    Irvine Urgent Care
I would have to say that the urgent care of Irvine is absolutely awesome. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes to get in. Their timeliness and their professionalism stood out to me. They offer many services. They're great. There were a couple of times they missed up on some things for prescriptions.

    Irvine Urgent Care
They are okay. When you need to go to urgent care, they are fine. Overall, they are good. You get an appointment, there is always a doctor there like 24 hours. The office is quite clean. The customer service is okay, not that friendly I would say but they are fine.

    Kaiser Permanente Insurance
I took my daughter to the ER at the Kaiser hospital in Irvine, CA. It was not very crowded that night, so we got into a exam room almost immediately. She was seen fairly soon afterwards by one of the doctor's on duty. He determined that she needed to been seen by a specialist; however, it would soon be change-of-shift, and the specialist was currently at the Kaiser hospital in Anaheim. So, we were told, she would be seen at the beginning of shift by the specialist on-duty then. That meant we would have to wait two hours, at minimum. As it was, we waited almost four hours until she saw the specialist.
It was determined that she would need to be transferred to another hospital with better facilities to deal with her medical situation. So she was taken to another hospital, where she received excellent care. (She was there for seven days). Since her release from the hospital, Kaiser's doctors have done all of my daughter's follow-up care, and she has been quite happy and satisfied with the care she has received.
The visit to the ER cost us $100 out-of-pocket, as per our plan. We got a bill from the other hospital (which was outrageous), that showed Kaiser was paying only a portion of the bill. Apparently, they are actually paying all of it, though I don't quite understand what the bill was all about then, and why it showed otherwise.
Though I am very happy with the care my daughter received, I think what we pay as a family ($2,600+/month) is quite high. I also feel that Kaiser's scope of accepted medical practice is very narrowthey do not offer any sort of alternative medicine, and they seem to give their doctors little room to actually practice medicine outside of the very small Kaiser box. Their pharmacopeia is also limited, and even if you see a drug listed on their website, it does not mean that their doctors are actually able to prescribe it. It is also the case that Kaiser will offer some services/alternative medicine choices in one service area, but will not offer the same services in other areas. (And the size of the metro area is not the reason). I would love to see Kaiser very broadly widen the medical choices they offer to their subscribers.

    iHealthBrokers
While we didn't end up using iHealthBrokers.com for our insurance needs since a corporate plan came into the picture at the last minute, we would totally 100% recommend them for people searching for independent insurance.  Their quotes and knowledge were by far the best out of all the brokers we used.

    Ucla Dept Medicine Professional Group
The care was excellent. The nursing was wonderful. They are all highly educated and caring. This was the cardiac intensive care unit. They were focused on individuals. It had one on one care 24 hours a day.  It was great.  They are people that are in the top of their field. It was one nurse to one patient.  He was there two weeks after surgery and got brilliant care. They bring in other expert physicians.  They did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

    COSTCO
The price is great. I went to Rite Aid pharmacy who wanted to charge me $320.00 a month for a medication. The same medication is just $85.00 a month at Costco. They are really friendly. I had to ask the pharmacist a bunch of questions about effects from the medication and he gave me all good answers on that.

    Costco - Irvine
We've been going there for about 20 years. Their prices are really good. They are very functional. They have an excellent pharmacist. She is very helpful. She will give you all the help you need. That is just a wonderful place, and they are the lowest price in town.

    OptumRx Inc
They're good. They notify you 21 days before Rx is due. They're good about reminders before delivery as well. I've never had any problems and ndash; They've never sent anything wrong. They also let you know if there's a cheaper generic, so they try save you money.

We have moved my mother-in-law in there permanently. They did such a good job and the staff has been wonderful. Since she has moved in we have had many family members go to visit her and they have been very impressed also.

    PANF Health Clinic
The appointments are always on time unlike other practices. The doctors are good and they communicate with each other so there is no need to repeat yourself or ask if it?s okay to take the medication prescribed by the other doctor. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to work with.
