  • They are very genuine and go out of their way to be as assisting as possible. They have always provided very, very good service. Their sales people are not high pressure which makes it a bit more comfortable. They have a great waiting room with a place for the kids to play and good snacks. They also have free wifi! You get free oil changes and fluid checks for the life of the vehicle if you purchase it from them. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

  • Great! I had rock chip damage that began to crack and before I knew it, I had to get my whole windshield replaced. I called the guys at On Site Auto Glass for a quote, and was happy with the price the gave me... they were very knowledgeable too! We scheduled for the next day, and they were prompt, super friendly, professional and fast. My car is safe again! And it was a breeze. Overall, I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend their services.

  • Diagnosis determined some sort of vacum leak. Was told by mechanic Kevin that a gas cap put on improperly could also be the issue. Was very impressed that I wasn't charged for testing to determine yes, it was a gas cap and not an actual engine issue.  I was very impressed with shops level of experienced, honest mechanics and their level of integrity.

  • My 1982 Toyota pickup was stalling out at stop lights and I smelled gas whenever this happened. The people at the garage did a diagnostic and found that the problem was due to a faulty solenoid. They repaired the solenoid and got me back on the road in about 30 minutes. This garage does have a separate charge for diagnostic work but they only charged me for the repairs. They do provide estimates before the work is done. Also, prices for common repairs are displayed in their office.

  • Car was complete when promised. Only problem was I noticed fumes from degreaser spray that was burning off on the engine. Returned the car two days later and they detailed the engine while I waited. This resolved the problem.

  • We brought our car to Fix Auto at the request of an insurance co. who had a client that struck my door.  They were going to inspect the car and give a quote to the insurance co.  It was our choice whether or not to use them.  We researched them on line and saw the good reviews, before we met them.  Upon arrival we were met by Bryan, a very friendly guy who obviously feels service is important.  He explained the repair, the cost and got us set up with a rental car.  On the appoint. date, we arrived and they took the car ,fixed it beautifully and we had it back in 3 days.  We were very pleased with the service and would use them again.

  • We were impressed by the courtesy and professionalism displayed by Rod. The repair turned out to be a replacement to the catalytic converter, which he couldn't do, but he was able to refer us to a company close by that could and the repair was done quickly and very well.  While Rod couldn't actually perform our repair, he will be our go to mechanic. Honest, knowledgeable, and courteous.

  • Each sensor had to be changed out with a replacement to see if it was the problem.  The last sensor showed it was marginally good, so it was swapped out last and it turned out to be the bad sensor that was causing the engine to run rich.  The investigative work required much time for the mechanic and I felt they could have easily charged me more than they did.  They looked for ways of giving price breaks on other repairs (for example the brake work) to help keep the costs down.  I had taken the car to another mechanic and received a $1200 estimate to fix JUST the emission sensor problems.  Monte, one of the service managers, was extremely helpful and attentive.  I would highly recommend Orem Mazda.

  • My motorhome Pioneer dash unit that controls the stereo, back up camera , bluetooth etc.,  was not working.  The tech, Tony,
    did the trouble shooting and hit some reset buttons on the back of the unit, then found loose connections on the back up camera. He fixed all those in about 2 1/2 hrs.
