We had Hilton arrange to ship four cars cross country.  One car was shipped enclosed ($1450), and that service was fine.  Picked up on time, delivered on time and in good condition.  The service on the other three was sort of meh.  The good news was that the cars were picked up and did in fact make it to the designated location.  However, the arrival date changed several times.  The cars were supposed to arrive Monday, then Tuesday--my husband actually rescheduled a flight in order to be there for the Tuesday delivery, and then heard late Tuesday afternoon that it would be Wed or Thurs.  The cars appeared late Thurs night, and one of them had gotten partially drenched in oil, presumably from a leaking car transported above it.  I wouldn't want to use the driver (Yuri) who brought those three cars again, he was difficult to communicate with and understand and not very timely in letting us know that he was delayed.

Prompt, efficient service. They even rotated my tires after I asked if they did that service. These guys are friendly and go that extra mile, in addition to offering excellent work. My husband also uses them for his truck.

Not only were they one of the few places in town that would actually perform the service, they were quick, friendly, even told me about minor issues my car had, but said it was in great condition for being 12 years old. Also they had a price cheaper than expected. Thanks for helping an out of towner and last minute.

Virtually every appointment I have with these folks is outstanding. I feel like a VIP every time I go there. They are both professional and also very personabe. Always very careful to fully explain everything they are doing and any issues they find with my vehicles. They have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up if you need it. Also their prices are very reasonable.

We were very satisfied with their work. We've used them before both times in my grandson's car and he's been satisfied with the work. It seems that they have done a good job. I don't know how to compare because I haven't used anybody else around here for those services but they were recommended to me by other people and so I'm assuming that they probably have a good reputation in the neighborhood.

We have a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country with about 130,000 miles on it. We had the transmission rebuilt about two years and 15,000 miles ago.
My job requires me to travel across the coastal mountains of California's central coast to the central valley every week, so I was putting lots of strain on the transmission in hill climbing and passing. About a month ago, my check engine light came on and the automatic transmission switched in to and quot;limp-inand quot; mode (only second gear, no shifting) during a long climb or frequent hard acceleration (repeated high speed passing). After letting the van sit overnight, the system returned to normal, until I once again had to drive back over the mountains.
Once I got the van back to town, my wife took it to Supreme Automotive, where they diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the rebuild transmission with a full replacement. The replacement cost as much as the rebuild, but there was a 100,000 mile warranty on the replacement!
This was fortunate because about a month and a half later, the van started acting very strangely: after starting the van and driving about half a block, the speedometer started swinging wildly between my current speed, 0, and pegged high, each time corresponding to the transmission slipping or dragging. After a few seconds the transmission would return to normal, and I could accelerate to about 30 mph, then it would happen again.
We returned to Supreme Automotive, and they replaced a controller (under warranty... Woohoo!) and recommended we replace a couple of plastic connectors that were worn due to age. Total cost: about $140.
The van is back to normal, and even shifts better now than the original.

They specialize in Toyota, Lexus and Prius. They were prompt and 45mins later they told me that everything on my car looked great. They didn't try to sell me on any repairs that I didn't need. I was very surprised. They were very nice and they were also fair. Daniel and Loren helped me.

Done on time, no confusing sales pitch suggesting other maintenance, honored coupon, mechanic was friendly and talked to me in layman's terms (I am a female), met owner who was super nice. Overall I felt the price was right , the people friendly and I got an honest deal all around.

See above. It went really well. It was just a simple tow call that I paid for out of pocket. I have used Kautz before and do know that my insurance company uses Kautz for their roadside assistance plan.
