He seemed to know immediately that the springs were too small and didn't allow the door to be balanced. During that visit the technician said we needed to replace the springs since they different (cost $297). He was supposed to come out a few days later to perform the service. Never showed or left a message for the appointment. So I called Alex to replace the springs. When he arrived he said the springs did not need to be replaced just adjusted. He said the other service was only looking to make a sale. Our garage door works like a charm! Thank you Alex for being professional and honest.- Karma I.

FWe hired them originally and they said they couldn’t natal our garage door for 2 weeks even when we were told it was in stock. 10 days later they said it would be another 2 weeks because it wasn’t in stock! We hired another company immediately and it was installed in 2 days! The same garage door!

ASheCan2 is awesome. We have hired them for two different jobs now. Most recently we remodeled our master bathroom upstairs. They removed an old jacuzzi tub, tiled the floor to match the extending tile, and installed a new free standing tub. It turned out perfectly. Kim was very responsive with getting us an estimate and schedule, and Steve did a phenomenal job on the remodel (great attention to detail). We also appreciated how well Steve cleaned up the work area at the end of each day since we were still using the bathroom in the evenings. We will definitely use SheCan2 next time we have a project around the house!

AMy wife had run into our door a few years back and after having it limp along for so long we decided to replace it. We used Graham Garage doors and what a great experience, they came put same day. Gave us multiple options and after a night of deciding we chose a door and love it. We got a new door and opener that has wifi and batterie back up . The door is so quite now and the installer was very professional. He was punctual, polite and very informative. Great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys awesome job!

FMade an appointment to get an estimate for a new gate. They scheduled me for Tuesday between 2 and 4pm. Took off work, drove home and waited for the two hours. No show, No call. Called me at 11:30 the next day and wanted to reschedule. They may do good work but they have no respect for customers time. I however won't know, I've moved on to more courteous and responsive contractors.
