  • Excellent job. Responsiveness. I mean, like a lot of them, you can email. I've seen situations with other groups or other docs you go into a black hole somewhere. But if I email Dr. Lee, she's back within an hour or 2 hours on the outside. She's really good, really good. It is common within the medical community to double book so if you don't show up. It is something across the board, you see it a lot. You have to sit around for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes waiting. Here, since we've been going there, always, if your appointment is at 2 they call you at 2, 2:05 at the worst case. The other thing that happens because they are double booking you are lucky to get 15 minutes with the doctor. These people will spend an hour with you. They care about what's going on. They really, really spend quality time which is rare these days. They come in, they make sure everyone of your questions are answered, it doesn't matter how long it takes. They're good, they are quality people. And they have a number of specialist with in that group so if you have issues that come up. Because of this group and their focus I am still walking around.

  • They were fabulous. They are very courteous, the doctors are very understanding and they listen to you. If you need to set up an appointment, they'll be more than willing to help you. Their office is up to date, they have a computer in the room because they are logging in on your medicines, they can check your prescriptions and see if they are covered. Every time I go to them they are available, every time I need a referral they help me out. Their doctors are on time and they don't put you in a room to sit there for 45 minutes. He's wonderful and I've been very happy with him.

  • The nurse was on time. She was very pleasant and we had a a nice conversation. The boyox treatment went well. I go in for the shots every 3 months and they have proved very affected in reducing my pain level.

  • We have been with them for a long time, probably over 25 years, and I have found them to be responsive, the physicians are good quality, and all the requirements are located in one stop. It is a one stop shop, and all the labs and your physicians are located in one place. They have pharmacies which are close by as well. The only thing is that the billing is confusion, and the administrator side is not great.

  • The overall experience has been outstanding. If there was a grade higher than "A", they would be there. They are all professional and willing to take the time to address my concerns and make sure that we know what is going on. They make sure we know the treatment plan if there is one. We see them for everything from A-Z.

  • Kaiser Permanente is an integrated single provider.  I like the fact their integrated and that the medical records are integrated and I can access a lot of information online and things like that.

  • He is just wonderful.  Not only has he treated my physical problems, but he is the kind of doctor that cares about his patients.  He listens to me and does not rush me.  He was there for me emotionally through a hard time as well and it has done so much for my emotional healing.  He says that he cares about his patients like they are family and I believe it.

  • Meggy Williams was assigned to us and she was the most empethetic, thorough doctor. I have learned a lot about diabetis from her. I love the communication from them. I love how you can view everything online. It's a top notch organization with a top notch doctor. She is very friendly and a thorough tester. A lot of problems get solved through the email system they have. They have lot's of good tests.

  • My husband first went to him in January 2010 for a physical. He did a whole bunch of tests and said my husband was very healthy. He asked him to come back in August and to do some lab work before he came. In August, he told my husband that he was still anemic (this was the first my husband knew about the anemia) and asked him to do some more blood tests, stool test and an ultrasound. His office was supposed to work with our insurance company to get authorization for the scan It took them 5 weeks to get this authorization done. When my husband went for the scan, they found a kidney tumor. The Dr called my husband for a visit, and told him the scan results and only then revealed that the August tests had showed blood in my husband's urine and that he was severely anemic (haemoglobin count of 7 as of August) After going to a urologist and doing a cat scan, my husband was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma which had metastasied to the liver. Luckily we went to UCSF and got the tumors in the kidney and liver removed by surgery this December, and my husband has a good prognosis If we had known in January about the Anemia, we would have taken action much earlier. We lost valuable time because of this doctor's inefficiency

  • It went just fine. He is the medical equivalent of my dentist. I have been seeing him for 4 or 5 years. I don't recall it exactly but it was a number of years. He has got an excellent practice. It's a very pleasant place to go. There is rarely a long wait. Dr. Singh is wonderfully compassionate and is a decent person. From my experience he cares about his patients. I don't feel like I am just a number when I come in. He takes his time with his patients. He really is just a very nice man and that is a great attribute for a doctor. Primary care physicians these days are generally very busy, but he takes the time to listen and I appreciate that. I think his other patients almost certainly do too. He is an excellent doctor. The people that work for him are terrific, top notch, and very nice. The office environment is very pleasant. I feel fortunate that I found him for my doctor. I had to change to another medical plan so I had to get a different primary care physician. Actually my brother recommended Dr. Singh and I thought why not use him since he was on my plan. I am with him for the duration. I absolutely would use the practice again in the future.
