David was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the initial call and consultation we tossed ideas back and forth, his vision was exactly what I was looking for. He promptly sent images of ideas and websites for me to review and even though we didn't exactly meet at times he was flexible to accept my idea and in the end we came up with something I am very proud of! To be honest...there where issues, but not with him! He came through and directed his team to fix not only things I found, but even things that did not fit his image of perfection....he never flinched, his quality was excellent and did not let his team fall behind! AConstruction MastersI RARELY write reviews, but I want to explain why I am so BLESSED to have found Construction Masters! I was put in charge of helping my family remodel their home in Encino. There were many things that needed to be done: installing new tile, repairing gates and doors; restoring original bannisters, dry rot, kitchen and 2-bathroom remodels - some major things but also all the odds and ends. The quality of the work, attention to detail, the range of technical expertise was above and beyond. The workers were hard working, efficient, and highly professional, often going above and beyond to give the little extra care to the home. Throughout the whole project it was ***easy to communicate****, easy to schedule, timelines and options were clear. I could be at work and know that everything would take care of everything for me. Remodeling can be unpredictable but any problems that arrived were handled proactively. Quality service and customer service! You have a fan for life! Thank you, Construction Masters.- Debra O.

Refused to replace a faulty part, citing liability of company that could not give me a warranty on replacement due to age/condition of unit overall. alright. ALerman AppliancesVery well, Joseph was very quick, repsonding the same day and when the part came in, he was very accommodating. FOk on October 28 technician Rob came out and assessed my dryer. He said it was a fuse he charged me $250 to fix it. The very next day it went out again. He was off and had to come the next day. He came out and said the fuse needed to be replaced. Well I thought I already paid for that but whatever he got it to start. It was moving a lil slower but he said just put less clothes. It worked for 3 weeks and stopped again. We called back and they said we needed to pay another consultation fee even though it was the same problem. Well they sent Rob back out and now he says it was the motor. I'm totally upset I feel like the just took my money. The motor was never mentioned to even be a possible problem. I requested a refund from Rob and he said he would let the company know but it has been 3 days and no one has even answered my calls or even bothered to reach out. Hopefully I can update this review with a positive ending as for now I would not recommend this company to any one... Update: after calling and calling we finally called from a google number and they returned our call on the google number so clearly they are avoiding us. He acknowledged he seen the negative review I left on thumbtack but still never reached out to resolve the issue he said he would talk to Rob about giving us a refund but here we are days later and no refund... I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before doing any business with them because they are a scam they robbed me of $250 and my dryer in not working

AWent great! Anthony texted ahead of arrival with eta. He showed up on schedule, was very professional and gave great advice while checking out various possibilities for the problem. Ultimately due to the dishwasher being over 5 years old and no simple solution, we decided it would not be cost effective to undertake the major repairs that solving the problem would entail. Anthony advised that the dishwasher was safe to use until it no longer functions at all. He was very friendly, helpful and gave great advice. I heartily recommend Anthony and Don’s Appliances!!!

APaul was the 6th tech we had out to resolve our kitchenaid fridge leak-no one else was able to figure out the problem. He diagnosed and gave us expert advice on how to proceed (mold removal from improper installation) and explained everything to us clearly and patiently. This is a perfect example of why only reputable experts should be hired to install appliances. We have been living with black mold growing in the walls behind our cupboards since we bought the house 3 years ago! Thanks to Paul and MD Tech LLC we can finally fix an issue that has been festering and putting our health in danger. I cannot recommend him more highly-superb knowledge and fair rates. Definitely our go-to for appliances from now on!
