    Autobahn Motors Collision
    The collision shop is recommended by Peter Pan BMW as an authorized center, which made me suspicious, but their service changed my mind. They worked with the insurer (other party hit me) and were able to keep my car from being totaled by giving a fixed bid. The work was, and remains, top notch--front right was hit by a garbage truck, damaging the hood, front and right side panels. Internal damage was evaluated after tear-off, and they repaired 1 panel and replaced the rest to stay under the cost where the car would be totaled. The self-directing headlights worked the first time, and there is no issue with alignment or other "bends" that often happen with a side impact. Car was ready on time, and paint matches (and still does after several months in the sun). I didn't evaluate price, as I did not have competitive bids post-tear down of the items, and I wanted the BMW "approved" service. I believe they also have a Mercedes relationship.

    When Josh at Priola bid to repair the crunched fender on my Prius, he said none of his competitors would be able to beat the price. Josh was right, his bid was about half of what the other body shops offered me...such a deal!
    My car is back from Priola, it looks like new, and I couldn't be happier! The work was perfect, the car was detailed outside (and even inside!). Josh delivered the car when he promised, what a great experience!

    My cousin was driving my husband's car and he scratched up the front right side of the bumper, light & hood. Dean's auto body had it all repaired within one week and you couldn't event tell the car was damaged. The customer services was great at Dean's I'd highly recommend them to anyone in & our of the area.

    Took about 4-5 days longer than estimated or anticipated due to combination of wrong parts shipped and wrong part ordered. It was not a problem as on-site rental car was still covered. This is a major benefit - having an on-site rental car to swap for major services. People are great there, understanding, patient, and provide great service. Work performed more than satisfactory.

    Tires Import / European Motorsports
    It went as easy as can be.  Called Mike Yee (owner), he gave me bids/estimates on three (3) brands/models.  I did my research on quality, performance, retail price, etc., and factored in Mike's recommendation.  I called Mike back, chose the brand/model of tires I wanted, made an appointment.  Brought the car in, tires changed, mounted and balanced in about an hour, and paid exactly what I was quoted.

    Firestone Complete Auto Care
    Short story here. I needed new tires, and the day that I decided to go lose 4 hours at Costco getting it done, I got the weekly ad flyer for Firestone and they had my size listed for about the same price as the ones I'd checked out at Costco the day before. So I called up, they had them available and only lost 2 hours, not 4. I wouldn't rave about the customer service attitude, but for getting tires it went just fine.

    The service was very good. I just drove in and they took care of me right away. They gave me an estimate and pretty much stuck to it. They were very prompt. I had no issues and their price was reasonable.

    Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair work, but all of the employees were extremely courteous, kept me informed of my car's progress, and even helped me move my stroller and car seats, etc., out of my car and into the rental car and then back again.

    My transmission was acting funny, and I knew my 60,000 mile service was due, so I brought it in to them after seeing positive reviews on this site. They were very knowledgeable over the phone, and very professional. When I brought it in, I mentioned nothing about the transmission, but they spotted the problem, and knew how to fix it (for cheap). Also, after describing my fan problem, it was diagnosed correctly, and they went to a out-of-the-way dealership to pick up the part. Very professional. Strange location that made me almost think twice about leaving my car there over night (I dropped it off the night before) but everything worked out great.
