    They were professional and had a great customer service. They came on time wrapped everything so well and fast. When we unwrapped everything we were so happy because the furniture was perfect and we didn't find even a scratch on the appliances. We are so pleased with the service and we recommend it very much. Excellent service all around.

    They've done work at various houses for us. They helped a relative move in the last month. Our house, had some stuff redone in the house and we had them to come in to move some stuff around. They put stuff out in the garage while work was being done. They are very reasonable. The thing I like best about them is that they don't mess stuff up. They wrap everything with either blankets or bubble wrap. I live in a three story house and getting to the third floor can be a challenge to get to with some of these awkward things. There is no damage to the walls...it's just incredible. We use them a bunch plus all of our family have used them. 

    The last time we used them, we had to move bulky furniture around so that some stuff could be done in our house. We had some flooring cleaned, painting things; we had to move stuff around so they could get to things. They've actually moved my whole house in this area. They have moved a whole house full of stuff.

    I am so happy with the Bringpro service and its the best money I spent in this whole office move ordeal. The guys that came were professional, fast and careful with all my items. I couldn't have imagined making the move myself with the hassle of renting a truck, hiring people to help and this was by far the best price for the service. Thank you for accommodating my schedule and setting everything up in the new location!

    Only pros: Two movers, Payton and Dennis texted the day before the scheduled move to confirm.  Payton and Dennis also texted the day of the move.  They showed up on time, they took great care with wrapping and moving every object.  They also went out of their way to do a split move, including taking stairs and personal care in stride.  
    Both movers realized they were working with people that had handicaps, and insisted on doing everything.  We did not have to lift a thing.  
    They moved a 2 story home into a downsized condo with caring and pleasantness.  What a relief.  Payton and Dennis even took some things upstairs a spiral staircase that they were not expecting, and did it with a smile.
    Lovely, lovely people.
    Thank you to the corporation for answering the phone in person and helping us to pick the best move package.
    Thank you to the movers, who didn't even blink when we accidentally took them to the wrong storage unit.  I would use and recommend Pro Movers of Orange County to anyone.  They were fantastic.

    Move was the best move we have ever had. We moved from Las Vegas NV to HB CA and we had a great experience. They loaded us on a Monday brought 4 movers to speed up the load which I appreciated and arrived Tuesday morning at 8am at my apt in HB CA. They called us 45 minutes before arriving. I wasn't able to be at the offload end do to my work schedule but they made it very easy for my wife to handle. Thank you for the best service.

    Looked like a good deal for the service we needed, but unfortunately on the day of our move I got a call saying the 3 man crew that was already running late could no longer make it. We had to move out that day so they provided a different two man team instead. Apparently it was a family emergency for the 3 man crew driver, so I don't blame him for that, but would prefer a better contingency plan than what was provided. The two guys who showed up really earned they money plus a good tip but they were exhausted and struggling towards the end, which I don't blame them for either as it was no way a 2 man job. After some sturdy negotiating from my wife with their office we got a small refund on the difference between a 2 and 3 man deal, but it wasn't easy. Probably just a bad day but one that could't have been more poorly timed.

    This move could not have gone any worse. 

    1. The estimator comes to our house.  Stays for 10 minutes and gives me an abbreviated inventory with a 15% price cap for if we go over.  Ok.

    2.  We consolidate our belongings, even get rid of a lot of things to ensure that we don't go over what the estimator priced us at. 

    3. The day of the move comes, they come, and remove all of our things and they're off. 

    4. While we're en route to the other side of the country, James from ALL AMERICAN VAN LINES INC calls me and informs me that the price is going to be $1,600 more than what we agreed on.  That's $600 above the guaranteed price cap.  He informs me that the inventory is 1/3 more than what was quoted.  Mind you, I REMOVED things from the house.  So, now I have to fight with him not to just honor the price they quoted, but to honor the price cap! 

    5. In order for them to honor the price cap, James demanded that I give ALL AMERICAN VAN LINES INC a glowing review on Angie's List. 

    6. The driver calls us from out of state saying that the moving crew on the departing end didn't complete a California pest inspection form and that his truck had to be sealed and witnessed by a State of California official. 

    7. The driver arrives at our house.  A State of California official has to come to break the seals on the truck. 

    8. Helpers come to help him unload our belongings.  They unload the truck. 

    9. We have 16 items that are broken and/or missing.  A large sofa is soaked with water and has mildewed.  It smells so bad one of the guys unloading it comments, "You have mildew in this."  A large mirror has water within the shrink wrap and has ruined the wood.  Our things have been left out in the rain or water has been allowed to leak on them!! 

    10.  All of the hardware to our furniture was not kept with the items and was lost.  Most of our beds do not have the hardware to put them back together.  The guys that were there to re-assemble the furniture 1) had no idea that was part of their job 2) had no way of accomplishing this because they had none of the hardware. 

    11.  We are currently battling with this company to file claims on all of our ruined items.  All of this is valued at around $2,500.  They are dodging our calls and not calling us back.

    Rich called me at the appointment time to let me know that he was going to be 20-30 minutes late. At the time he asked if my move date was flexible because he had a large move that he may need to do that day. I told him I was flexible to move a day earlier, but not a day later... which didn't work for him. When he arrived we walked through the house and he wrote the estimate. He again let me know about this other potential big move, so if I wanted him to do my move then I should let him know as soon as possible. I shook his hand and told  him we were on for 6/22. 
    I sent him an email that evening as I remembered the offer on Angie's List of $20 for $75 worth of service; however, when I went back on Angie's List the offer had changed to $35 off any moving service. He called me at nearly 9:00 PM in response to the email telling me he didn't have any offers like that and couldn't afford to do it. He said something about how he can't give away $75 worth of moving service for these small moves. He told me that Angie's List encourages him to make these offers, but that he had never agreed to them and would call them the next day to clear it up. I told him that he should get that straightened out because I was looking at this coupon for $35 off and if he wasn't going to make these offers that he needed to monitor his site for what Angie's List was posting. I told him I still wanted to use his service and he offered me $20 off the fuel charges.
    Two days later I got a call from Rich telling me that he wasn't going to be able to do my move because one of his trucks broke down.  Seemed strange to me that my move was 2 weeks away and he was going to be out of a truck for that amount of time. He had told me at our initial meeting that he was booked solid for several weeks as this was their busy season... I can't imagine that he was cancelling that many moves rather than getting his truck fixed. To me, he obviously got the bigger job and needed the truck he was going to use for my move.
    That is extremely poor customer service and I would imagine he stays in business more from these "smaller" moves while waiting for the occasional big move. Today the $35 off any moving service coupon is still showing on this site!!

    Tanoise and Chris showed up right on time and worked efficiently in moving all the heavy furniture from my third floor condo to my new home nearby.  Everything made the trip well-protected and padded thanks to their attention to detail and precision in transporting my items down three flights of stairs.  I previously moved most of my items myself which helped limit the time the move took.  ProMovers requires a three hour minimum and double drive time, with a minimum of 30 minutes (my new house was only 5 minutes away).  Overall a very easy move and transaction.  I plan to use them again if I ever need movers.
