ABuilding In HarmonyOur roof was just finished, and I knew I had to give this team the best rating I can give because I’ve been blown away by the service, thoughtfulness and thoroughness I’ve gotten from Building in Harmony from the beginning. Our property is very hard to get to, and Michael ran into some unforeseen delays getting the permit for our roof re-do. During that time he never left me hanging, was available 24/7 via phone and text for me to check in and see where we were. Once they started, the process was fast, professional, and above and beyond. The team has been a delight to have working on our property, all fantastic guys, and considerate and communicative, which is important when you’re quarantined with 6 guys ripping up your roof :) Our roof looks and feels better than it ever has, and we are so glad we found Building in harmony. AKris and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group came through a recommendation from a friend whom had previously hired him. I had seen the quality of his work and knew that in addition to wanting the end product to be beautiful and high quality, I also wanted the security in knowing that they would take care of every step along the way so that we would never be worried if it would get done on time and how it would ultimately turn out. They were 100% the right choice. Kris and team communicated regularly, showed up when they said they would, communicated any changes in a timely manner, collaborated on creative decisions, and made the process as painless as possible. In the end, they finished on time and we love our new kitchen. They are not the least expensive choice but any difference in price with a competitor I believe was well worth it because of the quality and overall experience we had. Highly recommend and would hire again.
