    IND Construction Inc
David and Ben transformed our early 1990's country kitchen into a beautiful and contemporary, yet warm, gathering place for our family. I pinch myself every morning when I walk into our beautiful kitchen to make my coffee. Their crew's workmanship is impeccable and top notch. David and Ben were so easy to deal with. The one word that best describes them is "mensch." Both men are fair, transparent, and decent. I would highly recommend IND Construction.

    Mark C Petersen Residential Remodeling
Mark & Rob did an excellent job gutting and then remodeling my bathroom. This was a total make over of my bathroom plus adding a shower over the bathtub. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to work in my home. Mark & Rob handled plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, drywall with Frank doing the tile and Jose handling the new quartz counter tops. All of this was supervised by Mark, who was always on time and was there every day he was supposed to be. They completed my job in 4 weeks. They cleaned up very well every day. I would definitely recommend Mark Petersen for any remodel you would want to do.

    Horizon Construction & Remodeling Inc
You can feel comfortable hiring Horizon Construction and Remodeling for your next house project! I had to do lots of repair and maintenance on my Queen Anne Victorian home and Project Manager Mike and the folks at Horizon came through with flying colors. I replaced the roof, cleaned and re-insulated the attic, added new floors upstairs, upgraded some electrical, repaired plater ceilings and painted the exterior with a three color "Painted Lady" look for the house. All the sub-contractors were polite, fine craftsmen and always on time. Mike was great communicating with me at all times. This situation has not always been true for contractors I've interviewed to work on my house. Usually, they come to the house, say they will give me an estimate, and never call back. Horizon and their team did high quality work on a difficult older home.

    Nemeth Family Interiors
It went great! This is a very professional company. We are very satisfied wih their product, workmanship, staff and thoughtfulness. Wonderful company and people. A few years back we had them install wall to wall carpet in our home too. We were very pleased then also. They cleaned up during and after the job is done as well.

    George Dones
George was the ultimate professional and a gentleman as my wife and i were home during the process. Everyday he would clean up the area that he was working to the best he could do. We could not have asked for a better job and have had numerous complements on the look and quality of the job. I would recommend him to anybody.with our hesitation.

    A-1 Factory Direct Carpet
We were really pleased with their work. It ended up taking a little bit longer than they had originally anticipated. The final product, we were really excited about. We really had a great excited their salesman Zach. He's been really great. We've had some issue with some flooring after we had the floors installed and he just popped over on a Sunday to check it out and make sure that the floors for the work done so we've been really happy with them. Really, I just say we had a great experience with their salesman Zach. even Ehen the installer took a little bit longer than anticipated, he ended up giving us a $500 discount because we ended up, because you know, we have to rent a place a little bit longer because it wasn't move in ready. He was wonderful. He was attentive. He brought samples to our house, made house calls a number of times. We had a great experience with him. For the price, to tell you the truth, we didn't do a lot of comparative shopping. The challenge is that the installer they had come to do the work, he was less punctual. We had some issues with him, but he's an independent contractor that A-1 hired out. Ultimately, maybe I will give them maybe a B on punctuality because it's like crossing the wires between the installer and the company who made us believe it was gonna be a week when in reality it was three weeks. They were great.

    Mark C Petersen Residential Remodeling
This remodel was absolutely the easiest one we have ever had done! Mark and his guys were wonderful in their work ethic, timeliness, cleanliness and ability to get the job done right. We had a limited time frame to complete the job and they managed to finish within our time frame. They arrived promptly at 7am every morning and did all the work themselves with the exception of the tile which was done by a sub (who also did a great job). It will be a "no-brainer"' when we need work done again...they are definitely our go-to guys! Thanks for a great job Mark, Rob and Scott!

    Frank Gonzalez Tile
Frank installed a new custom quartz bathroom vanity counter, the tile walls in the shower, and new tile flooring.as well as continued the same flooring in our laundry room. He did a fabulous job! He arrived each day as promised and on time, cleaned up after himself at the end of the work day, and completed the job on time. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Nemeth Family Interiors
We used Nemeth Family Interiors for the first time 10 years ago. The owner, Dave, came to our home to help us choose a carpet for our family room. He was very knowledgeable and the carpet he recommended is still holding up beautifully. Our family recently moved to a new home and needed carpet for a playroom space. Once again Dave was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nemeth Family Interiors also helped us with our window covering needs. Their installer, Herb, is very thorough and personable. He installed shades, draperies, cornice boxes, and electric shades. Everything was measured perfectly and installed properly. Herb is truly about customer service, as are all those we have had the pleasure of working with at Nemeth Family Interiors.

    Best Guy Development

Ben ( I believe) came to our home to give estimate for a new kitchen convert from Dinning room

as the current kitchen is a small "hallway" type.    I had already gotten two estimates and know

how giving a estimate is professionaly done.    In this instance, they cold called me and I agreed

to have them come out (my mistake as I know better from the fiasco I had with new floors with

another slick contractor.    This time I was ready.   No more Mr. nice guy.     First of all, the company

name they gave me on the phone is "B & G Development".    You well not find them when researching.

Estimate was done on yellow legal pad ( lined paper) and no professional company form.    The

"salesman" after listing the things to be done, continued to pus for signing me up for a '3D design" for $399.

He said " so, what I want to start to do tomorrow is  remove the popcorn ceiling, remove old flooring and lay down

new tile floor along with bringing in my designer for a couple of hours  to do the 3d design.  Regardless of us

doing the new kitchen or not, you need this done anyway."  He asked me a question like do you want to start tomorrow or Monday is a hook device for committing, which I promptly told him I am just

getting an estimate here.    When I said I will do the $399 3D design if I decide to go with them for this job,

he then told me that  the designing part is $39.99 and not $399.   In effect saying I heard him wrong.    No I did not.     When I said:

thanks for your estimate and let me think about it, he gave a expression of not believing or accepting my decision.    I  told him I am not interested and then stood up

and went by the door as he did not want to let this potential job go.   He coldly without hardly a word go up and quickly left.     I got some good practice today but the new lesson for me is don't waste my time or theirs when a company calls looking for customers.   I will not ever again agree to a cold calling request for an estimate and only I will seek out an estimate with those I choose.  A good company should just give a design, the scope of the work involved and a price.    if interested to let them know and part ways without any pressure for a commitment.
