    ML Electrical
Without the slightest hesitation I would recommend Marcos to provide any electrical service you may need. He made himself available within 24 hours of my call. On the day of service I received a phone call from him @ the requested time telling me he was running about 15 minutes behind. He arrived within 10 minutes. An extremely professional, pleasant and cheerful man he very quickly assessed the problem I was having and had everything wrapped up in about an hour and at the estimated (and fair) price. He even added an additional feature at no extra charge. I will certainly use him again for any electrical service I may need.

Cory Brandt Group - RE/MAX Integrity
When we called Cory, he came right over and immediately went into action on what we needed to do to our house to make it ready to sell. Cory has the knowledge and expertise to make it all happen. He has all the furniture and accessories to stage your house to look fantastic and move in ready. Cory kept us apprised of all the negotiations and was always quick to return our calls when we had questions. He is up-to-date on neighborhoods, schools, locations, prices, etc. Cory is on top of his profession. He got us full price and sold our home in less than a month. We would highly recommend Cory.

    K D Milton's Home Inspection
Ken was early to the site (beat us by 10 minutes), thoroughly professional and took time to answer any questions we had during the home inspection process. Even though it was the 4th of July holiday weekend, he still agreed to meet us on Sat morning for the inspection. The following morning (Sun) we received a comprehensive inspection report online. It could also be printed to a pdf for future reference. In all, I cannot recommend Ken highly enough. There's a reason he has an "A" rating on Angie's List and it's because he performs outstanding work at a competitive price. Highly recommended if you need a no-stone-left-unturned home inspection as part of your escrow. Oh, and in closing, he even outdid the termite inspector who stated in his report the roof eaves "were inaccessible due to height". (The home in question is an A-frame mountain cabin with a pitched roof that is 20+ feet high.) Ken, however, had the appropriate equipment and scaled the steeply-pitched top of the house as part of his inspection.

I was not there but I think it turned out okay.  He was great.

This is a lie. I did not type this. Does this company have similar reviews?

I bought a small cottage that had had a flood from a burst pipe.  As a result we needed to remove all of the walls and floors to the studs.  As the house was older (1957) and since it was all open I figured we might as well replace all of the electrical wiring.  It was a job that required focus and problem solving and figuring out (without my knowing yet) what I was likely to need.  I was very impressed with Jevon and his work ethic.  He made himself available whenever there was something new needed or a problem.  It was a chaotic time with all of the demolition and workers, etc.  He was always focused, thorough and worked quickly and competently   And he was (though sometimes challenged by my questions and ignorance of electrical matters) clear and kind.
I just recently installed my new kitchen and the plumber who installed my dishwasher remarked that the electrical was very well planned and guessed who did it:  Jevon Browning!  I am very happy that he was recommended to me and that I hired him.

    Cornerstone Roofing
The work was done on time and initial repairs were done to our satisfaction. However, the company has apparently gone out of business and the owner has moved out of California.  When we phoned to have a repair done a few months after the job was completed, we were unable to contact the owner at the phone or email address that we had and he has not returned our phone calls or emails.  Some of the work that we had expected the contractor to do (specifically the replacement of several skylights) was never done.  This was in part due to the difficulty of finding replacements for the unique skylights.  We have now discovered a leak in an area of the roof that they repaired.  Because we have not been able to contact the contractor, we have now had to go to a second roofing contractor to complete the job.  Since the contractor (Cornerstone Roofing) is not standing behind his warranty, I feel they should not be used by anyone and should be taken off of Angie's list.

    Idyllwild Appliance
We have called on Chris at Idyllwild Appliance several times to repair kitchen appliances.  He has always been punctual and has always been able to solve the problem, even when the manufacturer has not been forthcoming with needed information, as was the case in this instance.
We highly recommend Chris for all your appliance needs.

    Sure Safe EFS
I filled out a contact form on the SureSafe website. Business owner Art Angelo contacted me to discuss our problems.  He sent out Mel to look at our situation and tell us about the process.  He took photos and measurements and we had our estimate shortly thereafter.
The process took two days to complete due to snowy weather in Pine Cove.  They came out on Wednesday and installed all the supports and readied the bags to receive concrete.  Then, on Friday, they returned to pump concrete.  The crew was directed by Mickie and included Mel and Rob who operated the concrete pumper.
All of them were outstanding to work with and Rob in particular was a life saver.  He arrived to find considerable snow and some ice on the road leading to my cabin.  He was concerned with the Concrete Truck operating on the ice and contacted someone to plow the road.  By the time the Concrete Truck arrived the road was completely free of ice.
Immediately after the job was completed our front door was once again aligned and could be shut and locked!  The floor is so much more solid and we feel we were very fortunate to find SureSafe, Art Angelo, Mickie, Mel and Rob.  I could not more highly recommend them.

    Brian Johnson
As a person, Brian is nice; however, he doesn't show up until he feels like it if at all which is usually around 11 am and then piddles around for an hour and then goes to lunch for an hour plus, then comes back and piddles around for a couple more hours and leaves and then bills you for 8 hours on the days you aren't around and on the ones you are around he either doesn't show up or comes for a couple and still pads the bill.  One week his son came and billed me for 40 hours because he said his father couldn't come.  His father, Brian, turned around and billed me for 40 hours for that week.  . His work is OK.  Not great.  He doesn't do what you ask him to do and then to fix it he wants to bill you more.  it took him over two months to put galvanized on the front of my house. I would come home one week and there would be two more sheets of galvanized on my house for which he would bill me 40 hours.  So I guess if you are going to work with him, DO NOT LET HIM BILL YOU BY THE HOUR YOU WILL GET TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.  That was my mistake and I paid dearly for it.  He also doesn't clean up his mess.  He came back two months later to get his ladder and I asked him to clean up his mess, some of which is still here.

    On Time Home Repair-John Mathys
Originally called John to help install new water heater - he did a great job! He was very responsive to my needs.
Then, after calling a roofing contractor for an estimate to re-roof three small shed roofs and getting a very high estimate, I called John. He bid way less and offered to let me pick up the materials at Lowe's for even more savings! The net savings was more than half the original contractor's estimate and John's work was very professional!
As an aside, John also maintains the computers, network and internet connections for our water district office - he is truly a jack of all trades! And, seemingly, master of all!
