"Lets start with the first appointment to get the water tested and the estimate. and Vladimir arrived before the appointment time what I like" !! tested the water and as we already knew our water is very hard. Vladimir took pictures of the installation places under the sink for the reverse osmosis and the garage for the WaterMax. One week later they returned to do the install with their plumbers as well 100% on time. The install went well, we just had one issue as our old kitchen faucet had a shower which couldn't be closed easily as we didn't want to drill another hole in our granite counter top. I got a new faucet at and they installed it. The install took around 2.5 hours. During this time of course there was no water. Everything worked and after 24 hours the water quality is much better, you can feel the difference specially in regards to the hardness. The reverse osmosis works great as well and gives a high quality drinking water. To summarize: I can highly recommend these guys, great value, top quality, on time and all worked out as promised !!!!

"This company uses the fact tha they offer a 10 year as a major sales point and then when you make a warranty claim, they inform you that your warranty isn't" valid because of the type of water you have which they test before you purchase. They know that they are selling you a system that won't have a warranty but they don't tell you that. It's unethical and dishonest. Go with someone else.

  • This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life.
