AAA Furnace & Air Conditioning Co
We had a very old furnace replaced and had AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning come out and give us an estimate. We picked AAA because they are family owned and been in business seance 1957. Rich came out and inspected the whole house, attic, number of registers and where the best place for the compressor should be. We then went into the house and he showed me all the different equipment that was available and which would best meet my needs. He was here for about an 1 1/2 hours and there was NO pressure to commit and the price was SOOO reasonable no one else could beat it. On Aug. 3rd the crew came out right on time and started to dismantle the old system, installed the new furnace, evaporator, expandable ducking under the house, the electrical and coolant lines, also under the house. All this was done in one day. The second day, again arrived on time, Miguel continued working on the furnace/evaporator wrapping everything, strengthening the furnace platform and covering every little hole that a critter could possibly get into. He was so meticulous it was unbelievable. Jorge and Alberto went up into the attic and installed all the new expandable ducking, installed a new register and put the compressor in place. Miguel then wired up the compressor and attached the coolant lines. He attached the Freon tank and let sit for 24 hours to make sure there was no leaks. Again, all in one day. Day three again on time, finished up some minor things, wired the service center and ran the system (furnace and air) for sometime to be sure everything was working to spec. Miguel also showed me how to shut the system down for the winter without using the service panel. I want to say, these three gentlemen, Miguel, Jorge and Alberto were so polite, so knowledgeable, enjoyed there work and enjoyed doing it, that it was an honor too watch them. Their workmanship was impeccable. Being a retired machinist with a QA inspector as my wife, believe me, we know good work. We highly recommend AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning for you HVAC needs.

    Everlast Construction
Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and love our renovated home. They were very responsive to our concerns and have excellent customer service. One big plus was they stayed on schedule throughout the project. There were a few times when our expectations of what was covered under the original contract did not match Everlast expectations, and we had to renegotiate those items. Given the scope of our remodel, I think it's understandable that there were a couple of hiccups along the way.

    Everlast Construction
We found Everlast Construction after a friend gave us Ariel phone number, we were looking to remodel a house we just bought and wanted an entirely in-home design and build a team to handle the project. After consulting with other companies, we were ultimately drawn to Everlast Construction because of their attractive showroom they took us, they work with amazing showroom that we able to find all of the items we needed. We are a young couple and other companies didn't take our needs very seriously thinking we wouldn't have much business to offer, but Everlast Construction treated us like we were their most important client. Ariel Baleli always greeted us with a smile, we signed the contract a week later and they began working on our home as if we were the first in line. Less than six months later we were moving into the house of our dreams and they still keep in touch with us to make sure everything is looking good and their craftsmanship is lifetime quality.

    Everlast Construction
I am an engineer in Silicon Valley and as such have been known to be direct, and some would say abrasive. Dealing with oversensitive people has always been a problem for me as I have trouble communicating succinctly simple issues without polite social protocol getting in the way. I have read a lot of the reviews here about Everlast sales people, and project managers being the same. I personally found this refreshing. Working together, we got a lot done in short order. I knew exactly what I wanted, and a good feel for how do to it. We were able to get to the heart of matters quickly and didn?t worry about any distracting conversational pleasantries. In fact, I found their employees delightful in this way. I chose Everlast because of their aggressive sales representatives and the upfront honesty I perceived in them. They could deal with me and me with them. From this beginning, I formed a relationship of trust with the employees of Everlast. We both understood each other. If, at times I perceived the construction work was not proceeding as planned, l learned the most important lesson when dealing with Everlast was this trust and patients. As time went on, Guy Hagai became my project manager and go to person at Everlast. I found him attentive to my queries, very easy to work with, and detail oriented. He kept me updated regularly with the progress of project and made me aware of a lot of the things I had overlooked ? thankfully. His management of this project relieved me of a lot of the stress I otherwise would have suffered through because this was the first time I had ever undertaken such a large project and was not knowledgeable of all aspects of its scope. Because of his years of experience in this field, with customers like me, and dealing with the many issues related to City permitting, scheduling, material selection and so on, things progressed smoothly because of his stewardship. The initial quote for the work to be done was $80K. It was to include 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen, new master bedroom, installation of tile floors, new ceilings, all new electrical, 14 new doors, complete interior painting, installation of recessed LED lights (and a lot of other incidentals ? too long to list). I was told that their best estimate for completion was to be 3 months. By the fourth month, job was not complete. I caught myself getting impatient and inquired why. Everlast informed me that due to new building code requirements, (added window egress required for new master bedroom and extra peering under removed load bearing wall) these delays were the result of City engineers being back logged for weeks as a result of the booming construction being done in the area. The delay was caused by circumstances beyond their control. What they didn?t tell me was that because of these changed code requirements, they were obligated to modify the structural design drawings, and re-submit them to the City of Fremont ? twice. They did this work without charging me extra. I know how much it costs to have this done ? between $2000 to $3000. Again, they did it without extra cost to me. But dealing with the city caused a 6 week delay ? not their fault. I can attest to this because I have dealt with the city of Fremont as well and understand how impacted they are. Everlast used the time to add features to the house I had not planned on getting - for free. I estimate the cost of these added extras to be in excess of $30K as I had long ago gotten quotes from other companies to have them done individually. In total, this amount would far exceed the loss in rent I suffered from a vacant house and delayed completion. Even after the City approved the modified plans Everlast continued to add features they felt ?should? be done. They did these things without asking me for more than the agreed on $80. Everlast did these they are conscientious, trust worthy, and were interested in doing a professional, thorough job which would satisfy me ? the customer. They accomplished this and more. All I had to do was be patient. The list of ?no added cost? additional improvements Everlast made to my property which were not included in the original quote of $80K are as follows: 1. Removal of load bearing wall and installation of glue-laminate beam and under house peering. 2. Construction of ?pass through? opening from the kitchen to the dining room for convenient inter-room access. 3. Adding motion detection LED lights in all bedroom closets. 4. Installing cedar wood flooring in all closets. 5. Wiring and installing ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 6. Installing 2 new windows to allow for egress code compliance. 7. Refinishing of all the existing wood floors in the house. 8. Refinishing of all the existing tiles floors in the house. 9. Installation of glass brick shower stalls, and entry way walls. 10. Replacing all ?under house? sewer lines from all bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room all the way up to the city line. This alone would have been a $6000 expense. They did a beautiful job under there. 11. Re-routing of kitchen gas range hood exhaust flue through attic/roof in order to accommodate an enlarged diameter pipe. 12. Removal of many walled structures within the house which wasted a lot of floor space and once removed opened up the architecture significantly. 13. Purchase and installation of hardwired carbon dioxide/monoxide detectors in every room. I found the employees of Everlast to be very easy to work with. They always had my interests in mind. I got way more than I expected and would recommend this company to anyone in need of such services. Three days after Everlast completed construction, I received multiple requests to rent the property. All who saw it thought it was beautiful. By the fourth day a rental agreement lease was signed. Everlast Construction
From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Everlast Construction! Ariel was fabulous. he helped us to create the perfect layout for a functional and attractive kitchen and bathroom. They were professional, patient and courteous through out the process. The building & installation was on schedule and done to perfection. We are thrilled with the quality and workmanship. The project took around 4 months it was very big project with a lot of details and layout changes, addition that was in 2 parts of the house, so it was just as 2 additions at same time. They work it beautifully on the entire project Ariel have amazing communication skills and we are so happy to choose him for the project, couple of years ago he did first project with us it was small bathroom that also was very well done, we only wanted him to do the rest of the work. Now our house is the most beautiful one in the street. We whole heartedly recommend the team at Everlast Construction for your next project! Thank you so much for the amazing work!

Take everything back to the studs, reassign the entire area that previously had small kitchen, small dining area. Now we will have New everything! The inconveniences this would create would be challenging, so I needed to find a contractor who understood what I wanted. After reading Yelp reviews of Everlast, I decided to give them a call. I'm glad I did. From the first phone call to the final walk-through, Ari, Gideon, Brett and the entire Everlast team handled themselves with a level of professionalism and commitment to quality I've never seen.  Our first meeting lasted several hours. I drew up some preliminary layout and shared my ideas with Ari. At that first meeting, Ari provided me with a breakdown of how long the remodels would take to complete, when payment would be due at each phase, what would be required of me (selecting tile and paint, purchasing sinks and fixtures, etc.), AND what the total project would cost. Yes...what they quote you is what you pay! This was a surprise to me because, if you've ever remodeled, you KNOW that there are always hidden surprises once you start opening up walls. Ari assured me that there would be no hidden fees working with Everlast.  Once the work began, the team did an amazing job working in our home. Two bathrooms in different areas of a condo COULD have turned into a dust nightmare. But every day, they put down AND pulled up plastic. Cleaned to where some days it looked like they hadn't been there. Once the projects were completed, the final cleaning made our home sparkle like new. project would still be completed to our satisfaction. OUR satisfaction! You'll have a difficult time finding that commitment anywhere else. Do yourself a favor. Read ALL the positive reviews others have left and trust Doobek with your home remodeling project(s). Like me, you'll be happy you did.

They were very polite, very helpful, and did a great job.  They also gave us a $1000.00 discount for doing the job right away.  For me, the overall experience was fantastic.

It all started when our 17 year old furnace started acting up. I called AAA to come and service the furnace. The technician that came out cleaned the furnace and the water heater and explained some of the issues with the furnace system. Given the problems I was facing with the old furnace, he recommended that we upgrade to a Trane higher efficiency furnace. Two days later, the same tech came and gave us an estimate and even went under the house to check the existing duct work. Three days later, a very professional crew came out and installed the new furnace, new thermostat, new filter grill and strapping of about 15 feet of duct work under the house. The crew cleaned up after themselves and also cleaned up the water heater area on our request.
