ASuperior Carpet CleaningAmazing! Tony was very quick to reply. He worked with my schedule and location. We had bought sofas and sofa beds as used. Needed them cleaned before anyone used them due to cleanliness but also the COVID situation. He got all the stains out and made everything look brand new. He even had a time slot open up last minute and reached out if he could come then which worked out perfectly bc it got the job done even sooner. They were super patient with me and answered all my concerns, they also gave me a FREE quote. They were on time and did an amazing job on-site. I was really happy with the results. I was worried in the beginning because I have had experiences in the past with other companies that give a really low price and end up "up-selling" once they come and finish the work. ATechnician was friendly and professional. He took the time to really work on the dirtiest parts of my carpet. Estimate time for carpet drying was 10 hours. That was right on point. If you would like a carpet protector put on, ask for that to be added to your quote. I did not do that and had to pay more at the end of the cleaning. I would hire Zerorez again. Thanks.

Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.
