    This company had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try like everyone else.  Wow, I?m glad I did. This company is great!

    1.       5 Stars = calling their office, the person was very pleasant and answered over 10 questions that I had.
    2.       5 Stars = When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by name. They walked around my car and shared everything they would do.
    3.       5 Stars = They took me home and picked me up once my car was done.
    4.       5 Stars = Outstanding detailing. My 6 years old car looked brand new!


    This company is the real deal!  See you in 3 months for my next service DoubleTake!

    Wow, these guys did a great job. I had damage to the left side of my care from the drivers door to the quarter panel. They did the work on time as promised, were extremely polite and courteous, and when finished, you could not see any trace of the damage. The car was new and looked new again. Unfortunately a month later the car was hit while parked. And once again, they did a fabulous job.
    I will definitely go back again.

    My experience with the Window Genie of Peninsula was okay. They showed up on time. They were very thorough. There was some bubbles under the film actually which is maybe unavoidable but I was kind of thinking that they could get rid of them. It was okay, it is all good. I don't really know what to compare the price with. I probably would use them again in the future.

    ne.I have taken my volvo 2004 V40 to Profeddional Auto Care since 2006 and have always had great service at a reasonable price. Kim, the owner does all the work himself and I trust his evaluation of what my car needs to have done. The brakes are squealing, I brought the car in and Kim replaced the pads only because the rotors were still good. My rear wiper is missing a small spot and I asked him to fix it. He said that the whole deal would have to be fixed at a cost of something like $200. and pointed out that the problem might not be significant enough to spend that much. I agreed. The headlight bulbs were replaced for the cost of the parts.

    On time on budget,kept telling me it was not ready for brakes for three services when I thought it was,easily could have done them and charged me. I feel that overall I get better service than a small independent shop,which usually isn't the case with dealers.
    I like the fact they have all Honda fluids on hand and don't substitute.

    They did an excellent job and I had my car back pretty quickly. They kept me informed - the card had suspension damage and that work had to be done by a mechanic which they aranged, they replaced the bumper and rear side panel, matched up the paint and the car came out looking great. They also took the time to talk to me about something that had been going on with the paint. I thought the paint was going bad, it had this speckeled rust that seemed to be coming through the white paint. But they showed me that it wasn't the paint at all, but rather something coating the entire car. They used a clay bar and rubbed it out to show me that it could be removed. That was good news to me and I appreciated their taking the time. The best thing about these people is the customer service - they are very strong in this area and I hope that continues. Elizabeth who runs the front office is very helpful. I would not hesitate to return to them for service or recommend others.

    Great!!! A1 Auto Tech provided excellent, prompt service at a fair price. In fact, since the wheels had to come off for the required rotor and brake pad measurements, Frank rotated my tires at no extra cost. This is a private shop and the owner's pride shows by the cleanliness of the shop, the order of the tools and friendliness of the staff. I have never seen such good lighting inside a shop. I was pleased to find a shop such as this that is so familiar with American cars. Additionally, Franks wife drove me to work after I dropped off the vehicle. I will definitely hire A1 Auto Tech should I have additional needs.

    I had purchased 8 AngiesList.com Big Deals coupons for $99 Exterior (OR) Interior Detailing. I made an appointment with Mark on the phone for Thursday, September 29, 2011. on Tuesday, September 27 to have 3 of my vehicles detailed. I told Mark that I would be using the coupons for them. Scheduling was a breeze. It was set for 9:00am-9:30am. Mark gave me a call the next day and informed me that his crew will arrive between 9:30am-10:00am instead due to the distance to my area. Greatly appreciate the call Mark. Thank you.

    On Thursday morning at 10am, Miguel and Armand arrived and was ready to get cleaning. I had other contractors working on my garage in the back, so Miguel and Armand setup on my driveway at the front of the house, they were very cooperative to park close to the left of the driveway in case anyone needed to leave.

    I had them start cleaning my Porsche Cayenne S first, followed by the Golf GTI, then my wife's BMW Z4, and lastly the Lexus LS 430. Miguel informed me that there was an additional cost for the SUV, as well as the 1 engine cleaning for the SUV, and I do appreciate it that he told me before the service even began.

    Both Miguel and Armand worked from 10am to about 3pm. They never stopped in the middle really, just kept on doing their work from start to finish all the way through. Miguel informed me that he will do the best he can to remove the water spots that were on my SUV from my own mistake of not having to wipe down the car after I sprayed my car using the garden hose. He was also very informative to let me know that I could get a filter to produce oxidized water for my hose at the local hardware store, if I wanted to wash my car without water spots. Thank you again Miguel, I really appreciate the tip. 

    After Miguel and Armand completed the first two vehicles, Miguel asked me if I had looked over the cleaned cars and I told him that I had not yet looked over them. He told me he likes his customers to look over the completed job and let him know if any extra attention were needed to be taken care of. Again, I really like his honesty and customer service. I looked over the completed cars and the rims were bling, the body was shining off the sun and I could see the surrounding reflecting off of it, the upholstery were super clean (both cloth and leathers), but when I checked the storage compartments and one of the trunks of the cars, I was a little sad that the compartments were not vacuumed or wiped down, so I reported back to Miguel and informed him of this. He assured me that it was okay to let him know what's wrong, that he was sorry that he had forgotten about it and that he would take care of it again once he had completed the remaining cars.

    On the Lexus LS, this car had been sitting dirty for quite a long time and has not only tree sap and dirt stuck on the exterior, but the what once used to be nice beige leather, now had shades of grey from collected dirt on the interior. I asked Miguel to do what he could with the interior as I had little hope that even he could bring it back to new. When Miguel was done with the LS, he asked me to have a look over and to my surprise, again, the whole car looked like new! Inside and out! Again! Rims were super bling, body acted like a mirror, and greatest part of all, all the interior cloth and leather were super cleaned. The car looked like when I first saw it at the dealership, new!

    Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of this service call this time, but I will definitely call for another appointment again, as I still have two more complete detailing coupons to go.

    Only reason I gave pricing a, B, is because even at $169.oo for their complete detailing and $99.oo for their exterior/interior detailing coupons, compared to what I used to pay for a complete detailing job in the long past at $135.oo with a competitor that used a toothbrush to clean the rims, the price seemed more expensive to me. Though, as their website states, "Catering to the Entertainment Industry." I can understand why. Still they were very hard working, and Miguel and Armand left a good image for me of their company and services. Thank you.

    My roommate saw his GTI and said, "Wow! I never saw my car so shiny before! Thanks."

    My mother looked over her LS and said, "Thank God! It's so clean now. I was worried that the car would have stayed wasted and hopeless. They did a great job!."

    It went okay. Last minute they switched the brand of tire. Their estimate said that they would provide me with a brand name tire. But the day I arrived they told me that they had a generic brand, with is supposedly just as good or better and that they were going to give me those instead. I was not too happy with that even though it may be true that the generic tire is of higher quality. I felt a little scammed and taken advantage of. I went ahead and took the tires and took their word for it because I had a long drive to get there. So I didn't want to go another day with bad tires so I just went ahead and put on the tires they gave me.

    The price was reasonable and the insurance took care of it. The job went very well. They were on time. They were fast. As soon as the insurance okayed the job, they did it. They were professional and seemed competent. What stood out most to me about them was that they seemed to know what they were doing. I would use them again in the future.
