  • I can't say enough good things about Bob and his son. We just moved into Mission Viejo, and I wanted to get new locks on the doors. Bob and his son were prompt, courteous, they did not up sell me on things I didn't need, their prices were very fair, and they were extremely fast. I would not hesitate to use RSM again, I hope the rest of the stuff we do with our home is this easy and efficient.

  • Scott Berryhill did an outstanding job detecting and repairing the perplexing and sudden power outage to three rooms of our home. He provided same-day service, and within a few hours of my phone call, detected and fixed the problem. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge, and highly recommend his services. If another problem ever arises, we'll definitely call him again.

  • Called Shubin Appliance Repair for a quote, left my phone number, and after a short while received a call back from Jeff, a Senior Technician. Jeff said he couldn't give a quote until he could actually see what the problem was. He came over after completing his current job and examined my Samsung French Door refrigerator. He found that a part at the very top of the door had come apart and was preventing the left refrigerator door from fully closing. He repaired the door and helped improve the appearance of the refrigerator by removing some of the old shrink wrap from the water dispenser. Since the repair was simple, and Jeff was a nice guy, he only charged me the inspection fee. The refrigerator works great and I'm very pleased with the work Jeff did and the price he charged me. I would certainly call Shubin Appliance Repair the next time I need a repair.

  • I bought a big deal and had them repalce my old thermostat. Great service all the way around. I'm very happy with my new thermostat. I've had experience with other HVAC companies and they've all been very pushy but JP was different. I'm very happy will continue using Air Care as my hvac contractor.

  • Our entire AC/Heating system stopped working after an Alps service visit. We hired two other companies to diagnose the problem. Both came to the same conclusion that Alps had put in the incorrect fuse in the circuit board which resulted in destroying both the circuit board and the blower motor. Replacement and labor cost to replace the board and motor was $4,400 (fortunately we still had one year left on our warranty, $400 was labor cost not covered by the warranty). When contacted by phone, Alps refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I then sent a letter and a photo of the fuse, along with a copy of the repair receipt from the other company that clearly stated that the reason for the breakdown was due to the wrong fuse. Alps did not respond to the letter sent via registered mail, and when contacted by phone I was disconnected. Up until this unfortunate incident, Alps had been the only company we had hired to service our system - which we had purchased from them almost 10 years ago. Additionally, during the service appointment when Alps put in the wrong fuse, the technician said our blower was very dirty and it should be cleaned. He gave a quote of over $500. When I asked the other two companies their opinions about the blower, both said it was unnecessary maintenance. When asked what their fee would be to clean a blower, the first company gave a quote of $170 and the second stated a range with $250 maximum.

  • The quality of the work (especially the tile) has been excellent and all of the workers were extremely professional. They cleaned up every day. I was able to acquire the key materials (tile, fixtures, shower door, and toilet) from the suppliers of my choice. At the time the work was done, this contractor (and others) were very busy juggling many home remodeling projects, so the work took a bit longer than expected. I have another bath to remodel and plan to invite Seacliff Builders to bid on the job.

  • I am very happy with the work performed as a result of our contracting with Repipe Specialist. The only caution is that the workers they use are not their employees. They contract outside shops to do the work. In our case, the work was done by Pipe-It-Right and we were very happy with them. The crews were hard working, worked well together, were considerate of our needs, and did a good job cleaning up. You might want to call Pipe-It-Right directly and see if you can save a few dollars. That said, we are very happy with the work we contracted through Repipe Specialist.

  • Diego was very knowledgeable about which plants would work best for my yard. I wanted to have lower maintenance, eco-friendly plants that were also safe for my dogs. All work was performed in a timely fashion, and all workers were friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable.

  • The technician did a great job of finding the problem. Due to his work he was able to identify the cut in a small vacuum line and avoid having to change out a $300 part. He had the issue resolved in about thirty minutes. I would use Dynamic Air again. The technician's name was Brandon Bowen.
