  I sent an inquiry in the eve, past normal business hours, and received a response & a quote that night. They were able to come right after the holiday weekend. The owner himself, Neils, came to do the service & he was very friendly & knowledgeable. He was able to clean the piece thoroughly & in a timely manner, didn't leave any kind of a mess behind. It was a very pleasant experience. The following day, I received a customer service follow up phone call, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using this service again & recommending them to friends.

  They were professional from beginning to end and really made sure I was happy and made it clear that if I was unhappy with anything they would come out and fix it. The workers were professional and courteous and they were punctual and meticulous with their work.   Every area they cleaned was cleaned well.  High traffic areas were very nicely dealt with.
  I was not happy that standard carpet cleaning practices (like moving a chair to clean under it) had to be asked for and subsequently many areas were missed. 
  Also, it seemed the cleaning processes brought up previously unknown dirty patches in the carpets.  Unfortunately this took about 4-5 hour after they left for them to start appearing.   
  I probably would not use them again in the future, however if you are looking for a quick clean on a good budget they generally did a nice job.

  Quality Carpet Cleaning rep. showed up on time and was very professional and courteous.  I was at work so my wife was the one at home.  She called me at work to ask if we should get two additional rooms done as well as a sofa.  I agreed and upon arriving home after work I was very happy with the results.  Turns out Quality Carpet Cleaning services two of our neighbors as well.   After one too many dinner parties I decided it was time to tidy up the upholstery.  I called to get an estimate for the dining chair cushions and the family room couch and chairs.  The over-the-phone estimate was $300.  which I thought was very reasonable.  It took us a couple of weeks to get an appointment due to scheduling on both sides.  However, once scheduled it went very smoothly.  I got a reminder call the day before confirming the appointment time.  They were prompt, clean and clearly experienced.  There was a bit of up selling, which I don't like, but understand.  Then, they cleaned the ottoman and a couple of throw pillows as a bonus--no charge!  At the end, we looked at each piece in the sunlight and they redid the ones I thought didn't pass muster. Even the worst of the dining chair cushions was 1000% better than when we started so I feel as though I am starting over new with my furniture.  The only negative is a personal antipathy I have for overly chatty vendors who reveal too much about their personal lives.  But, that being said, it's a small thing to balance off such good work.  I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.
