Affordable Trenchless & Pipe Lining Inc
They came super fast. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do. It was a huge job, thousands of dollars. They replaced a sewer line for us. They were really responsive and knew what they were doing. They had to get a permit from the city and they did all that. They just did it. They had done a job for us a month before which is why I called them for this one. The other one was just clearing out a blocked line.

The communication is better before they have the signed contract. After, not so good. They were an hour and a half late to start the job. The foreman stated the traffic was bad on Hiway 50, the same Hiway I drove on to get to the house. I allowed an hour and a half to get to the house, (it is a rental), and I was there before the promised start time, making my day about 14 hours overall by the time I got home at the end of the day. Their communication on how the job would go could be much better, and the explanation of how it would go was seriously lacking. They said it would be done in one day. Yes, the water was turned back on at the end of the day, but there were numerous holes in the drywall that needed to be patched, and the County inspector needed to come out and inspect the job. They seemed to have trouble with the inspector, and basically relied on my wife and I and the renter to schedule the inspections. It was a pain. Also, getting them back to do the patchwork took longer than I would have liked. (One Week).  I haven't seen the finished product, but the renter said it is going to need some additional painting because it doesn't match. (how do you mess up basic white with no tinting?) Anyway, I'm pretty good with texture and drywall, so when I get time to go down there, if it still needs work, I'll just do it myself. Overall, they were okay and I would probably use them again, and I did recommend them to my boss, who also has some rentals that need work. So far, there are no leaks, and the renter is happy with the normal water pressure at the shower, which was really poor due to restricted steel pipes from the original builder in 1968. I called several plumbing companies and most of them did not want to do the job. The ones that were interested only wanted to give a range estimate over the phone based on my description of the work. The estimates were lower, but not firm, so I passed. Repipe 1 gave a firm estimate and stuck to it, which is something I think most consumers are concerned about. They seem to be very experienced with this type of work (complete re-piping of a house) and were able to work around issues with the house's construction, like limited access in the attic. The plumbing needed to be re-routed because of access issues in the attic and the house being on a slab, with some of the original pipes going through or under the concrete. There were also problems in the kitchen due to new cabinets, but they were able to make it work. So again, overall, I think there were less issues to deal with than I would have had if I hired someone who did not specialize in this type of work, and if they fixed their communication issues, I would give them better ratings, although for me, I've been very generous.

With every job, the approximate cost, the amount of time to complete it is always discussed and agreed upon ahead of time. He and his subs were on time and reliable. His finished work is always good. If you want to save money, he will do whatever it takes to still do the job and do it well. CR Services, LLC is a Godsend, no doubt about it!

    G Plumbing
I cannot say enough about GPlumbing! Reliable, courteous, goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction, and has great attention to detail. Cleans up work sight afterwards. I've worked with many plumbers over the years, and GPlumbing is now my goto plumber from here on.

They responded quickly and that made me choose them.  The plumber that came out did good work but complained the whole time, so if one can listen to the complaining, then he is worth it, otherwise I would not recommend using him.

D Martel Plumbing Service & Repair
Very quick clean work, obviously knew what they were doing. I discussed with the plumber the possibility of updating to a tankless system. They gave me a comparison between a tank system and a tankless system and what the upgrade would cost vs replacing the same type of water heater. They would have made twice the money with a tankless system but were very honest about the fact I probably would not recoup the money I put into that type of system. I chose to us a standard 50 gal tank type. They used a thermal blanket I already had, upgraded the strapping and the plumbing connections. I am extremely pleased with their work.
