ALAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPEOur experience with Lavish Gardens Landscaping could not have been any better! They turned our ugly hillside into beautiful eye candy. We have a very large, very steep hillside to deal with and the workers made it look easy. They were extremely professional every step of the way and we were amazed at the end of each day to see the amount of work done and the changes occurring. ASystem PaversLoving my backyard. Can’t wait for COVID to be over so I can have gatherings and show off my new backyard. For now, my toddler is loving walking or running around the backyard without worrying about tripping from the old slimy cement I once had. Yay pavers! I worked with Jim, Frank, and Beau. First, Jim has a good vision which helps as most customers like me only know they want pavers and how much I can afford (though never tell contractors that). He measured the area, went over the colors and design, etc. Frank kept me in the loop on the schedule and Beau took care of me during the whole project. I am truly thankful for Beau as he worked with my last minute additions (sitting wall and lights). I mean I literally woke up and thought hmm “lights” and here I go texting Beau. I think since my budget was limited, Jim just gave me what was most important to me and he truly stretched what I can reach with my budget. The guys who worked on the pavers are like miracle workers, I mean I went to get a quick fast food brunch drive-thru and when I came back, the old stuff was mostly all taken down and its only been an hour or so. What they can do in 2-3 days was unimaginable. Yes, thats all the time it took and no they did not cut corners as I was observing the process from time to time. It was like HGTV live for me (I mean we all watch “Property Brothers” and the such but to see it in person was very entertaining). Yes, there was no way I could have DIY this backyard project and I wouldn’t want to. When it was all done, I was very happy. I’m also impressed by the warranty as when it started raining after a month and I discovered small area pooling water. I texted Beau and low and behold, I was penciled in very fast and it was fixed by the time it rained the next time. Their knowledge on how to fix problems was very helpful especially to someone like me who would leave things to professionals but watch so I can learn from their experiences. To make my backyard better, I hired a tree removal company to remove a tree that was producing berries that started to stain my new pavers (Oh h*ll no). Unfortunately, the tree removal company cracked a brick and no they didn’t tell me, I can just see some type of scratch mark on it and it wasn’t the evening before they came. I knew it wasn’t covered on the warranty but asked Beau if they can come and fix it. I was willing to pay but they were so nice that they came and fixed it for me for free. I think they felt bad as they knew my plans of how I wanted to show off my new pavers but with COVID, plans were still on hold. They have pride on their work, that small cracked brick would ruin the unveiling. Haha. Thank goodness. Yay, System Pavers.- Aicha N.

AZoe LandscapingAMAZING!!. Horacio takes pride in business and his work. We were in an awful position cause are main water line broke and even though he was busy he worked on weekend to get the water stopped. Always punctual and dependable. (So important) He work ethics are amazing and so hard to find... After he earned my trust with his hard work and kindness we trusted him to design our front yard. ASystem PaversI am now a raving fan of system pavers and have already started on new ideas of what could be possible in our home. On a scale of 0-4 I would give JR and his team a 4++! Bill, JR, Leo(and his team), Bo and Lonnie all were amazing to work with. All the people we interacted with and the work that was completed is top notch. I know I am very hard to please but all work completed and my interactions have far surpassed my expectations. Any questions were quickly addressed and any ideas were made possible. ALAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPEWe love Lavish Gardens! When we first moved into our newly built house in Rocklin, the yard was just dirt and weeds. We met with several other landscaping companies, but Mike at Lavish Gardens was by far the most professional. The work that Mike’s company and team did was performed as planned and estimated. The process was stress free and the work was completed on schedule. Mike is very attentive and responsive. He was always available for any questions we had and kept us informed every step of the way. Not to mention, he has a wonderful architect who drew our plans beyond what we could have ever imagined for our backyard. The architect was very helpful in recommending specific plants that, as we requested,were low maintenance and also bright and colorful. They also poured concrete, installed lights, a sprinkler and irrigation system, and a moss rock wall. The result is stunning and beautiful and not something you can get from any other landscaper that we’ve seen in the area. Lavish Gardens really knows their stuff. For example, we had a sudden drainage issue on a slope due to the home builder, and Lavish Gardens was able to install a drainage system that immediately solved the problem. We are thrilled how our backyard turned out and would definitely recommend Lavish Gardens!- Brooke L.

ALAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPEWe are very impressed with Lavish Gardens Landscape. We value quality and service over bargain prices and Mike (owner) and his crew delivered. The design is beautiful and the team was very open to our multiple edits and adjustments during the project. We even added front yard lighting near the end of the project and they installed that in the same timeline. Mike provided daily updates to advise us when and what would be done: fantastic. Another great thing about Mike is that his answer is usually "Yes" to whatever idea comes up. Additionally, he will offer advice on whether the owner should pursue the idea, but regardless the answer is still "Yes." We appreciate that balance of willingness, and experienced advice. During delivery of 5 large ceramic pots, Pottery World (not Lavish) broke one. These pots arrive only once per year from overseas. We were very unhappy. Pottery World offered to send another style of pot for us to evaluate. When I told Mike about the mishap, his answer was the best possible: "Don't settle" he said. He went on to say that if his team needed to come back next year to install the fifth pot, they'd do that to make us happy. I was amazed and knew that we chose the best contractor. AMike has built an excellent team, both in the office and in the field. The on-site team leader was helpful in every respect if a change was requested and the team always delivered on time ! Mike also provided a helpful brochure to the neighbors and there were no complaints - even during demo process - which was a great blessing. Not only would I hire Lavish Gardens again in a heartbeat, I will be asking Mike back later this year to finish up the front of the property. This has been a great experience all around and I am so pleased with the result. Peace of mind and beauty to relax in, thanks to the wonderful folks at Lavish Gardens.

ARay came out and gave us an estimate and went over the options with us. Was very professional and went over every aspect and the time frame and even put up with us changing the color and asking alot of questions to understand the project. They came out and replaced our entire pool deck and patio and extended the stamped concrete further into our yard as we had wanted. They kept everything clean and worked hard and completed everything on schedule and the quality of the work was great. The before and after photos speak for themselves.
