  • Everyone in the office is very friendly. I trust this office because they are never recommending unnecessary work. I have been to other dentists who give me a laundry list of procedures overtime I go in. Because I trust them I went ahead and did a gum graft with their surgeon, Dr. Verdugo, which also went very well. A good dentist is like a good mechanic--you want to feel like you can trust their diagnosis! Also, you can't beat their receptionist, Betsy, who is a joy to interact with and runs a tight ship in that office!

  • The receptionist was very friendly. They had time for the exam but not the cleaning but they made the time for the cleaning when someone canceled. The dentist was nice and friendly. Although, I was new they treated me like I was a long timecustomer.

  • They are overwhelmed by the volume of patients they are getting. If you have something urgent to be taken care of, you might have to go to an urgent care. The office environment is nice. I've been very happy with the group. Overall, its the typical wait, maybe 15 minutes to half an hour of your schedule appointment hour. The guys treat me very nice, they are very friendly when I go him. I've known my doctor for 20 years. He has his computer and actually takes very thorough notes and he prints it up and before you leave, he hands you the thing and if you have a follow up, you don't have to remember it in your mind. Sometimes the bills get mixed up but when I call, they are very cordial and understanding.

  • May 19th was my second visit to Dr. Kelman for a pain to my left heel area.  I
    actually went to the old office location, because when I made the appointment
    the office staff did not inform me that they had moved to a new location since
    my last visit.  Let me begin by saying that Dr. Kelman is very pleasant
    and excellent at explaining procedures and providing care.  The treatment
    for my foot went well.
    However on August 19, 2015 the orthotics (expensive) which I purchased in
    August 5, 2014 fell apart.  I have had orthotics in the past and never had
    the upper cover separate from the sole.  Very cheaply made.  I called
    the office to inquire about having another pair made, I was told by the office
    staff that the warranty was for one year only. The office staff person asked
    whether I had my cast.  I informed them that the cast was never given to
    me and asked if they could check and see if they were on file.  I was told
    that someone would call me back that same day and let me know the
    situation.  Two days later I never received the courteously of a phone
    call.  I finally took the orthotics to a shoe repair shop to have them
    repaired with a better quality of material than was previously used.
    While the podiatrist and the MA are very courteous and professional, the front
    office staff leaves a lot to be desired.  The staff and products used by
    an organization directly reflect upon the provider of services.  I will
    not recommend this service to anyone else based on the lack of follow through
    and competency of the office staff and the poor quality of the products.

  • Their office staff is very accommodating and very helpful. Generally, it has been a happy experience with them. I don't like dentists. He's a pleasant person to be around. He's painless so far, I had a number things done and I just recommend him highly. I don't have any complaints about anything regarding the whole experience with him. Thy bill the insurance and then I pay what's left.

  • Dr. Whetstone is extremely nice and has an excellent bed side manner.  Her staff is friendly and professional.  The office is really nice and the staff handled the insurance for me.  All-in-all it was a terrific experience.  The only reason I did not give all A's is because the lumineer I had re-installed fell off again a week later.  I also expressed a desire to have the crown that I replaced the same color as my new lumineers but it is not.  It's not that big of deal since no one but me can see it but I still wish I was consulted on the color prior to installation.

  • I have only used him once but he seemed really good. Office environment is clean, kind of quiet. Its a friendly doctor so there is like kids around too. If an elder patient wants to go there and probably needs a little bit more quiet time or something like. He is kind of a family doctor. I haven't really had a problem not too much of a wait. I like Dr. Dao. His availability is pretty limited. I was able to kind of squeeze in into consultation. They have their own phlebotomist and that is kind of full. You don't have to go to another facility to get your stuff like that and testing done. I didn't really have any problems or complaints. Staff were good. His communication was excellent. He explained everything. He even talked about one of the prescriptions that I had and how it could be addictive and he kind of switched me over to a new one that could be less addictive and he explained all the side effects. He pretty much answered all my questions. He took his time. Kind of explained things in layman's terms. They really took their time to communicate with my insurance company and stuff like that. They are looking also add x-ray machines and MRI machines. They don't have that. They are working on that right now.

  • I have been going there for at least 10 years. I really have no complaints. His hours are limited on Tuesday and Thursday. He does not have normal like 9 to 5 hours. He does also open late a little bit on Monday and Wednesday. I definitely come out feeling better all the time. It definitely an improvement. Its not like a rushed job and hey let me adjust you and get you out of here. He really takes his time with you and kind of gets you to do other things that help you improve your posture and whatever issues you might have instead of just rushing you out the door after he adjusts you. Very clean office. People are very polite you know kind of greets everybody by first name basis. Good punctuality. He always wanted to work with people. He is really good.
