    We go directly to the dealer because we have an extended warranty. I've had Acuras for 15 years, and I just found that Acura of Pleasanton is so good in their service. I make that trip out. They charged me zero. I have recommended them to other people. Over time, I've actually seen how they've improved their service. It's pretty awesome right now, it's instant. I have recommended them to a family member that did get an Acura. So, I would just say they were Acura people too. Their just great prices for the car and just great service. I can go there and get some work done. They have free internet, free coffee, free snacks. You feel very much like home there. They really try to do that. When you drive in someone immediately comes out and get you going. That's why I go out there. Even though it's a few more miles than the one that's closer to me, it's the right one.

    I’ve never had trouble with them.  One of the key reasons I go back to them is they assign a contact person who takes care of me when I stop in.  We informally meet in an office and talk through things, no need to go to the shop floor.  They are really good about personalized customer service.  This is really important to me because of the expenses naturally involved with vehicles.

    I shopped all over the whole area.  Even though they were about $500 more on actual price, the extended warranty they gave on the car made up for getting the actual car you wanted and the guarantee with it.

    I called Jj and told him what was going on. He said that it wasn't a problem and he would tow my car (for free) and pick me up. Car was towed and Jj called me and told me he would check the car out and call me back and give me the cost to do the repairs and an estimate of how long it would take. He called back and said it would be $900 and listed each item and that it would be ready by 3:00. I told him to go ahead.

    This review is for Dave Hopp. He is the internet sales manager there. I was extremely impressed with his quick response to my interest in a vehicle I found on their web site. He sent me an email and called me by phone right away, he also set an appointment to meet with me that same afternoon. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and even worked with me the best he could on the pricing. I have not purchased a vehicle yet, I have been shopping other dealers as well, none of which compare to Dave's professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend anyone to give Dave a shot at finding your next vehicle.

    Learn from my mistake, I had been taking my Porsche through the automated car wash and started seeing swirl marks and small scratches on it, so I decided to search for a detailing company for help. DoubleTake Auto Spa stood out because it had so many customer reviews so I decided to give them a try. Let me tell you, all these rave reviews are well-deserved!  Everyone is so friendly. Sandra walked around my car and explained everything to me, she is such an expert! They paid meticulous attention to my car as they clay barred, compounded, waxed and washed it to a shine that's glass-like and for sure looked better than when I first bought it.  I will NEVER take my car through the automated car wash again.  Thanks DoubleTake, I’ll see you in 2 weeks.

    I like him because he is close to me.  It’s a walk down the street and I can drop my car.  I get my car back when they tell me.  The price was reasonable.  I think they can improve on calling me when the car is ready.  I have to walk down there to check if it is done.

    I like them a lot. I've been using them for years. I take all my vehicles there. Cost at a dealership is usually higher than cost at your other mechanic but they're reputable. If you have a problem with your car and they didn't do a correct job, they'll take care of it immediately. I've never had any problem with my car though. If it was some other person working on your car, they'd  still have to go to Toyota to get the parts anyway. They respond as soon as you drive in. The dealership to me is as best as you can get. Usually what happens is if you take your  car to be fixed in a place other than a dealership, the quality of the work isn't good or they create problems intentionally so that you can come back.

    It was too hectic. They're working too many deals at one time. You don't feel like your getting 100% of their attention while you're there. I did it through Costco, so that probably had something to do with it, because they're not going to make as much profit off of a Costco deal as they would off of a walk-in. It was about $3,000 less than the list price. 2015 Legacies are a hot item. They were making a big push, and they didn't have them in stock the way I wanted them, so I had to order it. We ended up dealing back and forth over the internet to nail down exactly how the car would be equipped, and the final price. Their big problem is that they need a bigger facility. You can hardly find a place to park your car when you go out there. It's a chore.
