    James arrived on time.  Reviewed the condition of floor and discussed what was needed to complete a good result.  He and his partner were very quick to clear area and began the process of cleaning.  I was amazed at how fast they worked and yet did a good job.  They were neat and clean and very polite.  James answered all my questions while they were working and never displayed annoyance.  They finished and I was very happy with their results.  Call them if you need any wood floor service.  They are great.  I would use them again without any hesitation.  James also cleans carpet and I will consider him to do the work.

    They came at the approximate time they said since morning traffic was bad. My  kitchen became spotless, specially the stove and  microwave oven.. The bathrooms were spotless as well.They also cleaned  the dining room fan  with crystal glass which was a difficult chore for me but it was done in a jiffy. The 2 hrs job I contracted was actually not enough for the job i wanted done since my house really needed  maybe 4hr job by 2 people.. The ladies started working as soon as they got my instructions and they wee very polite.

    Unfortunately the quality of the service was significantly lacking. After 2 hrs of cleaning my 2500 sq ft home the 3 cleaners said they were finished. When I rubbed my hands along a couple of the base boards my hands came up still covered in dust. They redid the mopping but I had to go around the entire house and point out where it was still very dusty.

    After they left I opened half of the cabinets and they were still covered in dust and construction. However, after providing feedback on Angie's list I did receive a call apologizing that I was not happy and they offered to come out again for a free cleaning. I will take them up on that in a few weeks once I am unpacked. Appreciated the call and the follow up - they are obviously concerned about providing a quality service.

    I have been using YB Cleaning for 10 years at 4 different homes and they have never let me down.  Prompt, courteous, and thorough.  I have seen the same crews for years (not much turnover) and even different crews and not been disappointed with their quality of work.  When the occasional item gets broken (a light globe a year ago) they quickly and without hesitation replaced it with a like item of my choosing.  I trust them with the keys to the castle and will continue to have them twice a month as well as recommend them highly.

    READ THE YELP REVIEWS!!!!!  Had I read those reviews, I would have NEVER, EVER hired
    these people!!!  The vast majority of people there had terrible experiences. I made a big mistake by ignoring the ?F? reviews here on Angie?s List.  I told myself that plenty of folks had good experiences, so the others must be an anomaly.  The ?F?s are there for a reason.  Heed them.
    I had initially planned to buy the Angie?s List deal for $99 and 6 hours of work.  But I was unable to find their hours on the site, so I contacted them directly, to find out if they worked on Saturdays.  I didn?t want to be stuck with a purchase that I couldn?t use.  The guy in charge (Rosember Gonzalez), responded, and basically said that there are ?limitations? in the deal, and
    that I should just go through them directly.  This seemed sketchy to me.  Clearly he was trying to bypass Angie?s List, so that he
    wouldn?t lose whatever percentage they take.  Although I was a bit uncomfortable with this, I didn?t really have time to shop around, so I went with it.
    First of all, they were late, almost an hour.  I was willing to let it go.  Unfortunately there was more. The cleaning ladies were fine.  Very nice and very thorough.  I was  impressed with their work?until 4 days later, when we noticed that they had broken a
    one-of-a-kind statuette.  The professional thing to do would have been to let us know and apologize.  Not to pretend it didn?t happen, and hope we wouldn?t notice.
    Mr. Gonzalez gave me the estimate of $120 based on 3 cleaners, working for 2 hours. But the day of, he said that he was unable to come.  It didn?t bother me, I figured the house would still get clean.  When the work was done, I wondered if the price would change since it was only 2 cleaners.  This was my first time having house cleaners, and I really was unsure how the whole pricing
    thing worked.  So I called Mr. Gonzalez while the ladies were still there, but he didn?t answer.  Not wanting to keep ladies waiting
    while I sorted this out, I paid them the original amount ($120), plus a GENEROUS tip.  After they left, he called me back.  I asked about it, and he said that since there were only 2 workers, I would be refunded $30. We agreed he would take care of it when he
    arrived to pick them up.  He would call me, since I was going to be in theyard.  Guess what?  He picked them up and took off.  I never got a call.  I half expected to see the cash in the mailbox the next day, but nope. Nothing.  And guess what?  When I
    emailed him about it, I got no response whatsoever. And NOW that I have discovered the broken statuette, I am absolutely LIVID.  I will NEVER do business with them again, and would STRONGLY suggest that you don?t either.  Yes the house is clean, but the fact that I was manipulated and lied to, has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth.
    UPDATE: 
    Just prior to writing this review, I made one last ditch attempt to contact Mr. Gonzalez.  I emailed him letting him know that since he clearly had no intention of responding to my email, I was letting him know to expect an ?F? review here.  He responded with an email in which he  made several assertions that were ridiculous.  For example, he said that he told me NOT to pay the ladies (untrue, I clearly told him that I had already paid them) and that he assumed since I had paid, I was fine with the amount.  Hence, no phone call or refund. If that were the case, why had I bothered calling him in the first place?!?!  And we had clearly agreed that he would call upon arrival so we could sort it out.  He said that it was ?weird? that I didn?t discover the
    broken item until 4 days later, and that I told him everything was fine.  At the time, yes, I thought so.  I guess I didn?t think I needed to scour every inch of my home for damage, and then, only then, allow them to leave.  Apparently I should have.  He condescendingly said that since I was making such a fuss over the money, that I must need it more than they
    do.  Wow.  SO, NOT THE POINT!!!! It?s called professionalism and honesty.  And, of course, I certainly would not have given generous tips (or any for that matter) had I discovered that something was broken. 
    Having said all of that, he DID offer to pay the refund he owed me and whatever else I deemed appropriate for the damage.  But I intend to decline. I would just prefer to have no further interactions with him or his company.

    CONFUSION SOLUTION
    I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for 3 hrs of housecleaning from Confusion Solution.  It turned out that the person who was supposed to come had quit on the owner, so the owner herself showed up and did the cleaning.  She was very professional and did a good job.  I really appreciated her coming all the way to LA from Orange County herself!  I can tell she cares about the reputation of her business.

    Very nice, professional and hardworking team. They accomplished all of their tasks but still moved quickly. All of the general work you would expect out of a cleaning crew ( dusting, wash floors, deep clean bathroom) plus the above and beyond extras like cleaning ceiling fans, removing tough hard water stains and cleaning all windows. I was so happy with the results that i schedule a return service for next month. I have tried 4 different cleaning companies through angies list and this is the best service and best price. Use with confidence.

    CONFUSION SOLUTION
    I purchased this service as a Big Deal through Angie's List on Dec 8, 2013.  At that time, I submitted three suggested dates to provide the service: Dec 18, Dec 19, Dec 20.  In the next day or so, I was contacted by Daryl, who told me that my house would be cleaned on Dec 19th at 9:00 am.  I was in an all-day training session with no cell service that day, so my husband stayed home to meet the house cleaner(s) and get them started.  Nobody showed up.  My husband finally reached me in the afternoon, and I left Daryl a phone message and an email that evening.  She called me the morning of Dec 20th and said she didn't know that nobody had shown up.  She later told me that her person had quit on her.
    When Daryl suggested that I just get a refund from Angie's List and find someone else to clean my house, I replied that it didn't seem like a fair or workable solution to my situation, since I needed to have my house cleaned no later than Dec 23, as I was having a house sitter starting that day.  At that point, not only did I not have time to hire another house cleaner, I didn't even have time to clean the house myself.  So Daryl agreed to clean the house herself on Sunday, Dec 22nd, which I appreciated as a gesture of good faith as a responsible business owner.
    In terms of the quality and completeness of the cleaning job itself, I would say the work was not at a level that I would recommend to a friend.  She did work very hard for the full six hours, but I don't think that housecleaning is her specialty.  A professional house cleaner is able to assess the work that can be done in six hours and pace herself to complete a two bedroom, two bathroom house.  For example, she spent an hour and a half cleaning the master bath, which was the first room she cleaned, and then she didn't even clean the floor in the master bedroom, which was the last room she cleaned.  I didn't ask her to deal with any bedding or laundry.  The wood and tile floors had a film on them, which I'm sure was due to the product she used.
    I purchased a Big Deal with this company for 4 hours of Home Organization, which I haven't been able to use yet.  I do intend to use that deal.  I have a feeling that this is truly Daryl's area of expertise, so I'm hopeful for a much higher quality result.  I think that the situation with the house cleaning deal was a result of trying to expand too fast in her new line of business, with the Big Deal results outstripping her ability to hire and retain high quality contractors. 
    In summary, I was very satisfied with the attempt Daryl made to make good on our agreement, given that I had no other options to solve the problem on my own at the last minute.  The problems with the quality of the house cleaning itself were due to her personal level of inexperience, which should be alleviated if and when she builds a workforce for this new line of business.

    Overall they did a great job. Four hours is not a very long time to clean (actually 2hrs between 2 people) so I was very impressed with how much they got done and how good of a job they did. Only a very few details were missed ( few areas were not dusted) and Im sure it was because of the limited time I had hired them for. House looks great and I am very happy with the work they did. Will use again.
