We have two cats and my girlfriend uses Dr. Sonata. I think she loves them, so I would probably give them A's all around. I've never heard her complain; I know she likes the doctor quite a bit and likes the clinic a lot.

They are pricey. They are very loving with my pet. The professionalism of the vets and the professionalism of the front office staff keeps me coming back. Everything is by appointment and it is usually 1-2 days wait time for an appointment.

I found that most dog walkers just think of themselves as access to the outdoors for bathroom breaks, but fortunately, Liz is much more of a companion to my "third child." She really focuses on my dogs overall health and well-being. Oscar is an older dog, but Liz's help, he has displays much more longevity in response to her attentiveness.

Liz's qualifications are second to none. She's had vast training and is highly involved with the Humane society. I've never met a more intuitive animal lover.

These guys are big business. We go and visit them about every couple of months. They have a special which they run all the time. A lot of places get $70 for an animal. These people are really serious. They were running a special for $10 and I gave them an extra donation. It was $25 for everything, the neutering, the tag. You get to come in, visit the pets, see what you like, stay as long as you like, take them out of the cage, inspect them and do whatever you want to. They give you a forever warranty, if you don't want the animal again, don't give it to anybody else, you bring it back to the shelter. They could have brought the cat to me. It was a wonderful price. Most of the people there are volunteers. They were punctual. They were great because they were there when I went there. The cat came with 90 days worth of health insurance.

We have 6 animals; 3 dogs and 3 cats.
We used Lara back in July and and have been using her ever since.
I am VERY particular about who takes care of my fur kids.
    Communication is crucial.
Lara sent me daily texts confirming that she was at the house; she would
also send pics from time to time.
Dogs were walked, cats and dogs fed and one of my cats needs meds and
    they were administered.
All was well when we returned.
We were gone for almost 2 weeks in July and Lara has an assistant, Jill who
helped out when Lara had a conflict.
Jill was just as great...daily texts and photos.
    Super pleased :)

Matt and his team are simply the best I've ever encountered. They are wonderful with the dog, took the time to meet and greet her before beginning the daily walks and came multiple times while we were home to get the dog used to them. Our dog was well cared for during the walk. We received a daily text message that included a photo or video of the dog getting her exercise. She was happier and well tired out. I would simply never use anyone else. They are honest, trustworthy, kind and completely professional. What an absolute gem!

They've been great. I think they have boarding services which I've used when it concerns a hospital stay. They are convenient, they have a good attitude and they do positive work. I spent a little over $100.

If I could give zero stars, I would. . .  I have had pets for decades and experience with several veterinary clinics and this place by far is the most unprofessional.  My perception is that this place is primarily interested in cultivating revenue rather than animal health care.
Our primary care veterinarian accidentally dispensed Methocarbamol instead of Metronidazole for my dog's diarrhea.  It was Sunday and my regular veterinarian?s office was closed so I called Animal Specialty Group and explained the situation.  The lady who answered the telephone told me that there would be a $90.00 fee and I was fine with that (money isn?t a concern).
When I arrived they took my dog promptly and I met with the veterinarian, Dr. Amelia Anderson.  I showed documentation from the previous day?s vet, explaining the prescription error (I am a pharmacist).  She seemed to understand and quickly returned with an estimate of almost $600.00 for my dog?s diarrhea.  Being vulnerable and loving my dog, I agreed for her to move forward.  Three hours later (with my dog in the back, who I heard crying) I inquired at the front desk.  After my persistence, I met Dr. Anderson in a back room.  She tried to convince me that my dog needs to stay overnight and denied me the medication (Metronidazole) that I originally came for.  I persisted and she said she will give me the medication I need.  I then waited for almost an hour longer and still nothing.  I eventually pressed the front staff and they reluctantly returned my dog with the medication I had to press for with a bill of over $400.00.
I spoke with other individuals in the waiting room who also expressed concern over this clinic?s ethics but also felt vulnerable to the circumstances (of not having anywhere else to go).
Bottom line:  there are other ?emergency veterinarians? in the Los Angeles area other than this one.  My perception is that the veterinarian on duty (Dr. Anderson) is inexperienced and pressured to turn a profit.   I will definitely not be returing.

It was my first time visiting. They provided a great service and comforted the dog. The vet was good. The office was well kept and quite pleasant. The staff was very friendly. I did not have any problem getting in to see the vet.

The service went well for our first visit. The staff was nice and professional. They were also reasonable and knowledgeable about what was going on with my dog. They knew what options were available which match up with my research. They had a nice and clean facility. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them. I did not have to wait long to be seen and they took the time necessary with the dog. I plan on taking my cat in as well.
