I have had 3 private sessions with Coach Lawson. In each one I have progressed each and every time. His recommendations for supplements are not over the counter items at a CVS or Walgreens. He will give you websites to ultra pure and NUTRIENT  dense products that will enhance your wellness in all respects.
He is very knowledgeable, personable, truly cares and is open for questions and suggestions when needed.
I have consulted with other nutritionist for diets, health concerns and have only found there knowledge to be mainstream, to get optimal results you need optimal coaching.
I am willing to take all the necessary steps to achieve this.
With his guidance and kindness I feel the journey is both doable and I am already seeing results in just one month!!!

They're good. It's a 24-hour fitness. This is also a gym for women. They also have an atmospheric spa. I have been there a lot. They're clean. They hire professional people. I always have good experience. I would tell members to try them. They're professional. It is a place to go for a massage in an affordable price.

The appointment went great. I was interviewed by telephone prior to my appointtment to understand my health concerns. I was then assigned to Nancy Evans, N.D. Dr. Evans listened to my concerns was very thorough. I highly recommend her for her comprehensive examination. Dr. Evans requested laboratory diagnostic testing, completed additional testing during my visit and had a scan completed to confirm three thyroid nodules that two other doctors (of another medical group) did not take the time to complete as thorough an exam to confirm. I highly recommend Dr. Evans and Holtorf Medical Group for their holistic practice and her respect and support of patients desire for excellent health.

On our first contact to the manufacturer they sent parts to deal with the issue. It took a week to get the first appointment with AK Treadmill. They hardly ever pick up the phone but will get back to you within the next two days.   Then AK sent somebody for the repair. Their guy showed up hours late. He looked at the brandnew unit and claimed that all of these would make some noise. After I told him that that was unacceptable he banged at the machine with a clamp (because he did not have a hammer) and then tried to bend some cover tins - to no avail. He could not find the source of the noise and tried to install the parts from the manufacturer. Then he claimed those parts were not right and left and wanted to order new parts. To get a new appointment took more than a week and the same guy came next time and tried to used his skills. He had forgotten to order the bolts for the new parts - they could not be put in. He tried to disassemble a few parts and reassemble them - only to experience an additional grinding noise. He wanted to order additional parts. Well, the next four weeks we experienced the same slow procedures getting parts and an appointment. The same guy came out another two times and was not able to repair our new machine. But then he tried to blame us for the malfunctioning by reporting to the manufacturer that the unit had not been staged in the right place - exposed to heat and humidity. That was absolutely untrue - the unit was fully covered and leveled from the beginning. After many phone calls to the manufacturer they suggested to send parts directly to me and that I did the repair myself. I agreed wholeheartedly. I got the parts, exchanged them, put everything together thoroughly and since then we are finally (after more than six weeks and four visits from them) able to use our machine without problems.

AK Treadmill has several addresses, this guy came from the above address, but he could have been a sub contractor. Their Website Look at a review on Yahoo.

All in all a horrible experience. Long waiting for an appointment. Their guy was not able to fix the problem

Staff is well informed, polite, and professional.
They are honest, the spa staff that I had a consultation with regarding
having a facial agreed with me that I did not need it at that time(I use my own face masks
at home and rarely have breakouts). I have used the massage
services and the staff is knowledgeable and thorough and the waiting areas in
that area of the building are calming and also classy.
The staff that teaches the exercise classes make them excellent
experiences and they vary the routines.
Personal trainers are available as well.

I have been using their services for about five months. They have a large selection of classes from zumba to Yoga on every hour of the day. They also have a jacuzzi and a spa. They offer a wide variety of equipment and also have personal trainers avaiable.

So, I guess you really ave two choices when it comes to fitness centers; the YMCA or the corporate gyms like 24-hour fitness, etc. After changing jobs a year or two ago, I needed to change gyms b/c my former gym was no longer convenient. There is a 24-hour fitness and a YMCA that are both within 1/4 mile of each other and very convenient to my new place of employment. As a financial analyst, I visited both locations for pricing and quality. 24-hour Fitness in Glendale is a nice GYM facility. The machines are new and modern. There is a basketball court with a glass wall; the locker rooms have nice lockers. However, as an avid swimmer, the pool was atrociously bad. It is located in a dungeon on one of the floors with no windows, the air is musty, and the pool is not even 25 meters. However, the pricing was something like pay $800 down, pay $30/month or something for 3 years, and then your annual fee is something nominal like $45. This was actually cheaper than the YMCA's fee, which is described below. The YMCA is the polar opposite of the 24-Hour facility. The gym music is a little hokey (I've worked out to the likes of Madonna); the facility is obviously showing its age as far as architecture; the people working out are not the young, virile types, generally; they have racquetball courts that are used, but, they probably have about 5 too many. However, the pool is outstanding at 25 meters, heated, with windows that allow natural light. The basketball court is like a typical basketball court. The gym is spacious and well-lit with good natural light. They have showers, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, billiards, ping pong and some minor work out equipment in the men's locker room. There are also aerobics, yoga, etc classes. Pricing is pretty simplistic at $45/month with a $75 down payment. You can pay $10 extra to receive work-out clothing and towel services. Now, if you do a life of investment analysis, the 24-Hour Fitness membership is the better deal after like 3 or 4 years. BUT, what put it over the edge for me in favor of the YMCA are: (1) the pool at the YMCA is MUCH nicer to swim in vs. The dungeon at 24-hour Fitness, and (2) the good work the YMCA does. The latter is something I think should not be discounted. The YMCA has been around forever, while 24-Hour Fitness is a for-profit corporation. The former provides services for children and the elderly, while the latter provides services to pay dividends and executive bonuses. So, although the YMCA is not the better economic deal (but, not significantly so), it is the better social deal once you consider all the good it does with your dues. Plus, everyone that works out there, as well as the employees, are nice and unpretentious. Overall, I like working out there very much. It's not sexy but, it more than amply meets all my needs. You won't lack for a method of getting in shape.

It is an all womens gym. There is a spa connected to the gym. I like their hours and they have fun activities and classes. It has a spa like atmosphere. They have nice clean facilities and lockers. The only thing I don't like is that they do not have a pool.

I have been searching for a good place to practice yoga for a while. I have been a member with bally fitness for a while but could never work with the yoga schedules that they have. Glendale Yoga is stricktly a yoga place where you have three to four sessions per day and also weekends, 7 days a week. The place is very clean and the very organized. Laura is an excellent yoga teacher and her helpers too. I finally found what I am looking for and it works around my schedule. I just came from a yoga class and I am feeling very good. If you are looking for a yoga place in or near Glendale this is the place to be. I never had a problem with parking which is very important too!

I liked this gym, as it was all women. People worked out in shorts, sweats, and T-shirts, not full make-up and spandex thongs. The classes were very good, with encouraging instructors. However, some very good ones got quite popular, with a crowded room with people shut out of it. The equipment could have waiting lists at peak times.
