Absolutely amazing, efficienct and professional! Mike and his partner came inspected the problem and quickly resolved and recommended help on keeping main pipes clear. They both have wonderful advice and even threw in a little extra work to fix a leaking faucet. Very, very nice guys who werent pushy or rude at all . I would highly recommend Coles services ! Their prices are very reasonable and the work is extremely professional, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Definitely ask for Mike, I highly recommend him hes the best!

I got my money refunded from Angies List. Could not trust the company after all the upcharging they were trying to pull. The were asking for $1420 in addition to the $1999.00 I already paid as part of the Angies List deal.

The first visit out was great. I thought the tech, Shaun, was knowledgable and professional. He told me it was a leak and since he couldn't locate it at that visit, he would put a UV dye in and easily locate it later. He recommended a follow up not earlier than 3 weeks, no later than 6 weeks. I made an appt the next day for 3 weeks later. No show. I called and the receptionist she said she'd call me right back. She didn't. A week later and I had a new appt. no show again. A few days later I had yet a new appointment made. Third no-show. They called me this evening and offered to have a tech come tonight. He showed up! The tech couldn't fix the problem tonight. I'll be using another company to complete my repairs.

    Mike Cowden Plumbing
It went great, Mike and his team came out and inspected our home since it was built in 1941. He needed to make sure that it could take a certain type of AC unit. Once confirmed they installed all new vents for central air since we didnt have anything, and he installed the AC unit in the attic and outside. It went very smooth. Also he installed an easy pull down ladder to get into our attic since we didnt have one before. All in all I was very pleased and loved our AC once done.

The job that was originally done last year got botched. They were nice enough to send someone back out, but the job was botched to begin with. The rep was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It probably took him half an hour to complete the job. Part of what he did was provided Freon. The reason why it needed more Freon was because it was botched back in September. So there was leaking that occurred between September and March. I thought that they would just give it to me for nothing, but he charged me for it. Apart from that, in my opinion, the cost of Freon was too high. This was an eye-awakener. I think this is probably fairly common in the industry. But, these plumbing repair places seem to be more marketing companies than they are plumbing companies in that they come in here and just want to not solve the problem, but they want to sell you stuff. They use high pressure. In fact, the gentleman that I subsequently worked with was very cooperative and very helpful after the September experience. His title was a sales manager. Why does a plumbing company need a sales manager? These are marketing people, these are not plumbers. That's my perspective.

It was just outrageous. It was somewhere around $700 or something like that for less than an hour and a half of work. The rep was courteous. In my opinion, the rep was not knowledgeable and in essence did not know what to do to properly assess the problem, which manifested when the second rep came out in 2016. He right away saw the problem and he right away solved it. They should give him more product knowledge. Everything flows from there. After that I talked to the sales manager and he was very cooperative. In fact he knocked off about $100 off the thing.

    Manny's Heating and Air Conditioning
Manny and his employees did a great job installing heating and air conditioning in my house. They were easy to work with, polite, professional and the price was fair. They cleaned up everything when they left each day. The work was finished in the time estimated. I would highly recommend them (and already have recommended them to my friends)!

    JW Heating and Air
I purchased two Big Deals for $69 each.  Before coming out, someone from JW heating called to get information regarding the furnaces that need servicing.  I have an old floor furnace and a wall furnace.  I was informed that the company does not service floor furnaces, and I could call Angies List for a refund on one of the Big Deals.
On the scheduled day, one guy from JW heating arrived on time to service the wall heater.  The wall heater is quite old too, but was still working until the pilot went out during the first storm.  The serviceman  could not get the pilot lit.  I was told maybe the valve needed to be replaced, but that was no guarantee that the pilot light would come on.  Since the heater over 20 years old, both JW Heating and I decided it was not worth servicing.  I was told that the company would send me a refund because they could not charge me if no service was performed.  The worker was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

    Service All-Stars

Our furnace went out on us just as the weather went from extremely hot to cold.  We called over a few companies for an estimate on getting the furnace replaced.  One of the companies we called was Service All-Stars.  What a great decision!  Jaime was great in explaining to us all the details involved in choosing a new furnace and that set him apart from the rest.  He took the time to look everything over in fine detail.  The day of the install the new furnace the crew and whatever else they needed was all there on time.  They took their time in getting it done right and now we are all warm again!

    Westside Heating & Air Conditioning
After last summer, we agreed it was time for AC.  I took several bids and Westside was firmly in the middle.  When getting the estimate, I appreciated that they listened to what I wanted.  We were able to make small tweaks to the bid in a timely fashion and schedule the install. I felt that they suggested just the right amount of work for our needs.  Some bids were overkill and others I was suspicious that would leave me with a good system.  We were able to add on to an existing, newer furnace system without any problem.  The team was very communicative...letting me know when they would arrive and what they needed to move things forward.  It was a two day install and the team arrived on time both mornings and got right to work.  The updates to the heating system have made it very quiet.  I have not tested the AC yet (because... February), but everything seems in good working order.  They cleaned up very well and it was like they never were there.  In general, I wish all of my projects were so easy.  I was (intentionally) doing this project during the slow season, but if you have to wait during the busy season it may be worthwhile to get someone who knows what they are doing (either for install or repair), and really gets the job done.  Westside is an excellent provider.
