    Brush Roll & Beyond
John's crew had done some minor handyman work in my kitchen, so i trusted him to give me a good evaluation of the roof. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would (cleanly and efficiently), charged what they said they would, and explained what they were doing. Great crew, will hire them again for whatever needs to be done next.

    S and R Home Repair
Very well. Royce responded quickly to my message asking for an estimate. He and Sandi were professional, personable and very easy to work with. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a very good job.

    Do It Rite Commercial Maintenance
Do It Rite has been providing janitorial services to our rental properties.  Anne and Joe are very pleasant to work with, and they always go the extra mile when we ask for additional help.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

I originally arranged to have 6 rain barrels installed, but there was insufficient communication about what I needed to do to provide the required materials. As a result, only 2 rain barrels we installed, no leveling )one was very unstable) using flexible PVC downspout extensions. I ended up paying for 2 workers, approximately 6 hours each (approximate, since the invoice I received was not detailed) and the job was not completed, and poorly done. Duct tape?!! Seriously??
It was a challenging job, due to my old & non-standard gutters & downspouts, however...... In short, except for the cutting of the downspout, this is a job I could have done myself with the help of a day laborer.
I am very disappointed. I will now have to find someone else to finish the job, properly.

Randy called back right away, showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned up. He and his helper were very polite and friendly. The price was reasonable, and he didn't spurn us for having a relatively small job.

    Detail Painting Inc
First Patrick came by for an estimate. He was very professional. We set a day for work to begin, and the crew was right on time. The bathroom included sanding the walls and painting a complicated open ceiling with many exposed pipes. The bedroom ceiling and one wall needed extensive patching. The crew was friendly, fast and as the name promised, detail oriented. They moved and covered all the furniture before beginning, plus they carefully took down drapes, artwork, etc. and then put everything back in place at the end. I would definitely hire them again.

He was very nice as a person.  But he seemed ill prepared for the project.  He?d often say he needed to return another day with the appropriate tools; items that were pretty basic.  We ran into a couple unanticipated challenges because the exterior of the house wasn?t even.  He initially just kinda threw his arms up and basically said (this isn?t an exact quote), 'Well guess I can?t do what you wanted, I?ll have to do this other thing even though it?ll look kinda strange.?  It wasn?t until I got really firm that he actually trouble-shooted and came up with an alternative that ended up working well.  Basically, he just seemed kinda lazy.  He also scratched the brand new front door with tools out of carelessness, it seemed.  And he broke one of the house numbers while installing it.  Maybe the projects we hired him for was boring to him?  We felt like we had to really oversee his work and challenge him a lot in order to get him to do a decent job.  Pretty unpleasant and stressful.  Will not be using him again.

Eddie met me up at Home Depot to help transport the materials. He knew ahead of time what the project would entail and got straight to work. He finished the job in about 5 hours, and even came back the next day because I was missing a non-critical part, but he thought it would be good to install it. Overall, great professionalism and excellent customer service.

    CL Simco Services
He didn't stay to do the work that we scheduled and he committed to doing. This was a major inconvenience for me, since  I stayed home for him (not those that were working on our deck outside). He has done good work for us in the past, making many trips to our house. It is sad that he left us hanging this time days before our re-inspection is scheduled.

Mr. Handyman serving Beverly Hills & Hollywood
They were punctual and professional throughout. It went very smooth and there was a sense that they were there to help in any way they could. I had to give very little direction and didn't need to supply any tools. Great experience!
