had a back garage door that was damaged, and asked if they could replace that too.  For a little more, they did it.  Jay was very careful to help us match the existing colors we already had on the house, as well as which colors went where. The house had not been painted in a very long time.  There was a lot of prep work.
  On the Friday before they started, the house was thoroughly pressure washed and allowed to dry for the weekend.  Everyone showed up Monday, on time, and ready to roll.  It took about a week, but the result was spectacular!  At the end of the job, the painters did a walk around with us and fixed any problems, which there were very few.  Then Jay came back and inspected the work himself.
  We would highly recommend All Pro, and down the road, will be using them for some interior work as well. From beginning to end, this was a very pleasant experience!
