    ARIANA AUTO SERVICE
I had an excellent experience with Ariana. This is my second auto body work with them. they were very professional and on time. Zabi is a nice guy and goes through the fixes that need to be done and provide the cost upfront, so that you can decide.

    JANSSEN'S PLACE AUTOBODY
They were very up front on the bid. They showed me on the computer the parts they needed to do the job. Explained what the job consisted of. The paint was excellent both times. This was on a red Corvette so I was very picky.

    ADVANTAGE BODY SHOP
The entire experience was excellent. Everything went smoothly. I appreciated their assistance in getting me a good price on a rental as I was not reporting this to my insurance company. I also appreciated the advice to call my insurance company about a crack in my windshield as the deductible for this was much less than for the rest of the work. I will definitely return if I need more work in the future.

    GILBERT'S BODY & PAINT
I was referred to Gilbert by a friend that had used him in the past. Even though he was not on my insurance's "preferred" list he took my car, told me to allow about two weeks for repair (It took about a week and a half.) and he and his staff took care of the rest. I had made an initial report with the insurance but Gilbert and his staff handled getting the adjuster's quote and haggling over getting the repairs covered entirely. Having him advocate for me with the insurance was well worth the extra couple days it took to complete the job. Gilbert restores classic cars and believes in the fine details and not cutting corners. Rather than taping off sections of the car they removed all the trim, etc. to paint. He explained that this will eliminate tape marks, thick paint lines and eventual paint peeling. The paint job is guaranteed for as long as I have the car. No corners were cut, the car looks like brand new again and he made sure the insurance company stepped up and paid for it to be done the right way. Even though he had the car longer than most places would have and because of the fine details, the price was maybe a little higher, I feel the quality of the job done and the extra time spent dealing with the insurance company is worth it in the long run. I will have this car a long time and will not worry about the paint again. I would not hesitate using Gilbert again or referring others to him.

    Wolff Automotive
Reiner has been great, he's a good mechanic. It is a one man shop at times so he can get swamped, but he gets stuff done. He does it right and stands by his work. His prices are in line with everyone else's.

    TGIF BODY SHOP INC
TGIF worked with the other's insurance company without hitch. Bumper removed: structural damage identified. Corrected bumper and frame damage without issues with insurance company. Delays were notified ahead of time except on the "last day" when TGIF's internal communications led me to believe my car was ready (turned out that a short was discovered in the fuse box, keeping the car in a state of repair for an extra day) -- I was informed about this when I did a last minute check {even though I was previously told that my car was ready by a person in the TGIF office} before driving to TGIF.

    Bay Area Body Shop
Every time I've been to this business I've been pleased, when asked they've driven me home and even picked me up when the car was done. During the last repair they finished at lest 36 hours before I expected. In every case they've been prompt, polite and done what they promised. As far as price goes most of my business with this company has been through insurance although in one case I did pay out of my own pocket for some cosmetic work to my BMW, in that case I felt their prices were fair. The shop is bright and clean, I've been walked back to see the progress on my cars when I've asked. They are very up front about what they are doing and take pride in their work. I've talked to some of their employees, they keep good workers and the owners provide health care as well as a pleasant place for a career.

    OLSON BROS BODY SHOP
This was the second time we had used Olson Bros. For bodywork. Both experiences were very good. They made everything very easy -- from taking direct payment from the insurance company to arranging a rental car. They did a nice job of detailing the car when the work was finished. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. It was as pleasant as a bodywork experience could be.

    EMC COLLISON REPAIR
The repair took a full month, way longer than expected. The representative, Mr. Homero Alvarez, was very poor in returning calls. Even going through the receptionist to remind him to call did not work. The company had trouble in getting a simple part, a door beading, the last part to go in. I was promised a one day turnaround for fixing the door beading but it took three days. When I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle at a pre-agreed time, Mr. Alvarez was not present and the receptionist could not find the car key. She eventually found out the car was not even at EMC. It arrived 10 minutes later. Now I know why EMC Collision Repair was removed from my insurer's (AAA) approved list. They were in the list when I used them a few year's back at which time I was impressed by their service. That is why I went back even though they are not in AAA's approved list. I am disappointed. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

    ADVANTAGE BODY SHOP
THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AUTO SHOP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY, AND ORGANIZED. THEY WERE SO MUCH NICER TO DEAL WITH THAN THE INSURANCE COMPANY! ABOUT A YEAR AFTER THE ORIGINAL WORK, THE PAINT CAME OFF THE BUMPER IN SHEETS. WE TOOK IT BACK TO ADVANTAGE, DESCRIBED WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY STRIPPED THE BUMPER AND RE-PAINTED IT AT NO CHARGE. PLUS THEY WERE FRIENDLY TO BOOT. THEY EVEN CALLED THE PAINT MANUFACTURER TO SEE IF THEY HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG WHEN THEY PAINTED THE BUMPER THE FIRST TIME.
