    Ultimate Termite Control
This company was referred to me by my sister with high praise...they were very knowledgeable and informative in their treatment..price was not the cheapest but from owning a home I know not the best..call them and give them a chance to help you, you will see what Im talking about.

Ecola Termite & Pest Control Services
Your representative has only come once so far, so l can't tell if his work will take care of the problem. I understand that there will be the initial visit and two followups. $295.00 plus $89 every other month, with two followups.

    Pacific Coast Termite Inc

We needed an inspection for a home refinance. I had already received an inspection from our regular bug guy. (Western Exterminator.) That inspection was not really clear on what needed to be done. It also gave wording that concerned the new lender. It did not provide options for repairing the damage. It referred us to a contractor to do the repair work.

I called Pacific Coast because of the ads. The inspection went well and didn't seem as "intrusive" as the other company. I got a quote for both the termite treatment and the repair of damage.

The treatment went very fast. The cost of it seemed to be around the price that the other company wanted for tenting. Obviously, we didn't want to have to tent because of the hassle, so it end up being the better deal. The treatment people were professional and helped me move items out of the attic that were in the way of the treatment.

The repair work went well. They did provide prompt service. There was some delay due to staff meetings and waiting for materials. Also, some confusion in communication. Also, I was concerned about the price, but was under a deadline so didn't have much options. Our lender suggested it was best to keep all this work with the same company.

We received the completed inspection report cleared of worked to be completed. After working out some confusion with that the lender needed, we did get the final items needed to close the loan.

    GAM Exterminating
Really lousy phone communication, unable to find a house with a giant number sign, then has the gall to accuse other people of wasting their time when they were the ones constantly wasting our time.
Pushy salesman with no real knowledge of the products used and tries to scare tactic you into buying more services. (Tried to sell me termite protection even though the general pesticide has termite protection--DEMAND those labels.)
Attempts to refuse groupons and other promotions (although legally they HAVE to honor those) and tried to change the terms on the spot (also illegal).
Tracked mud into the house, made a huge mess in the bathroom (because he couldn't wait 4 minutes to drive to fast food place, apparently) and was incredibly rude, insinuating, pushy throughout.
Not through at all, although he kept trying to claim that's what made GAM such a good exterminator company. 3

    Isotech Pest Management
I had been researching online various effective methods to get rid of bed bugs but couldn't find any place locally that used it, so I was extremely happy to learn IsoTech did in fact use this very same chemical and included the trained bed bug sniffing dogs, too! The IsoTech representatives I dealt with prior to the fumigation were very helpfull and professional but I wasn't aware IsoTech did not have its own team of IsoTech personnel to do the actual fumigation. Appears IsoTech hires independent contractors to do the actual work which I discovered when I signed some paperwork listing the contractor's company name on it. The lead person was surprised to learn our two cars were to be covered as well as I overhead him on the phone speaking in Spanish (which I understand) checking with his office about it. My thought at the time was perhaps he didn't bring a large enough tent. He had us move our cars as close to the garage door as possible but never mentioned he wasn't prepared to include the cars and would probably have to stretch the tent to make it fit.
The fumigation was scheduled for a weekend Fri - Mon., Aug. 15-18, 2014. Early Monday morning they had already removed the tent, fans, etc. by the time we arrived around 8:30 am. Later that morning the man with the specialty trained dog came and checked everything to make sure the problem had been successfully taken care of. They were great.
Everything appeared to be in place and in good condition, EXCEPT the roof top OnStar antenna on my car was BENT IN HALF (perhaps because they had to stretch the tent to cover the cars?). This type of antenna cannot be lowered but I could have wrapped it in such a way as to prevent this from happening. No note, no explanation, no apology, no reimbursement to get it repaired. Later while recleaning and putting my kitchen back in order, I discovered two of my expensive Santuko knives (10and quot; and 8and quot; ) were missing from the kitchen drawer. I used these two kniveson a daily basis and kept them in the exact same spot all the time. Everything else was in its place.
The fumigation was successful and other than the two unfortunate instances noted above, I would recommend IsoTech to others. It was a bit pricey but worth it because of the chemical used and the trained sniffing dogs.
    Thank you.

    TermiGONE Exterminators Inc
I wish I had more to judge the service of this provider rather than only one criterion being responsiveness to my initial inquiry.  I placed two calls to TermiGone to get a quote and was assured twice that an inspector would contact me to set up an appointment to come back.  It has been 3 days now and no one has called which sends me a clear message.  I find that type of irresponsible behavior absolutely inexcusable and will take my business elsewhere

    Terminix - Commerce
They have us on a scheduled maintenance plan. It is not my house, it is my parents, but I know they have a scheduled maintenance plan. I'm sure it is affordable because they do it monthly and it is worth it. They are really good and come whenever we call them when we have an issue.

    Morgan Termite Control Inc
They did everything well. The people were nice, courteous and showed up on time. When they were here I showed them a place where work had been done previously that I wasn't happy with from another company and I asked them not to leave their work that way. They said that was fine and they did the work and also fixed the work that wasn't really their responsibility at all. They did what they said they were going to do and were quick as well.

All went well.  The workers arrived on time, placed the poison, and covered the holes.  The termites were killed.  Also ants are killed by the poison and I have not had any ants in the house since the poison was placed.  One bad side effect was that three rose bushes and one fruit tree died from the poison placed around the gazebo.  I was told that this might happen by the workers.  So if you do not want anything to happen to your plants dig then up then replant them with clean dirt.

    TOTAL TERMITE & CONSTRUCTION
We haven’t done it since we moved in which was 10 years ago.  My real estate office uses them and we have used them for some other purchases for our client.  I have been off work for a while and I don’t go to the office every day as I am kind of retired.  The client had paid for it. They did a whole lot, they tented the three bed room home, and they replaced a couple of warded wood.  The pricing depends on the square foot of the home and it was a small home.  I would tell others about them.  They come in the office everyday so we kind of know them.  They provide good customer service.  Depending on the square footage and the distance the pricing varies.  They are excellent in quality.  They give us good service else I wouldn’t have used them.  They are always returning the call and whatever I need.  They are very professional.
