ALAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPEMike has built an excellent team, both in the office and in the field. The on-site team leader was helpful in every respect if a change was requested and the team always delivered on time ! Mike also provided a helpful brochure to the neighbors and there were no complaints - even during demo process - which was a great blessing. Not only would I hire Lavish Gardens again in a heartbeat, I will be asking Mike back later this year to finish up the front of the property. AChoice Home WarrantyCHW was a bit of a nightmare. First the person they arranged was a no show. Then when the repair person I arranged showed up and tried to submit diagnostic for approval the claim number wouldn't work. i called and spoke to 3 different people who gave three explanations and finally the 3rd person fixed the glitch. Meanwhile a repair that would have taken an hour or less, took two hours because CHW didn't provide the right information or solutions. So I paid the extra hour out of pocket that the "waiting" cost us. I could have paid $100.00 less without CHW. I am not really very happy with the company. But, stuck as I prepaid for several years..ugh!- Linda F.

Michael Cole helped us start one of his on-staff landscape architects to design our home, and provided us high-quality pricing options and suggested options to begin. We were not able to afford the entire yard, but finished the first phase this past summer. Lavish Gardens was able to accommodate many unforeseen items throughout the process. My wife and I could not have expected better service under our circumstances. The work was not cheap, but the materials and labor that went into the project make me wonder how the company earns a profit on the work. We got a really good deal, and now have a beautiful gate and fence in our side yard, and we look forward to having them return for future work.- David Q.

AElectric ConnectionSPA Electric install review Dec 2020 For Excellent Quality Electrical work I am strongly recommending John of Electric Connection (916-988-4477). He was recommended to us, by Rob of Cal-X Fun Spas Inc. where we recently bought our Beautiful New Hot Tub. We had considered hiring a different Electrician for our job only to find out that the other guy had not installed our first Hot Tub up to code, and was going to charge us nearly double what John of Electrician Connection charged us. In Contrast, John of Electric Connection arrived on time, was very neat & professional, and completed our job in the time allotted. We had no idea that there was so much to setting up and installing a new Hot Tub. I am so glad that we hired John of Electric Connection instead!!!- Timothy S.

AElectric ConnectionJohn and his crew are amazing! Reasonably priced, honest and 100% accountable. They do what they say they will do every time, and within the given timeframe. I have used them before for small jobs and was always pleased. The whole house re-wire (1932 knob & tube wiring replaced) went very well, even with an old lath & plaster house with weird old add-on structures that caused some extra labor. His estimate was excellent, and even though he did a fair bit of extra work that was not in the original estimate, he only ended up charging us about $100 more!!
