    We hired Ron at Halo Roofing for a large remodeling project. The remodeling project that he did for us was to replace the entire roof at our house and then to remodel completely the kitchen and master bathroom. Ron worked on the 3 sections of the house at the same time with several team of people that each one was a professional one at his trades. The old roof was an old one and once the old roof was removed, the roofing team started to install the new one under the supervision of Ron. Inside the house, we had another team of people that worked on the kitchen and master bathroom. At the end of the kitchen demolition, Ron noticed a large mold behind the sink cabinets. Ron was able to immediately inspect it and he provided us with an advice on what to do. As soon as that problem was solved, the rest of the remodeling project went very smoothly and without any issues. The remodeling was finished pretty fast due to the fact that all the people that worked at our house, worked on a daily basis and Ron visited the house each day and made sure that everything is going according to the plan. Halo Roofing did remarkable remodeling job on the roof, kitchen and master bathroom. More than that, he helped us to get the great deals for all the appliances and finishing hardware for our house.

    We���ve had 2 HVAC guys sent to our home through the home warranty company who shall not be named, since we bought it about 2 years ago. Both went into the same access panel to the attic, came down, looked around the house and declared that our filters were dirty, causing little to no airflow to the master bed/bath. One went so far as to say that the setup was too far from the master to properly heat/cool the air going into that room, and there was nothing that could be done, other than reconfiguring the HVAC system. We gave up. Scott from DS was sent to us from another contractor who was fixing the tub. He couldn���t believe how cold it was in the bathroom. Scott gave us a courtesy inspection, complete with thermal imaging that showed where issues were...and, boy were there issues!! Oh, but that was after he used the same access as the other 2 ���HVAC professionals��� sent by American Home Warranty (oops, it slipped out). He couldn���t find the HVAC system up there...because that part of the attic (for storage) was sealed off from the other side of the attic (where the furnace is), so he used the other access panel to get there. Interesting that the other two never asked (we didn���t realize it didn���t go through from one side of the attic to the other, having never been up there) where the furnace was when they went up. Anyway, DS was very thorough. Scott explained things very well, gave me 4 different levels of repair that we could do to fix the problems, and was honest about what each would and wouldn���t do, as well as offering financing on the expenses. My vents finally blow out hot air in the master, and I���m no longer heating and cooling the attic. Pretty sure my elec & gas bills will also reflect a happy change. I highly recommend this company. They are fast, reliable, trustworthy and professional. They also try to work within your needs and budget as much as they are able. I���ll never use anyone else for my HVAC.

    JLC didn't have any appts for several days due to heat wave. We called another company who told us we needed $2200 work after putting in 3 1/2 lbs of freon for $241. I called JLC back and asked if that seemed right. The office lady Jennifer called the owner who called me back and after listening to what had transpired agreed it didn't sound right and that it sounded to him like a dirty line needing cleaning. He said someone would be out the next morning. They came out before 9am and low and behold $220 of work ONLY needed to be done plus take out 2 1/2 lbs of freon that shouldn't have been put in. JLC not only saved us $2000 but made me realize I need to stick with the Companies that have treated me honestly and profressionally in the past, which JLC has over the years serviced both my home and my late mother's home. The office lady Jennifer even remembered my mother's name. From the office staff, to the techs in the field, to the owner, JLC is a first rate company. I will not use any other AC/HEAT Company again for as long as I live in the Antelope Valley.

    When the lady called offering the $30 AC special in our area, I was skeptical. Due to my first choice not being available for several days I agreed for them to come out. My husband told the techs that he thought it needed freon. We were told it needed 3 1/2 lbs of refrigerant. The rate usually was $90 lb but he was going to give it to us for $69.lb. One of the techs said our inside unit would need to be clean at some point. They then left at about 12pm. It didn't cooler, I waited several hours then called the office. I was told someone would call back. No one did. I sent an email that night letting them know we needed the techs to come back out first thing to "fix what wasn't fixed on our AC". I got a call at work from my husband saying the tech said our coil was Frozen from the inside out. I talked w/the tech and asked him how it could be like that today and nothing yesterday. He said "it was frozen inside yesterday, I just didn't think it was frozen all the way thru the line". I told he I just wanted my AC fixed, what needed to be done just do it. $2200 additional dollars. They would be out the next day. I called the 1st company that I have used over the years and explained what happen. The office lady Jennifer had the owner of JLC air call me back. He agreed it didn't sound right and he would send a tech out first thing in the morning. I talked w/the tech in the afternoon from Pure Air again telling him not to come until after 1pm. He didn't like this, trying to tell me now one needs to be home,they are licensed and bonded ect. I told him I didn't understand why he would leave my home w/o the air working, knowing the inside was frozen. He then changed his story twice. First saying he thought it was probably frozen, then saying "to know that I would have had to take out or off something" and he doesn't do that for less then $65. I told him don't come out at all. Do not come to my home. I decided right then that the way I had been feeling was right. This guy was a scam. It turns out that we didn't need $2200 worth of work, the coil line didn't need replacement, even if it did it should have only have cost aprox $1000 and we didn't even need 3 1/2 of freon. JLC air FIXED our AC for $220 having to take out 2 1/2 lbs of the freon that PURE AIR put in. I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone no matter what their problem. Do not trust the techs, do not trust the company.

    We were referred to Ozzie by our close friends who also had their home remodeled with Green Universe. Ozzie did a great job for them, and my husband got to know him during their project. What a great guy! We added a new master bedroom, complete with a full bathroom. We also had our kitchen redone and took down a wall for an open concept layout. All complete with new copper piping. Let me tell you, it was smooth sailing. If you want your mind at ease when you have a big (or small) project, these are the guys for you! Everything looks fantastic! Ozzie has a great taste, and gave us great advice with the design. Our kitchen is a masterpiece, and our new master bedroom looks like a 5 star resort suite! We're planning to remodel our two other bathrooms in the future, and I have no doubt Green Universe will do an amazing job there too!

    We purchased a new home, and wanted to add a bathroom and a walk-in closet before we move in to avoid the hassle of living in a construction site. We also wanted to remodel the kitchen and guest bathroom. We called a few contractors for estimates ��� Flux construction came promptly, and provided an extremely detailed estimate. Although their estimate wasn���t the lowest we felt like they are the right fit for us. Eran and Liran were extremely transparent about what the work would entail, what the costs might be for finishes, and offered their contractor discount at the stores they are working with. They were prompt, listened to our requests, and were very responsive. We will definitely be using Flux again. Highly recommended.

    I found this provider on Angie's list (I think, might have been Google) and called to schedule service on my swamp cooler.  They scheduled the appt then called back and rescheduled to another time (Friday late afternoon) then on Friday evening they canceled the appt. after I had already left work early to come home and meet the tech.  They didn't reschedule, just canceled and it was too late in the evening to find anyone else.  The temps were in the 100's and my cooler was down, my house was 111 degrees and I couldn't find anyone to come out on Friday night.  I will never use this company.  The last girl in the office that I spoke to would only say that the girl who scheduled the appt in the first place shouldn't have done so because they had no one available.  Very poor customer service.

    They came out that same day and got everything up and running again. I was thankful for that because it was expected to be 100+ degrees that day. The service was quick and it was a pretty good deal. Definitely my go to company if I ever have any problems again.

    Since this date Noone answers the phone at their office. The tech also doesn't answer his cell phone. After a week of no response I called out another company. I was informed that there is 739 dollars worth of parts missing and that he shorted and burned several other electrical parts. The total bill for repairs will be around 2200 dollars. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I do have pictures and documentation of the damage done by them.

    My home is very cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer here in Lancaster. I was driving by my moms neighborhood once and saw this big truck with the "Lancaster Insulation" logo, so I decided to check on the pricing to be curious because I got a quote before for something I really couldn't afford. Anyways this guy came and gave me a quote for way cheaper than the previous one I had. I asked what material they used and it was the same as my previous quote. I went away and pulled the trigger and that was that. My house feels a lot better now and doesn't get as bad as before. The workers were very professional and on time. I would recommend them without hesitation.
