    ClemCo Plumbing
There are a few types of service professionals that you just need to have honest and reliable people ready to go when trouble arises. Mechanics and plumbers are by far the most important. Going through life you'll need them - guaranteed. I'm so grateful to have found Clem at Clemco. He is honest, hardworking, and experienced. He doesn't just give you a quote and expect you to make a decision, he explains the issue, tells you his process for repairing and walks you through exactly what you should expect from him so you can make an informed decision. Just like car repair, much of plumbing starts with discovery to find the cause of the issue and to realize exactly what will be required to repair. If there is a clog or a noise or low water pressure investigation is the first step. Clem literally walks you through this process and involves you like no other plumber we've used. He shows you what he finds and explains exactly how it all works in easy to understand terms. We use him almost exclusively for our property management and real estate business. He leaves the jobsite cleaner than when he arrived and he troubleshoots more quickly than any other plumber we've ever hired. His prices are reasonable and he really takes pride in his work and in maintaining relationships with his customer. I still despise plumbing issues but I don't fear them as much as I once did because I have the best plumber that I know will be here to help me in a moments notice.

OC BBQ Cleaning & Repair LLC
I have a 15+ year old BBQ Galore Turbo gas grill.  I love this BBQ and for what I have replaced in parts I could have probably bought a new one!
I search Angie's List for BBQ cleaning and repair.  This BBQ had never been professionally cleaned and I was having a problem with the gas regulator and the burners. I spoke with Lou (owner) told him of my issues with the BBQ and an appointment was scheduled the next day with Scott.  Scott arrived promptly and quickly got to work.  He was able to hook up a new gas line and valve (I provided) and thoroughly cleaned and polished the BBQ.  He worked nearly 2 1/2 hours consistently.  One of my grill stone grates had rotted off so he drilled in a screw that would hold the grate in place and above the burner.
My BBQ looks brand new!  It was the best $150 I have spent in a long time.  I would recommend Lou's company and expecially Scott without hesitation!

    Crandall's Plumbing Inc.
I called the office and Kathy helped me with making the appointment. She was very friendly and prompt about getting someone out right away. Jared came out today to re-plumb the gas pipes that go the gas meter. SoCal Gas is installing new meters at every house in OC, and my pipes needed to be re-plumbed to fit the new meter appropriately. Jared was on time, super friendly and very professional. I had him to quote a bathroom plumbing project while he was here. I will definitely hire Crandall's again, and will be using them for the bathroom project. Thank you so much Jarrod and Kathy!! I would highly recommend this team! :)

    PIPES PLUMBING

After working with Pipes Plumbing on several projects that have included simple work to full scale emergency flood remediation, I have found them to have consistently exceeded my expectations.  This last project required coordination with tenants, contractors, suppliers, workers, etc.  Consistent with all of my prior experiences, Pipes Plumbing handled each aspect flawlessly.  Their organization/customer service is impeccable. Their workers are clean, honest, trustworthy people that you would trust in your home when you were out of town with zero concern.  The quality of work is second to none.  Pipes Plumbing is sincerely heads and shoulders above any other contractor I have ever encountered in my business and home use of contractors and service providers.

I have literally used Pipes Plumbing on over 50 jobs and projects over the last 8 years and continue to be amazed with their quality of work and straight-forward, honest approach.  I would recommend them to anyone and would gladly offer a personal recommendation to anyone wishing to perform a reference check.

    Phill's Plumbing
Knowing I had a party planned for July 4th, Phill and his team worked all day on Saturday to put in a new gas line to my BBQ.  This was necessary because the old galvanized piping was leaking gas and it was clear that it was leaking far into the ground and not fixable.  (Besides, galvanized steel is no longer 'code').
This entailed digging down 18" and about 6" wide  for about 40 feet from the house to the grill.  Phill and his team were careful to lay down tarp to collect all the dirt, and layer out the sod in sequence so that it could be replaced in order it was removed.  They dug under and through 2 planter beds that were contained by small retaining walls, making sure not to disturb the irrigation pipes in the lawn and in the planter, as well as, not disturbing the planter lights, the electrical wiring to the BBQ area and the coax cable to an outside TV.  It did require a new pipe above ground along our outer stucco wall, but Phill kept it clean and neat and as professional as possible.  The piping underground is now 'up to code' and handled by Polyethylene tubing that will not leak or corrode like the metal pipes.  Connections from the Polyethyene piping to the galvanize piping were all wrapped to ensure proper insulation against the elements.   Included with the Polyethyene tubing is a tracking wire that will allow us/future owners to know where the tubing is so as not to damage it while digging near it.
They started at 8am and worked until 6pm, making sure everything was put back where it originally was.  Aside from some cuts in the grass, it is hard to tell the work that has been done!
It was a large expense, but I am glad that we are able to use our grill without fear of leaking gas.  Phill is very knowledgeable and experienced in this type of work and knew exactly what needed to be done.

    Rare Earth Systems
Chris and his team at Rare Earth Systems did an amazing job on my back yard.  I never thought I would post a review about anything, but other people need to know about this guy and his crew.  Chris is honest, his crew is incredibly fast and he saved me a lot of money.
We found mildew underneath our downstairs carpet and needed it fixed. Turns out  it was a drainage problem that needed to be addressed. We called four or five different contractors in to give us an estimate on lowering our back yard 10 inches,  creating drains and piping that would run into the street, installing pavers, adding an irrigation system, laying sod, running a gas line and building a fire pit. Chris and rare earth systems came in way cheaper than the other contractors and his time frame was 3-4 days compared to 7-14 days from the other guys=no brainer.  I had my doubts about the the time frame considering how much work was to be done, but Chris and his crew were awesome and completed all of it within 4 days.
Chris went above and beyond my expectations. He helped us save money throughout the whole process.  He did this by sharing his experiences with picking the correct materials,  talking us out of overspending on something that was going to need replacing in 10 years,  and creating a beautiful functioning backyard that will never need replacing.
If you are looking to get the most bang for your buck on your house from honest people then Chris and rare earth systems are your people. Thanks Chris!

    Tim Moffett Plumbing
Communication was done very well by both Ray and the home office.  I was not able to be at the home during the repairs, and whenever I had questions the home office found Ray and my call was returned usually within the hour.  Ray was also proactive in explaining everything that was wrong and what the options were with the repair.Tom Moffett Plumbing uses a structure price plan.  I'm unfamiliar with what the price should be for such a job, but they did everything right the first time; which is great!

    Phill's Plumbing
He showed up timely.  Estimated the dollar amount and time required for the job.  Returned to complete the job at the time he advised and charged what he quoted.  Left the area clean.  This is the third time I have used this company and each time they have done a great job.

    Spar Plumbing
They came out quickly and fixed our gas leak. The city building inspector came out and said we passed inspection. He was very impressed with their quality of work. I felt the owner of Spar Plumbing was very professional, cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done, and his price was very reasonable. He was very careful in removing and replacing our plants. I would recommend Mr. Michael Niezgodski, the owner of Spar Plumbing, without reservations.

    Fix and Build Construction
Very well. We could not afford to do this all at once, so Brett did everything but the patio cover (which is very big and has roofing to match the rest of our house) at the end of summer, and came back to make the cover before Christmas. He and his crew did an excellent job and were professional and considerate.
