Fritzy’s Groomers are fully certified, certified by the Red Cross in Pet First Aid and Rescue and have Continuing Education Requirements. They are full employees, not contractors, with Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays.
Fritzy’s Customer Service Representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. They’re not commissioned and so are more interested in providing guidance and support than they are selling the most services. They are also full employees and receive the same benefits as our groomers.

Fritzy Fresh All the Time. Fritzy’s has a program for you. Whether it’s a weekly bath or an annual shave, we set up a schedule and make sure that it is always taken care of. No more worries about watching to see when you need grooming, scheduling a visit, running to the shop… I’m sure that you get the picture. Almost 30% of our customers aren’t home when we perform the services and 20% are performed at the office. Set it up and we will make sure your pets are always Fritzy Fresh. We’ll even make ensure you have the first pick of grooming times for special occasions, holidays, etc.
Trained by Fritzy’s. Our staff will help you learn to perform any of the services we provide. From proper brushing to nail trimming to teeth brushing, we know that our relationship will be long and loyal if we help you take care of your pet.
Full Salon on Wheels. The Fritzy Fresh Van is bursting with state-of-the -art tools, supplies and equipment. It is fully self-contained, yet fashioned with umbilical connections for the best service at your convenience. The utility closet in the rear, houses the tanks for fresh and dirty water, plumbing, power distribution and storage. While the dirty water is just that “dirty”, it is a mixture of natural organics that when released in planted areas, feeds the plants and biotic environment. The center section is the “Salon”. Peak inside and check it out. To your left is the warm water hydrotub, complete with all of the supplies and accessories to perform the bath portion of the Fritzy Fresh Spa Treatment. Directly in front of you, is the grooming station, complete with hydraulic table, drying blower, ClipperVac and all of the supplies and accessories to make your pet Fritzy Fresh!
Fritzy’s is unusual. We have our own R&D organization that continuously improves the tools, equipment, process and procedure. We measure our performance and get feedback to make improvements. Grooming services provided for my pets for over 2 years at $519+ tip/week. Hired services at hourly rate of $89/hr. Groomer had been charging us an extra hour fee for her "lunch break", and stated it was "part of the service". RIDICULOUS and a RIP OFF. DO NOT GO HERE. Spent $60,000 here for 2 years, WILL NEVER GO BACK.
