    We used Diamond House for an insurance claim after back-up sewage damaged our home to a tune of about $30,000 (which included sub contacting for restoration services, hydro-jetting, etc). They have some skilled, friendly workers (plumbing, sheetrock), however, I am still finishing their "completed" work and figuring out how to fix some of the remodel without spending several more thousands of dollars. When I tried to repeatedly raise concerns during the reconstruction, the response was usually "it's better than what you had". Finally, I signed the "Satisfaction of Completion" realizing that, after multiple attempts, they were unable or unwilling to complete the project. I was tired of being their "quality control". I wrote them a multiple page letter with details of the poor quality which they never acknowledged (until I sent it a second time with a cc to my insurance adjuster) in which they acknowledged that it had been received. No apology, acknowledgment their inconsistencies or any desire to make it right.....which is interesting considering the following "belief" statement from their website: We believe in doing what's right, not what's easy ​We believe that your time is valuable ​We believe in integrity and always doing what we say We believe you deserve the best work possible We believe relationships are more important than profit We believe low quality products are never a good idea We believe in triple checking all of our work to make sure the job is done right the first time. I could go into detail how their "belief" statement is far from what we experienced. By the way, I will give them a kudo's for choosing Service Master....5 Star. Excellent work, and they personally called to make sure everything was done correctly when they received a copy of my "review of the project".....and were willing to immediately come out and fix anything needed......but they didn't need to....they got it all right the first time). Suffice it to say, they have some good skilled workers, but our impression is that the company is either challenged by managerial competency or a primary focus on profits. In either case, we were on the wrong end.

    They took care of everything. They had to cut the wall behind the vanity for the drain to connect properly and it took them no time at all to fix the shower. The quality of the work was great however they did leave a bit of a mess.

    Company called me a day before job to give me a window of time for arrival. I was given another call to give a shorter window on the day of the job. Arrived on time and did the job quickly and completely. Explained to me everything that was done and everything that was seen in the line. Pam

    I feel the scheduler should have told me no work would be done on the initial visit. I had to wait several days for that appointment as it was. The work needed was not that extensive and the parts were readily available.

    I had a slab leak and Mr Reyes fixed it better than new. I didn't like having to spend that much money (but really who does?), but Mr Reyes took the time to explain to me what had happened and why the costs were necessary to fix everything. I was very happy with the results.

    I had an emergency with my drains. Jesse and Justin were here with the correct drain cleaning equipment to repair the drains in my home. They were done so fast and kept everything so clean. I was really pleased with their attention to detail and thoroughness. They even showed me a video of the drains and gave me a copy of it. Very pleased and will definitely use again in the future.

    My water heater was about to burst.
    I called the Top Service after I saw the special Angie's list was running on water heaters.
    I did check out local businesses to see if I could get a better priced and found Angie's list special to be pretty good so I called Top Service and they were able to get someone out here the same day I called. 
    The gentleman that came over was polite, quiet, professional and pretty much handled business. He did informed me of other issues and advised me to call the city for assistance since such issues were under the jurisdiction of the City. He also explained the process (e.g. draining the water etc) of replacing the water heater. 
    My only feed back: I think it would have be nice for professional to review the basics of the agreement once more including perhaps going over the basics of managing the water heater, including turning it off in the event of an emergency. The Top Service staff who took my initial call reviewed the details of the agreement but it was rather quick.  They give you literature to review however I think it's good customer service to spend 5 minutes just reviewing basic details to ensure we are on the same page. 
    I'm still happy with the overall experience and service...
    The prices was good. Service was good. I would call them again for sure and would recommend them.

    Mark, the plumber, came out to fix the problem the day after I called him. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. It was a long and difficult job, but he made sure that it was done correctly.  We called him because the hot and cold knob in our shower/bathtub was stripped so that you could no longer control the temperature of the water. We had had 2 different plumbers in the past tell us that it was very difficult and expensive to replace this valve, so we always held off,  but it finally got to the point where we had to have it repaired. He gave us a detailed estimate before proceeding, did a good job getting the valve repaired, and cleaned up the job site before he left.

    It did not turn out as expected. What we ended up doing was re-scoping the sewer system. They didn't leave a CD or a DVD of the first scoping. So they had to come out and do it again because I needed to have that DVD. That's where we're at right now. I've got the DVD and I'm looking to have that DVD analyzed because I can't analyze it very well. I was hoping it would be $99, but it was $125 for the scoping. They did give me an estimate. They deduct the cost of the scoping. The estimate was to clean out the sewer line. In order to do that, they were going to install a bidirectional valve besides my normal clean out valve. They quoted about $1800 total. The cleaning would be augering and jetting, both. Their professionalism and courteousness was excellent. That part was good. The estimate was way higher than I anticipated. So that's why I put a little hold and I was going to explore other bids. In the summer, we had the same issue. We were in Michigan and just ordered it and paid for it online. It was a $99 special. A person came out. He cleared the line temporarily. But when we got back, it was stopping up already again. I was hoping that that would have fixed it for a lot longer than just a month.

    The next day, I told them when I actually get it fixed, it will be bad again and I wanted both toilets fixed, and what they wanted was $700. I said I have to think about it and that I would call them the next day. I called them and they never would return my call. They wouldn't come out. They must have thought I found out that there wasn't anything wrong with the main water thing. I got it done by someone else for less than $200. I actually called them several times. I think they might have thought that I called somebody else already and found out that there wasn't anything wrong with the main. I didn't get anything from them. They never called me back. I never got a response. I paid $60 in advance to Angie's List and I'm mad about that too.
