    I have been going to Body By Pam for over one year and call it my personal sanctuary! This group is such a delightful and professional group of trainers. They work very hard to understand your needs, current health status and any issues you may have and really tailor a program that will best meet your needs. I acutally love going to work out now! My trainer is Pam, but I have seen the other trainers working with clients and they are all fantastic. Pam requires certification for all her trainers and keeps current on her training knowledge. She has even helped me work through recovery from two difficult orthopedic surgeries where she had to design special routines for me. Her studio setup is quite intimate and you really get undivided attention during your training time. In addition to training they also offer meal services that you can pickup and take home for lunches, dinners and healthy snacks. This is one of the most upbeat environments you can find to work out it,cannot recommend them highly enough!

    Grant's class can be intimidating for newcomers, but it is very consistent. If you're familiar with the step standards of "basic", "turn step", "reverse (turn)", "over the top", "v-step", "repeater knee" "T-step", "pivot", "up & lunge" and "straddle", you'll catch on in a few classes. Otherwise, it'll take you a bit longer, but hang in there. He strings these (plus some other unique steps) into a series of combos that are repeated a few times before we move on to the next. The series, and the music, is the same every time. The connecting sequences between the combos do vary slightly, but are simply the 1st four basic moves in ever-changing order. The routine is quite fast-paced and faces all 4 directions. The class begins with warmup, and ends with cool down & short stretch. He then leads a time of weights & abs.
