    I called them up because I got their number from Samsung. I explained the problem and wanted to get an appointment. They took down all my info and all of a sudden said they would get back to me within an hour. Never happened! Not within the hour or later! Never! And never again it is!

    10 stars for the best appliance man ever. Oleg came to my house on a Saturday to fix my Thermador microwave that is in combination with my oven. His friendliness and humor made me feel confident that there was a chance this would be fixed. And it was ☺. This story gets better, days later my Thermador stove infighter blew and once again I called for Oleg to come out, and again a full recovery for that too ☺. ASK for Oleg he is great!

    Service was excellent. Part had to be sent away for and the company did everything possible to expedite, including have the part Ubered to my house to avoid having to wait an additional day. The technician was great. Totally satisfied. Nice to know that I now have an appliance repair company that I can count on.

    I would definitely give him A's all the way down the line. He's like a one-man operation. He's always responsive, always on time, very helpful, and I don't think he charges enough but I'm not gonna tell him that. He's just a small time guy, a one-man operation. He doesn't even have business cards. He's great. I would say he's no frills, honest, punctual, and very knowledgeable.

    Working with Tony and his team was a great experience. We met with 2 other contractors but no one really instilled confidence or ensured that they can meet our deadline. We started demo in mid-November with a move in date for the start of February. With the holiday season in between other contractors were skeptical in their ability to deliver. Tony was confident it could be done and he did not disappoint. This was our first home and we bit off more than we can chew as far as the remodel but Tony helped us and guided us through the process. He was trustworthy and straight with us with what needed to be done. If there was an issue he brought it up for discussion and we tackled it as needed. His team did an excellent job and they listened to and answered any questions or changes we had along the way to get the house how we wanted. His main team consisted of John the construction manager, Francisco the carpenter and Carlos the painter. Each was a pleasure to work with and gave us quality work. Tony's price estimate was higher than the other two contractors we talked to but the level of service and quality he provided was well worth it. Tony will tell you that from the start. He shadowed us at multiple stores to ensure we buy the right hardware/countertops/tiles/sink/tub/toilet/etc. He helped us with decisions along the way. He was always available via phone or text to answer any concerns or questions. He hounded his team if anything was subpar and made the necessary adjustments to give us what we want. City of Glendale is known for its tough inspectors but Tony and his team dealt with them appropriately, hammering away any issues due to confusion brought on by 3 different city inspectors. Overall we were very happy with Nexxus and Tony. We moved in the first week of February and haven't looked back since.

    The second time was January 2017. Seems that a cable connection to the igniter was caught in the door hinge. The service tech, Efren, determined that issue was part of the first visit. He fixed it at no charge. Also, a knob was missing a piece that was necessary for a snug fit. Efren had it in his 'junk box' which he carries in his truck. Minor annoyance solved, just like that! Scheduling for both visits was easy and didn't require a long wait.

    I am very new, new in sense of getting service for AC, I have called 5 different AC Company on Angie?s List. This is the only company that will charge for estimate, an estimate for work to be done. I thought it was the norm for the fee, however call others, this is the only one. I guess there service and company is ?way? to busy for work.

    It's been 4 months since I put a claim in and my ceiling fan still has not been fix. I submitted a request in May. They sent out an electrician who did have a ladder tall enough to get to the fan. My ceiling is 15 feet tall. He then said AHS would approve him for a bigger ladder. He came out again and still no ladder. He tried to fix by ripping apart the fan (lost a screw) I called American Home shield numerous times. Each time the wait period was between 45 min and over an hour. I told them I needed an outside company to fix it. They said I need to call to get approval when they arrive. Well if it take a minimum of 45 mins to get a hold of someone it's impossible to call. I asked for a direct line and the manager said you have to wait. I told him to please cancel my policy and he transferred me to a line that convieniantly disconnected me. THIS IS A FRAUDULANT COMPANY AND A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Before you decide to get ripped off check out this websight of 1291 people that got FFFF'd over. Good luck!! american-home-shield.pissedconsumer

    I bought a coupon from Angie- $35.00 for up to $70.00 worth of service. When all was said and done, I owed $265.91 for parts, labor and two filters. (I'm sure I could have gotten the filters cheaper, but I wanted everything to be over and done.)
    Lerman was courteous and professional on the phone. The workman was on time and professional. He quickly fixed my dishwasher which would not finish a load and beeped constantly. He just reset it- duh- next time I'll know! Then he ran it twice to be sure it was working properly.
    The water dispenser on my refrigerator leaked all over the floor when used. The previous owner had done a hack job repair, and it took the workman a while looking behind and under the refrigerator to figure out how it had all been cobbled together. The necessary part is no longer made, so he spent a little time calling around to find one.
    Lerman called a couple of days later to say the part was in and to schedule the next appointment. Once again, the workman was prompt and courteous. The repairs were done quickly. He also took apart and put together those pesky drawers for me, so that I was able to clean between the plastic parts while he was working.
    All in all- a very satisfactory experience.

    Steve the repairman was clean and professional and showed up within the 3 hour time frame.
    Explained everything in detail and showed me the possible source of the problem and why it created the noise, which was ice around the fan. 
    He did say we should keep an eye on it over the next few weeks to make sure there is not another source of the leak and to call again if we notice water buildup in the freezer or leaking from the ice maker.
    He did do a number of tests and water seems to be going where it is supposed to, so hopefully that will be the end of it. The noise is gone.
    Overall, I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. Will call them again if the problem re-occurs.
