  • The technician was great. He arrived on time and was very polite. The problem turned out to be my ice maker was clogged which was also stopping the fan. It was just a quick fix for a very reasonable price. I was very happy with this company.

  • After reading the rave reviews, I chose this company.  I left messages on 1/29, 1/30, 1/31, and 2/1.  I also sent an email on 2/1.  I talked to an answering service the first times and then left messages on what seemed to be the owner's message machine.  To date, I have not received a return call or a return email.  I am disappointed and wonder if the problem is my area code (310) or the brand of dryer (Kenmore) or???  It is especially baffling to me because I see others left positive reviews of work performed on the very days I was waiting for contact from the owner.

  • My cousin had been looking for a repairman to fix her old dryer which had stopped working. She had received estimates of around $400, which she couldn't afford. I suggested she try Solis Appliances because of the ratings on Angie's List. The repairman came out the same day and was nice and seemed honest. He got her dryer working again without trying to sell her parts she didn't need. He also took a look at her washer which made a loud racket when it ran. He determined that it was unbalanced, so he adjusted the feet until it was balanced. The washer now runs much quieter than it had been.

    My cousin was very pleased with this business. She will definitely be using them again.

  • They are very professional. The last time they came out and this how professional they are they were not able to fix the problem. Even though we paid them and the timer kept acting up and they refunded us our money. They even gave us back our $50. The dryer is kind of old and getting parts for it is kind of difficult and they said here is my money back.

  • I call this company because a friend of mine recommended.
    I call and got an estimate over the phone, thus I new I could afford it before he came. He agree to modify his schedule to come when I was available and as per our conversation over the phone he knew what was wrong with it, he came and started working on it tight away and finish the same day. two days after he called and asked me how was I, and if I had had any problems with it again. I was also interested in buying a used refrigerator and he sold me one that has not given any problems.

  • The work tool about two weeks, the stove was spotless when returned, everything worked as good as new. Pick-up and delivery worked well for an extra charge, they were polite and prompt. An oven door hinge broke a little over a year from the repair and they came and replaced it for free.

  • They fixed the dryer, however the dryer broke a year later. They came by again and said the valves weren't working, wanted another $325 to fix it. I didn't authorize the work and they charged me for diagnostic, $75. Two years before that, they charged us $215 for just changing the belt in the dryer. Total, I paid this company $900 in three years because the same dryer kept breaking.

  • Office staff was courteous, as was repairman. He was on time and called first. He pointed out fuse and told us where to buy it, saving us a good deal of money. He then followed up with a call the next day to be sure everything had gone well. I would use Liberty again for any problem!!!

  • MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DISHWASHER. SO I HAD TO RELY ON THE EXPERTISE OF THE TECHNICIAN HOPING THAT THEY WOULD NOT OVER CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE.
