AI scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends.

AGreat, The painters moved furniture before and after painting and work was completed in 4 days at the lowest cost than all the job offers received. They provided all paints and supplies needed to accomplish the job. They took pictures before paintings so everything was placed back in their correct place. The workers were very professional and friendly. Both, my wife and I are pleased with the work done we told Rod that they will have our highest ratings for their job done. We'll use them anytime.

ABeing a past satisfied customer, I began to use this service on a regular basis this year. The lead lady, Rachel, is outstanding. I cannot say enough good about Rachel. She does everything professionally and, as she has come several times now, knows exactly what I need done. Rachel is always prompt and seems to ensure that her partners do an excellent job also. She has been here alone and does everything I need done in 3 hours by herself or 1-1/2 hours if with someone else. I would recommend this service and Rachel to anyone.

CI think they went out of business. None of the 3 numbers I have are working. The first maid i had was great although sometimes she was a little too rough on things. The second was good but not available again. The third wasn't very thorough and when i inquired as to what happened I haven't heard back.

FGreen Gazelle really left me in a difficult position. I had called weeks before I was set to move out and hand over the keys to my rental home and scheduled a cleaning and confirmed the date/time. Come day of the project, no one ever showed up and the company phone was shut off and went to voicemail all day without a phone call back. I had to take a day off the day before I was moving across the country to scrub the entire house before handing the keys over. It was so stressful and even though I left multiple voicemails, I still haven’t heard anything back from the company. I couldn’t be more upset about what this company did.
