    GERMAN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER
It went smooth as usual. I have used him for years and he backs up all his work.  Very friendly and helpful.  You can drop you car off even when he's not there which is convenient.  My vehicles always run awesome after his services are performed.  Its hard to find a good reliable mechanic that backs his work up but this is one you can count on. I've had 3 different vehicles of my own serviced here.  I highly recommend him for service on any brand of vehicle not just German as none of my vehicles are German.

    Glendora Foreign Car Service

Years ago, in the 1980's, I had a new car, something went wrong with it and I took it to Pete for the first time. He calls me up and said he's not going to do anything, he said he had my car towed to the Toyota place because there is going to be a recall on the problem. I would have paid $400-500 and I wouldn't have known the difference and so I've been going to him ever since and he's wonderful.

They fill your car up with gas and at Christmas they give out goodies. My husband used to say "wait until December to take the car in so we can get the goodies".

    HARRELL'S TRANSMISSION

I had gone to Harrell's Transmission years ago with another older car when it was run by the Mike's parents.  I own a l992 Honda Accord that has less than 71,000 miles on it and I developed a problem with the transmission.  I had gone to another shop in Glendora, but the car was kept by that shop for a few days,  and I was told to come pick it up for the person didn't have time to work on it  to see what all it needed.  Another shop in Glendora quoted $2400 for just the transmission.

Then I recalled going to Harrell's Transmission years ago with my older Chevrolet I owned and I was happy and satisfied with the service then; I decided to go back to Harrell's.  Of course, I looked up the ratings before going there and it were excellent.  The price originally for the transmission was to run $1400 to $1700, but with the extra work and finding parts and especially finding a replacement computerized part for the gear shifter Mike said he found for $300 and would put in it for the cost of the material.  He said if I went to Honda and got a new one; I would be charged hundreds of dollars so I opted for his help and was appreciative.

Mike of Harrell's drove my car a short distance and right away tells me my first and fourth gears are not working with the transmission.  There was no leave the car and we'll tear into it and see if it is the transmission; he knew what he was doing and after my ok started work on the Honda doing the necessary repairs.  The old car is now running great and has the old pick up and zip it use to have when I bought it.

I was driven home when I left my car at the shop and picked up once my car was finished.  I got a two year warranty and as far as I can tell; my car seems to be back running great.  I would recommend Harrell's Transmission to anyone.

    GERMAN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER
I have been taking my cars there for years; and they all ways do a great job. I dropped my car off; and got a ride to where I needed to go. All the parts were all ready there for them to do the work. They did the job and I got my car back.

    SIERRA HONDA
It was fine. However, I began to distrust this dealership after they told me I needed to replace the ECU in my Honda Accord. My check engine light would come on periodically and the code it was giving related to a particular sensor. Thy checked the sensor and said it was fine, and that the ECU was failing. $1200 later I had a new ECU and my check engine light was back on the next day. Returning to the service center, they found it was showing a problem with the same sensor as before. Neither the dealership nor Honda USA would respond to our complaint that they mis-diagnosed the original problem and replaced a functioning ECU. I will only get oil changes done here because it's convenient, I will take my car elsewhere for diagnoses and service.

    BRIAN WOOD AUTOMOTIVE
Quick, fast courteous service. My battery died on the other side of town, AAA was able to jump me and I drove into the closest auto shop, Brian Woods Auto, they were wonderful. Got me in and out in under half an hour!

    Toyota of Glendora
Needed to get a new side view mirror for my 2002 Camry.  They wanted to charge me an outrageous price for both the part and the instillation. I was able to get the part and have it installed elsewhere for less than half the price.  And it was done in the same day, no waiting for the part to arrive and then scheduling an appointment to have the work done.
And the funny thin is that they didn't care that I was going somewhere else, no concern for customer satisfaction.

    BISHARA AUTO SVC
Elias at Bishara's is wonderful. He will tell you just how it is, he wont push extra services on you! My daughter had been taking her car to the dealer for regular services under warranty. This time they wanted $185.00, Bishara's did it for $65.00. We take all of our cars here and recommend them to all of our friends.

    WALMART TIRE LUBE EXPRESS
First I went because I thought it would be cheaper than other competitors, it wasn't. Second I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change. They told me about an hour to an hour and a half. There was nothing anyone could do because they were working as fast as they could but they were understaffed and people didn't know what they were talking about. You can only browse the aisles so many times before you can't anymore. The waiting was awful and I will never use this service again.
