    Fitzsimmons Electric
I heard of Fitzsimmons Electric through a neighbor of mine and was very thrilled with my experience. Stephan did a exceptional job installed my new LED recessed lighting in my kitchen and dining room it really looks beautiful. I also had Stephan install ceiling fans in my 4 bedrooms. He is very polite and on time. His services are very affordable and will most definitely be having him do some more work for me in the near future. I would highly recommend Fitzsimmons Electric to do a professional job.

    Rapid Repairs
A week before Paul was to start the work I called him and told him I needed to cancel the job. I asked for my $300 deposit back and Paul said he had already ordered the stone and he might need to pay a restocking fee to return it. I told him he could deduct the restocking fee from my refund. He said he would get back to me. I called Paul a week later to ask about my refund since I had not heard from him.  He said he had been very busy.  He said he could refund me $250 and he would stop by my house with a check. A week later I called Paul again to ask about my refund.   He said he would mail me a check for the $250.  I waited two more weeks but still had not received my refund.  I tryed calling and E-Mailing Paul and I received no response.

The paint job was not good but he did a good job with the blinds. It was a fair service because the paint job was not that great and the blinds that were installed were slightly perfect. I guess the price is okay. The quality of service was fair.

    Perkins and Sons Handyman
I had already picked out the stone and mantle I wanted.  Then, I contacted several contractors.  Perkins & Sons came to my home, looked at what needed to be completed, and offered a price for services.  I went with Perkins & Sons since Wayne has a lot of experience.  We arranged for a date and time for Wayne to install the stone and mantle, and he showed up on time, ready to go.   We discussed details about the project, and Wayne began to plan out what needed to be done.  He then laid out the stone and asked if there was a particular way I wanted arranged, and  we discussed that.  Wayne listens to the customer, offers suggestions when asked, and ensures the customer is happy.  Wayne is also professional, detailed, and very skilled.  For example, Wayne looked at the stone pieces and was able to measure and cut the stone so there was very little waste.  Additionally, he measured and aligned each row  to ensure each row was level  before he began the next row. The project took 2 days to complete.  I'm very satisfied with Wayne's skills, quality, customer service, and time management.  I would definitely request him again!

    Charlie Mann The Handymann
I had a plugged toilet so called Mr. Mann. I thought he would be a good choice since he advertised his business as a general handyman type. When I called I received a message asking me to leave my name, number and brief message, which I did. I know I mentioned the toilet and I'm pretty sure I mentioned the "handyman" jobs as I've been looking for someone to do those jobs for several months.

HOWEVER, instead of Mr. Mann returning my call he gave my information to someone else...someone not even connected with his business.

I DID NOT AND DO NOT appreciate being handed off to someone else. If he wasn't interested in the job he should have called me and told me himself. As far as I'm concerned he was very unprofessional. I will not do business with him in the future.

    Advantage Remodeling - Todd Stamps
The week before Todd and his crew came out, there was a 5 day windstorm in Hemet, CA which blew fences down all over town, including mine. One section was in the front of the house and one in the back adjoining a neighbor's property.
I called Todd because he had repaired another portion of my fence in Mar 2014, and charged a fair price and did a very good job.
With all the fences down in Hemet, I got lucky. Todd had a cancellation, and was able to come over right away. All together, there were three people working for Todd, and Todd himself supervising the job off and on. They spent about 7-8 hours rebuilding the two sections, and did an excellent job.
I asked them to reuse the slats because I wanted the wood to match the older parts of the fence, and they did. To make the fence strong, they put in new posts.
When you consider the hours they put in, the number of people on the job, and the quality of the work, the price was excellent.
The neighbor was so satisfied with the work on our shared section of fence, he had Todd rebuild some sections of his fence also.

    Stegall & Sons
Price doesn't include the additional jobs to be done or were done in part
    1.  Fence repair, completed no issues.
    2.  All water value shut offs in the house  (2 both toilets not done, and not billed).
    3.  Shower repair was to seal all cracks instead of a re-tile job so he suggested epoxy by a friend of his.  I wanted to use his friend directly but he insisted I go through him.  Now the shower door no longer closes and I have not seen the promised  warranty.   I have been unable to get him to return to fix this issue.
.  Water damaged from shower 3 walls.  He Bid it at $150.00 he did not bill for it even after stating it was done.  When I came to the property I found out that only 1/2 of it had been done.  He called for a faucet approval during the repair it was installed however not billed for which is I find odd.  It makes me wonder is the repair to the door going to cost so much that he just didn't finish the job?  When I emailed for the walls and about the door I was told the walls would be covered in the paint bid.  So I had to reply that the paint bid had nothing to do with the work already discussed, approved and in process.  From that date on it has been dead silence, no email, text or phone calls returned.  So I hope when he reads this he is willing to complete the work and be done.  (the issue is renters security deposit by law must be reported with receipts within 21 days).
He made friends with my tenants, now all things dealing with tenants that could have been billed to the tenants has not been done or is there a bill to provide.

PAYMENT:  Due to being out of town I issued his check be sent prior to me getting here to see the work.  If you are in the same boat Don't DO IT.   He was friendly and seem trust worthy
, the water damaged walls 3 in all, only part of it was fixed.  I have been calling to get it completed and have sent emails.  Now it appears my calls are not being taken.  The He also replaced the facuet on the sink and I would like to pay him but need to get the job finished.  I have not heard back since I told him that the finishing of this job is not connected  to the paint job I asked for a bid on, that was not awarded to him.

He was good. He did real good and I was happy with him. The termite company wanted to charge me $300 for the same. He put hard wood instead of the soft wood so that it wouldn't happen again. His price was reasonable. He was prompt and right on time. His professionalism was very good.

    Buchanan General Services
I own a rental and there was a stoppage in the kitchen sink, he came out and got it fixed very quickly, Since his initail charge was for two hours he was able to go to a second rental and fix a problem with an electrical outlet. He then was able to come over to my home from the rental. I had a sewing cabinet that I wanted to install a sewing machine into. He was able to get the sewing machine installed into the cabinet. There was still some time left on the two hours, he also removed some high wall paper from my bathroom. I really appreciated his honesty and his ability to go to a couple of extra locations so I could get my money's worth.

Inspected things for me to make sure nothing was critical before winter, fixed a door, and worked on some plumbing.  Very reliable, responsible and showed up when he said he would.  Very professional and courteous.
