    Udream Builders Inc.
Udream Builders, Inc.'s owner, Hen, is very professional and honest. We felt a connection with him from our first meeting. Hen made design recommendations on our kitchen and bathrooms that no other contractor had the vision for. These design recommendations have transformed our 1970's house into a modern home which we are proud of and can't wait to show off and entertain family and friends. Hen has an eye to see details as he walks through inspecting work. His workers are professional and respectful of our home and belongings. Can't say enough about how honest Hen is. He's always available by phone or in person to answer questions. We're so glad we chose Udream Builders, Inc. as this was our first experience with major improvements to our home and it's been a pleasure working with Hen. We'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Udream Builders, Inc. to family and friends.

    The Electric Connection
We unexpectedly needed to get a tankless water heater and needed an outdoor outlet installed for it. I called The Electric Connection and they were very helpful on the phone, gave me a quote of what the job would cost and were able to get out to us the next day. James and Lorenzo let me know when they were on their way and when they got here they were super nice, helpful and explained everything they were doing. Everything looks great, they got it done quickly and cleaned up after themselves completely. I will definitely be calling The Electric Connection again if we need any more electrical work!

    Diaz Electric
First phone call went okay. We set an appointment. Then we had to reschedule, which the electrician did agree to. When the day and time for the appointment came, he didn't show up. And when we called to ask what happened, he never answered. He hasn't yet called back, and we haven't been able to leave a voicemail because his voicemail is full.

    Garafano Electric, Inc.
It went great. I believe this was the third time we've hired Garafano, and they've always done great work. They work closely with us to discuss options, ideas, and make sure we're happy. Will continue to hire them whenever we need electrical work done.

    Garafano Electric, Inc.
This is the second time we had services performed by Garafano Electric. They were prompt when coming for an estimate and when installing the outlets. They vacuumed the areas they worked on and billed us for the amount quoted. Would hire them again.

    ADI Electrical
ADI called to say they could come earlier than expected which worked out great. They were quick, professional, and did a great job installing the light. It was a very easy process. They also replaced a normal light switch with an automatic timer I had previously bought.

I have been using these guys for years to do small services on my rental condo. Everything has always been great. But I just hired them for a larger job on my single family home. I am very displeased.  I don't know where to start but I will try: What I had done was have a second service panel installed in my garage because my husband wanted a "man cave" to do his artwork. 1. They ran a large cable from the roof top of my house  to the roof top of the garage. This cable hangs quite low, and goes underneath a large banana plant that regularly has falling branches in wind storms. I have a colony of possums and raccoons that swing from anything they can find. this cable being so low hanging, just seemed so vulnerable.  The cable also runs just 2 feet above the top of a "freestanding" vinyl pergola I have. And It just looked like they could almost touch. I kept hammering to the sales rep with repeated phone calls and text that I wasn't ok with this. . His workers just kept doing the work even though I asked them to stop until we cleared this up with. The representative   insisted "this was the only way it could be done". And that it would all be fine. That the banana tree wasn't an issue, and that the vinyl pergola wasn't an issue. When the city inspector came The work they did, actually all passed with just a couple of corrections. But that said, both city inspectors that came took me me in private and said.  "I'm going to pass this, but this was not a good way to do it".    The inspector commented being I have a freestanding pergola underneath the cable, that is ok because the pergola it's a movable structure. But if I should ever decide to build a permanent wood pergola, I will not be able to because the cable is too low and not enough clearance. Also, the inspector commented that my main circuit panel at the house now also needed to be upgraded  to support the flow of the second panel in the garage. But the way they crammed in all the tubing and conduits will not allow room for a larger panel, so probably everything will have to be repositioned.  I spoke to the sales rep about all this stuff and I asked him why didn't he advise me from the beginning that I needed to also upgrade my main panel before even considering a second one for garage. I brought up that the low hanging cable is restricting to any garden pergola additions, And he simply responded that they are only hired to do the worked that is asked of them, but not project any future work the client needs or and that it was my responsibility to tell him I probably needed a larger main circuit panel....I am a homeowner, not an professional electrician. How the **** am I supposed to know that my main panel is week. It's the responsibility of the electrician to point this stuff out. It's like having a person put tile on your floor but neglect to tell you your subfloor is rotting, and putting new tile is just a waste of money. they just don't care!  Homeowners don't ask because they don't know!  He was already there, why didn't he give me other options. The most insulting this was that when I continued to stress that I really didn't like the overhead low hanging cable, he finally in an exasperated voice  said "Lady, I know the overhead cable isn't the best way, the right way to have done this was to go a couple of  feet deep with an underground electrical conduits. ,"  That is what I should have done?  So I ask "then why didn't you proposes we do that?" He never proposed to run conduits underground, this is the first time I hear of this. . Yes  maybe I wuld have been more work, and I would had to wait a little bit to get my bearings before committing to having my concrete patio cut up. Yes it will have probably cost me twice as much. But I would have been a penny wise pound foolish situation because now we actually have to retrofit the work they did to make room for a new main house breaker and who knows, maybe even go underground. What really upset me is there was no personal attention. the rep comes in, gives you a quick estimate, and the next day an army of guys comes in and starts the work.

    J. Baron Construction
This is the second time I have hired J. Baron Construction (JBC). They did such an awesome job remodeling my master bathroom, that I had to have them return. My condo recently flooded due to an upper unit flood. The remodel started out as an insurance job, however I took advantage of this incident and decided to remodel the entire unit. I was so grateful to learn that JBC was very knowledgeable when working with my insurance company. The lead contractor had a lot of patience and was able to guide me in areas of the insurance process that I did not understand. As far as the remodel, well what can I say other than it is FABULOUS!!! This Team always delivers with excellence!! The details in their work is worth every penny. I love the feeling I get every time I open the door to go home. Thank you JBC!!

    J. Baron Construction
    J. Baron Construction performed a complete remodel on my master bathroom. The quality of work, craftsmanship and attention to detail delivered was impeccable. Without question, this was A+ work!! When I first shared my bathroom vision and future plans to rent out this property, the JBC Team kindly suggested materials and a design plan that would both suit my current needs and the needs of future renters. The materials selected were elegant, timeless and best of all, affordable. This project was completed on time and stayed well within my budget. JBC's pricing is arguably comparable. Professional, organized, trustworthy, and perfectionism is what you get with this company. They are worth ever dollar spent. I LOVE my new bathroom!!! Every time I enter, I feel as though I am in a high-end hotel bathroom. Thank you JBC Team!! You gave me more than I ever expected. Without question, I am rehiring you to remodel my second bathroom.

    ADI Electrical
These guys didn't bat an eye at the 1925 plaster and lathe walls and the crumbling, cloth-covered wires. Ariel is extremely courteous and professional. It is truly a pleasure doing business with him and his team. They are knowledgeable, very considerate, and do excellent work. I would definitely work with these guys again--and probably will.
