    My experience with Hamid and staff was excellent. The job was performed with expertise and professionalism. I was able to work while waiting for the car. Also liked the fact that Hamid explained the different tints and what to expect. Hamid informs owners know that tinting the windshield is illegal in the state of California as it can diminish visibility to a degree (done if owner still wants front tinted). Overall very pleased with finished product. I would definitely refer others to Sunshield, and would not hesitate to use their services again.

    They have been really good. Hamer has been great. They have been very good. They have done warranty repairs. That is basically why I reverted back to the dealer, due to recalls and what not. I have stayed with them for the last 2 years.

    I've been with them for 2 or 2 and a half years. They are terrific. They are doing a great job. I have multiple vehicles that are serviced by them. I had one old one that was serviced by them and now I have 2 newer ones. I appreciate their professionalism. I know that the service when it is necessary will be more costly than a neighborhood mechanic but I have experience that tells me that I want people who are trained on my vehicle and have access the right parts to fix it and make sure that I am totally assured that it will be done correctly because they know what they are doing. I like being with the dealers. The dealers are not all alike. It's a matter of the attitude of the people and they way they present themselves. Boy are there differences between dealers. I think Hamer has impressed me at a very high level.

    They do take care of business, and they get it right. If, whatever, there is any kind of mistake or error or whatever in-completion; they fix it right away. I haven't had that kind of a problem. They are right on. They fix everything the first time the right way. They are extremely professional and they are very sensitive to customer relations, I think. I have a really strong, positive feeling about their relationship to the community as well.

    Ken was very responsive to scheduling the job when I needed it. He followed through with his promises. Two detailers arrived on time in a clean company vehicle. Courteous and diligent. Worked in hot sun (unfortunately no shade for car nor detailers) with no breaks (for sure had to give them some club soda, popsicles, & solid tips). Touched on all the bases as written up in the offer, with some added features :) Overall, car was much improved! Just a couple of "B" areas to mention: folds in the leather hand brake cowl didn't get cleaned; leather seats are mottled (spatters where leather cleaner cleaned and didn't clean as much); and part of rear windows were left unwiped inside. (I'll note that the leather seats had some build up of dirt). Overall, it was a good value!

    They didn't do well with the negotiation. Turned out better than I thought right now. When I was there the Honda cars don't break down much, and thy sold me this policy. Also they wanted me to pay cash for this policy. I had plenty of credit, and it didn't need much. Then they wanted $2,000 down. I bought the policy for $2,000, the extended warranty. Then she wanted it in cash. I took $2000 and gave it to her. I didn't want to, but I wanted the deal done. I got home and said I shouldn't have done that. When I was in financing I didn't negotiate it right. It was too big of an extended warranty for a small car. They will 80,000 before I need any work on them. That is why I am worried about where to get the oil change. I canceled the policy, and it took about a month. Honda said I cant cancel it. It goes against the policy. If I owe $25,000, I now owe $23,000. They charged me for insurance on the car, and I got insurance at another provider. I cancel the other policy, and you could not cancel policy, it goes against the principle of the car. Now I owe $22,000 on the car. The number changed on the principle that came off the car. Its ok, and now its better. By the time I owe $18,000, and the price of my payment up higher than anybody else. Most people where near the $360, and I was up at $406, to $403. I couldn't change that. No matter if the car is larger in the beginning, and now its smaller. I bought a $18,000 or $20,000 car. The price of my payment is high, and they changed the amount of principle I pay on it. They erased almost a $100. They recalculated everything and figured it all out. It was $234 with the principle coming off, and its $350. If you don't get their coverage, you don't drive off their lot. So, I got the coverage. You can use their insurance company, but who knows, I rather use my insurance. I know if I get into anything, I can get out of it. That was paying the price of your car, licencing, and taxes. Then you pay warranty. The warranty I paid it off right then. I was covered that time. It comes with a three year, $36,000 warranty. I talked to a few people, and neighborhood warranty and you are already covered, and don't need a four or five year policy. You can always buy another policy for three years. They were wrong, and the cash thing, I ended up paying more. I had a car on trade and got $2,000 to $3,000. I didn't do good on negotiation. I gave them a pretty good car, and it might broken down by now. It was thirteen yeas old. I would, but Kolbe Honda went out of business the next week. Now its another company, and its not big Kolbe Honda, but them. If even if they have any Kolbe Honda. Its gone.

    Well, the guys that came out were really cool and easygoing. And it was convenient that they came out to me. They cleaned the car well but after it was all said and done, it wasn't any cleaner than when i take it to my local full service car wash and have it cleaned for $24.99. I'm not sure what else they did that made it worth the extra money. I still had some marks on the door panels and seats that I took to my local car wash guys the next day and they cleaned it right off. I've had my vehicles fully detailed before and it's a HUGE difference. This "platinum interior and exterior detailing package" was underwhelming. I sure am glad I didn't pay full price!!!!

    I had an appointment with a major company to do this, but thought I'd shop around and was happy I did.  Called Raymond's, they came out the next morning and within an hour I had a new windshield installed.  Not as sexy as the big companies, but who needs that when you can save $80+ bucks.
