  • Very organized and controlled environment to ensure there was no overcrowding with an employee in each room to give prices and answer questions. Photos were posted before the sale so you know what's there. They even provided snacks and a number system for entry.

  • They are always organized and well planned, they even provide snacks for those who are early and waiting.  Staff are always kind and professional even with public who are not so kind!!!!!!  Safety and organization are at the top!  Smiling faces and helpful caring are top of the list to provide to customers.  A true business!!!

  • He did not offer to clean the vent of vacuum to lint from the vent or dryer. The cost to replace the vent tube with the elbows would be $85.00. He could not do it until the following Tuesday. When we mentioned reporting the service call to Angie's List, he then said the service charge would be deducted from the $85.00 labor charge. Somehow the total estimate wound up well about $150. For that amount of money I said that I would fix it myself, which I did in less than a half hour.

  • Everything went great. Experienced sales people were able to show exact models in our price range and what brands were the best values. No high pressure sales tactics and superior knowledge on all of their products. All of the customer service people were great to work with. Punctual delivery, removal of old appliances and flawless installation of new. Only issue was the cooktop hood had some call and they were back the next morning with a new one. Again, happy to use a local company and spend our money in the town we live in.

  • Mr. Domeny did an outstanding job! He was running about 10 minutes late, but called to tell me. When he arrived he was professional, cordial, and came across as very knowledgeable. He inspected my piano and gave me feedback about my recent purchase. Then he tuned the piano and had it sounding beautiful by the time he was done. I could not be happier about his service. I will use him again, and recommend him to friends looking for a great piano tuner.

  • Arrived a lot later than was scheduled, but the technician kept calling to let us know why. He ran a troubleshooting diagnostics program and discovered an open circuit in the oven's computer control valve. He had a replacement on his truck and replaced it. It took about 20-30 minutes total. He was very courtlous and well groomed. The total of 239.99 includes the troubleshooting, labor, parts and a 1 year warranty of all labor and parts (max $500.00 on parts) or anything else that goes wrong with the entire stove, including replacement of the stove if necessary. Almost seems an excessive price considering how quicky it was done. But the warranty I believe makes up for it.
    The next day we had a gas leak odor and called SearsHomeServices. they told us not to use the stove and they would send a tech right away. Another tech arrived about 4 hrs later. He also smelled the gas and found the leak, which was very, very small. and fixed it. This tech was a different one and was also courteous and well groomed. All in all, we're happy with SearsHomeServices.

  • We were looking for an American made washing machine. The only place we found one was at Larry's. There were no belts or pulleys and no electronics. Everything including controls were manual , metal gears, not plastic.. They had a 10 year warranty. We purchased the Speed Queen, which is heavy duty commercial grade, an all American made product. They are only sold by dealers who service what they sell.

  • I bought a used fridge on 2.04.10. The freezer never worked well. I called for service, but the repairman said he didn't find anything wrong. He lowered the temp in the freezer, but it still never worked properly. I called the repairman again, and he came by and left a thermometer in the freezer. He came back several days later and still found nothing wrong, but he said that my freezer was overloaded! By this time, my ice cubes were thawing out. I called Richard, the owner, a couple of weeks ago, and asked for a new fridge. He said he would work on it. The day before yesterday, 4.27.10, the entire unit stopped working. When I called again yesterday, the store assistant said that I had voided my warranty because I didn't do what the repairman had told me to do, but he never said a word about unloading my freezer until his third visit! Here it is two days later, and they're still jerking me around! They tell me what I want to hear, but nothing happens. I'm fed up with these people. I think they knew the fridge was dying from the get-go and Richard wouldn't pay to do the repairs.
