I am commercial contractor and working in the industry for the last 20 years.  TSD did an excellent job on the project and I am very pleased with how my front and backyard turned out.

TSD did excellent in the following areas: Tim the owner is great at returning phone calls, price was fair, they provided good solutions to problems, easy to work with, very professional, honest, etc.

I would highly recommend Tim for your next project.  There price was a little higher then the other bids I got but well worth it.

I would not recommend them, please do your homework if you plan on using this firm.  Make them draw details and sections on the plan's so they don't come back with additional cost after signing the contract.  Unprofessional to ask for changes after the contract is signed for errors made by them.  I had them revised there own estimate multiple time because the numbers would not total up.  No intern quality control systems in place.  Very disappointed with the firm and how they handle there business.

In this area, thousands of homes are being built and I bought Roney?s design offer.  It turned out great and look to doing the job with him.  The 3D design was amazing and realistic with measurements.  Thanks.

I bought the "$39 Come Check Out my Sprinkler System " special but in
reality it was an estimate for things that need to be done.  So I feel i
paid $39 for an estimate.  I did hire them to do additional work and
they did a great job. I would hire them again, but I would just call for
    a free estimate.

Had Troy and his team at Suncrest Landscaping come out and re-do my front lawn. Within a day or two of talking to him and having him come out and review the lawn I had a complete estimate ready to go. He and his team were then there within a couple to start the work. All in all, could not be more happy with the work. At no point did I feel like I was waiting around for Troy to finish something.

Troy did a excellent job of walking me through what all work was going to be done and was great at explaining parts i didn't understand/mis understood. All in all a great experience. And then two days later I now have a lawn better than I could have ever imagined.

Troy and his team are professionals and I would recommend them to anyone in the Sacramento area

Company owner arrived to give estimate on Thursday afternoon, 4/26/12.  We talked at length about future projects, and where would be the best place to start.  He (Daniel) quoted "Less than $400" for the work agreed upon (listed above) and told us he would be there "Tuesday between 10:00 & 11:00".  When he had not arrived Tuesday at NOON, my daughter called him.  His response was "Oh, I have you down for NEXT Tuesday at 10:00AM".  The following Tuesday, a crew of two workers arrived at my front gate at 8:15 AM ready to work on the sprinkler system.  I showed them the property, well and automated sprinkler system as was the agreed upon work.  The crew of two went to work.  Daniel arrived around 10AM to check on his crew, left the property for an hour or so & returned around noon.  Upon his return, I was outside doing misc yard work when Daniel pulled me aside to inform me, he quoted me for 4 hours of work and the crew was now exceeding nine hours (2 men @ 4.5 hours = 9 man hours).  Daniel informed me his perceived "lateral break" in my well pump area was much more complicated than he had anticipated.  He informed me while looking for back yard sprinkler valves, "they are all buried under ground."  In our initial consultation/estimate, I informed him every valve on the property was buried under the ground.  During the estimate on 4/26, he acknowledged the situation and stated it was not a problem as he had a machine to locate them.  As he was informing me he was exceeding his estimate, he told me he would honor his $500 original quote (which was actually "less than $400"), finish the lateral break situation at the well pump valves and would locate the back yard automated sprinkler valves.  I could pay an additional several hundred dollars to complete the work in the original quote.  When he left the property with check in hand, 3 holes in my backyard and 2 backyard sprinkler valves still not working, he was still sharing with me all the plans he had for further automation of my 5 acre property.....not having completed the work he had quoted me and billing me more than the quote. He did not address ANY of the issues with the programming of my timer boxes.

Daniel Morrow was completely unprofessional.  We should have known better than to enter into an agreement for work when he A) excused himself from our initial consultation to accept a call from another potential client and talked at length while we waited.  B) did not provide a written estimate or any form of contract C) did not show up to perform the agreed upon work when scheduled.

River City Rain left a BIG mess in our backyard, billed us more than quoted for less than half of the quoted work,  and seemed so concerned about his future work on our property that he did not take care of the job at hand.  My next stops will be the California Contractors Board and BBB.

He was on time and very informative. He knew exactly was he was doing and he repaired multiple sprinkler heads and a valve. He also offered advice on how the yards should be watered as well as not upselling when I asked if perhaps everything should be replaced. All in all, it was a great experience and we will use him again for sure!!!

I called sometime the week of 5 March 2012 requesting an estimate for removing a tree and Terry came out within a day to look at the tree and he provided an estimate.

Within a few days a crew of 3 came out.  They removed a relatively large cottonwood tree (16" DBH) that was a few feet from my house.  It was a tricky job because of the size of the tree (maybe 60 feet tall) and proximity to my house, a fence, and neighbor's house. They used ropes in a skilled way to cut and swing down branches bit by bit from the top.  Took about 2.5 hours.  Cut the tree down to a relatively low stump and poisoned the stump. Did a very good job of cleaning up all the wood and sawdust.  Top notch work.

They broke our sprinkler system and pored cement on top of one of our gutters.  It was a horrible experience!  When we contacted them about the problem the owner said it would be too expensive to fix the issue. When they tried removing the tree they ended up leaving the stump in the ground.  He has no attention to detail!  In the areas that he did work hard in, the cement turned out nice.

He promptly returned my calls, was polite and efficient and does a great job. No muss no fuss no drama. He shows up on time weekly, does what I ask and clears out, cleaning up after himself. Alex always returns my calls, is flexible in his schedule but very reliable. He knows what he is doing and is neat and professional about it. I trust him to be here when I am not here, and know my gates will be shut and there will be no mess for me to clean up after. I appreciate his pride in his work and his professionalism.
