Went very well. Very clean. I had part of the railing removed by another contractor in regards to a masonry project. Benetiz took away the railing that was removed from the earlier project even though it was not their respnsability to do so. That help me out from having to haul the above mentioned removed railing.

We were not very satisfied with security system installed from previous company and I called Audio Pro Direct to see what they can do. My good friend recommended this company. The technician came to my house, he was very pleasant and informatve, he explained best option for me and that was great. He changed some things and now system works perfectly. Thank you, I will highly recommend!

They came out to measure and asked if I had a design in mind. About 4 days later I received a quote in the mail. Isaac came out once more to finalize the placement and look of the arbor. 3 weeks later the install team showed up to install my arbor. These guys did a great job with the installation. Really paid attention to the details. So happy when I find a craftsman that does a great job. The guys even carted away the old broken wood arbor.

The mark of a good company is not how they handle things when everything goes right, but how they handle things when things go wrong. I live in a 100 year old house, and old houses have surprises. On two occasions, my house gave Alpha a little more than they were expecting, and both times, they stepped up and proved why they have the reputation they do. The first time, the footing under my kitchen was undermined, and they intended to put two concrete pads in to fix it. When they realized their initial plans to fix it weren't quite sufficient, they brought out one of their in house engineers, and they built Fort Knox (in a good way) under the kitchen. The kitchen of my house is probably the most secure part of my house now. It will survive the Apocalypse. Then, they were contracted to fix the the stairs in the back of my property. The side of the stairs was separating from the stairs themselves, and Alpha was contracted to replace the wall. But when they removed it, they found the the old stairs there were just a thin layer of concrete over loose rock, which spilled out undermining them. It's something they never could have seen or known from the outside. Mark, one of the bosses of the company came out and looked at it, and had them replace the entire stairs, which now look amazing and are very safe for my children. I also can't say enough how on top of it the people were. Dieter, their supervisor, was amazing. He stopped by frequently to make sure everything was on track and up to standards. You'd hear him pulling up on his motorcycle, and if you had questions, he'd talk through everything that was going on with you. (And be very patient with you about the questions.) When there were job hiccups, he just let me know that they had it under control and was unflappable. He always told me things were going to be fine, and then took care of it. His crews were professional, considerate, hard working, and polite. If you get any of the guys I had, you're in good hands: -Oscar and Marlon did an amazing job on the kitchen underpinning, bolting, and sheerwalling my basement. -Gregorio, Jonathan, and Henry were excellent, and replaced my stairs. (And Gregorio, in particular, is an artist with cement.) Both crews made me realize how consistently good the quality of the work done by this company is. I highly recommend Alpha, especially if you work with any of these crews.

Not well. The cost is more than $39.00 each, and the two costs were for one kitchen and one bathroom. Not two bathrooms. Have the construction company call me foe a resolution. Something good still may come out of this. The job still may be done and a better review might follow.

Ariel is an honest man, very friendly, keeps his word. His work has a lifetime guarantee and His team Marvin and the electricians were always professional, always fixed any problems and kept everything very clean. Ariel was always there to answer questions and he took care of all permits. The work was done quickly so that we can move in. I would highly recommend this company, especially for a big job, you can trust them, no hidden fees. I'm glad I found them on Angie's list.

Eric's shop is a long drive for me from Glendale, but after fooling around with other techs in town I've realized that there's just nobody else as knowledgeable, skilled and reliable. And his prices are also very reasonable, and his turnaround time is great, especially considering how busy his shop is. I don't think I'll ever use another person to maintain my instruments.

My mom's a general contractor/homebuilder back in Florida, and she came out to help us with the work. She LOVED Ramin. She said "That guy is GOOD." That's high praise coming from her. Ramin was called out to consult on two different questions, but my Mom, being the perfectionist she was, asked him a million questions, and he wasn't put out at all, he was lovely and knowledgeable, and told her some really smart stuff. She was impressed, and so was I.

The Foundation Works is a very professionally run company. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. It began with a 7-page report by Kent Romero that summarized the findings of his inspection of my property. It detailed the repairs and retrofit upgrades, the city permitting process, the cost and payment schedule. It also included recommendations for work that were outside the scope of their services. The cost included the services of a structural engineer to oversee the prescription for my particular building. Kent answered all my questions and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I was having other work done to my property at the same time so Foundation Works was very flexible in scheduling the work to coordinate with my needs. I really liked the way the company handled all the permit and inspection aspects, as well as the guaranteed sign-off from the city prior to the final payment. Anthony, the work foreman, was a very polite and responsible guy. The crew arrived on time every day, left the work site super clean, and completed the job on schedule. The office staff also were very friendly and responsive. This was the most painless experience I've ever had working with a contractor.

Juan is a very patient listener and intuitive individual, who has a great deal of expertise in guiding people through those transitions that life often requires.  In my case, we worked together to define the challenges that I was facing with retirement, and then laid out various paths to overcome these obstacles in leading to a more well rounded life. Following a series of journaling exercises, Juan helped me find a vision in retirement that is aligned with my core values.  Better yet, he provided tools to help me overcome my own resistance to achieve these goals over time. All in all, given the effect that I have experienced through my work with Juan, I would strongly recommend his services to anyone seeking to live a more balanced and full life.
