JG team showed up at the appointed time surveyed the work to be done and appeared to take good notes. The estimate, along with others arrived in a timely manner, upon review I noted I wished to add additional scope. The builder said they'd get back to me. Over the period of a month no update was provided despite multiple emails, phone calls and text. Not sure if I got lost in the shuffle or what ....
