    Morgan Construction
Dan and his guys did excellent work. There were a lot of small pieces to this job. Dan made all of it come together. Many of the contractors showed little interest because it wasn't a massive remodel. Not Dan. He treated it as if it were a whole house remodel. I would recommend them to others.

Installation went well, very happy with the new door, however, Rich was supposed to come back to paint the door and has not done so. He cancelled my appointment for July 28th and has not returned my 3 calls to reschedule. I have already paid for the paint and would like the job finished.

After six months of back and forth with electricians getting quotes, Richard came in, assessed the situation and in 45 minutes had the dishwasher up and running -- and at a very fair price. In addition, he explained how the dishwasher worked as well. He also hauled the old one away. In addition, I have asked him to come back and do additional work because I was happy with his professionalism.

    Kim Whitby
Kim's work was ok, a bit sloppy on the expoxy, drips, just not clean enough. Although Kim is a very nice person, and I was told he would charge an hourly rate of X amount. It didn't turn out that way and I didn't catch it until after he left, so I do take a bit of responsability in not asking about it. However the big surprise came when I was given his estimate. Over $16,000 for work that should not have estimated over $6K. If his rate was what he stated, this job he was estimating would have taken over 120 much as I would like to refer Kim, I don't feel good about it. Next time his estimating should reflect his initinal quoting of his hourly rate, which I did find acceptable, however it didn't turn out this way and he broke up the estimate as a job, however $5600 to power wash a home, albeit it's a large home and $3200 to paint a set of french doors was over the top.

    Kim Whitby
Kim was very prompt in responding to my emails. He showed up within the time window and was very personable.
My primary project was to either fix or replace a leaking bathroom sink faucet. I had also compiled a short list of other projects in the event that the faucet was fixed under the allotted two hour time frame.
It was determined that the faucet did need to be replaced and Kim proceeded to dismantle the old fixture. In the process the p-trap broke which was not Kim's fault (it was old and corroded). Since he is a handyman and not a plumber he did not have the part in his truck so I offered to go to the hardware store to pick up a new one - this increased the time of the installation making it go over the 2 hour limit that I had paid for. Kim was very kind in not charging me for the overage.
I am very happy with the the job that he did and would definitely use his services again.

    A Z Handyman Services Inc
Just moved to an new apartment that has a few concrete walls and needed pictures and a few really heavy mirrors hung accordingly.  Joe knew exactly how to do the job effectively.  He kicked out my long "Honey-Do" list in just under 2 hours.  Now all the million boxes that were in my living room are in the recycle bin and now I can enjoy my new life here.
He is a very pleasant, hardworking, knowledgeable guy who has a great sense of humor, and  a good heart.  It was a pleasure having him help me settle into my new place.
Kudos, Joe.  You're a keeper. Anyone who needs any work done will surely hear about Joe Rizzo from me.

    Cosentinos All About Home Repairs
It was a very difficult job with a lot of ambiguity. The work was OK, the scheduling of the work and the costing was fair. We never really knew what the costs were going to be and the job was kind of managed around other jobs and therefore not completed in a timely fashion. It as a very hard job and he did well with what he faced and therefore for tough jobs I would use Alberto again.

    Sid Morris
Sid came to my house to provide a quote on an install of a doggie door.
When he arrived, he spent a good 30-45 minutes with me discussing all the options, but in the end his recommendation was that the door I had was not going to be the best option for me and that we would be better off either getting a different size if we still wanted to proceed.
He was extremely courteaous and honest and he refused any money for his time and effort - I believe he drove quite a bit to get to my house as well.
So although I cannot judge the quality of his work, I can share my experience with the quality fo his character and I was impressed and delighted!

Handyman was called to service my tankless water heater (flush, filter cleaning, etc.) On arrival, he found that the water heater was not properly installed (did not have a proper flushing bib). On looking at my manual and the service necessary, I agreed that the repair was needed and authorized him to do the work in addition to the servicing required.
After purchasing the necessary supplies, he completed the work required. We now have proper water flow in the house (dirty water filter was the problem) at what I thought was a reasonable cost. Future servicing will be much cheaper with the addition of the flushing bib.

    Cosentinos All About Home Repairs
He s Cosentino  could see what needed to be fixed and went about it professionally.  Very satisfied with his work and he didn't  need much direction.  We have been desperately searching for someone to help us with various projects around the house.  We have been looking for someone who is responsive, does excellent work, clean, and responsible.   We finally found what we were looking for in Alberto!  We are already discussing our next project with him.He is prompt, professional, and neat. He left all work spaces clean. I am going to definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him. Thanks Mr Alberto.
