    Made an appointment online. Got there on time. Took my cars (2) for testing right away. Fifteen minutes later, they were both done. Outstanding work. Have been going to them for years now. Will not go anywhere else. No run-around, no BS. They just do their thing.

    If you're looking for a Chrysler vehicle, I strongly advise you to work with the salesman named Quoc . As a retired realtor I appreciate a good sales person. Quoc was very efficient, helpful and honest. Also Stanley Johnson in the finance department was very helpful. I had my twin four-year-old granddaughter's with me and Stanley was very tolerant and patient.

    They were finding all these things wrong with it. I said I didn't bring it in for all the things you said were wrong. The car was running good. They had the car for the day and when I went to pick it up, it was chugging and it didn't chug when I brought it in. They're trying to say I need some major work on it. Valves and all kind of major stuff. I took the car back and it's been fine ever since and that was a couple months ago, and it was fine when I took it in.  I suspecting that they put their mechanics on commission, and it kind of leans the mechanic on they want to put bread and butter on the table, so he just finds things wrong. I think these people need to let people know when their mechanics are on commission. 

    These are just my personal feelings on this and I'm not an expert, just my personal feelings.

    Every time I choose to transport a car I'm a little weary. But Hilton Auto did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and it only took 5 days to have my car shipped across the entire country. Car was in great shape. The driver was kind and respectful. Seemed to have a lot of experience. I would use them again.

    They said the total cost of service was over 7,000.00. They were trying to replace things that did not need worked on, and were trying to get more money out of us. Then we took the car to another company and it only cost $300.00 to fix it.

    Safelite AutoGlass
    To start I own a 2005 Porsche 911 turbo,
    so I am very particular about my car.  I performed some research online
    and on a Porsche forum I follow someone had recommendations  safelite autoglass.  On the forum a
    person  said you could get OEM Porsche windshield
    glass from safelite installed.
     I called safelite (toll free#) and
    asked the first person I spoke with about OEM glass, she didn't know what I was
    talking about and then started arguing with me saying safelite only installs
    their own manufactured windshields.  She insisted I was wrong so I let it
    go and decided to call them back the next day.
    The next day I spoke to a guy at safelite (toll free#)who
    said I could order OEM glass and gave me a price quote and then set an
    appointment for me the following week. 
    He said the windshield  would take
    a while to get it shipped to their install location in Irvine so my appointment
    was for the following week.  He also told me I need to go to their
    locations because Porsches windshields could be tricky and  then contacted the Irvine manager who insisted
    I bring it in.
    So... I have to drive 10 miles in traffic which takes about
    30 minutes at 1:30PM (in the middle of my work day).  When I get there they seem to be expecting me
    but then say ?the glass is still not there? and ?it shows in route?.  I wait around a bit and then a gentleman
    named Jesse offers to help.  He tells me
    it was not ordered and needed to be ordered from Porsche.  I told him? that?s what the guy who set the
    appoint said he did and that they should have called me earlier before I drove
    all they way down there? .  I
    purposefully did not set any business appointments for the rest of the day
    because I was told to schedule 3 hours for the job.  Jesse also says that I might as well go home
    and he would call me to let me know about when the windshield might come in and
    how much it would cost. 
    It seems to me nobody at safelite know
    what is going on and they are constantly contradicting each other.  Jesse did call me 2 hours later and said he
    could order the glass.  Again I though
    that is what they did the first time. 
    I am going to go with  an indepent Porsche shop and pay about 20%
    more, but they are going to get the windshield by the next day and I am
    confident they will do it the job  right.
    Just another example of trying to save a
    buck and end up spending twice as much time and energy . I guess you get what
    you pay for.  Safelite total wasted about
    3 hours of my life which is worth allot more than the $300 I would have
    saved.   I wish they would have had the courtesy to
    call me and let me know that the windshield was not there.

    I have used him for thirty years.  That is the mechanic I ran to for anything with my cars, he is the only one I see.  He is very reasonable.  My experience with him has been great.  I have known him for thirty years and He is the most honest and he is one of the best.  He just knows his craft very well.

    I submitted a request through their website about purchasing 4 tires I found on their site. I set up an appointment for the next day through the site. The next morning I received a confirmation of the appointment. I took my car down and Wade helped me and was very friendly and helpful. We talked about the tires I requested and he also asked me how long I planned on keeping my car. Once I told him a year or so, he said okay, I won't try to sell you on our extended warranties. I gave him my keys and he said it would take about 3-4 hours, which was okay since I had a ride waiting.
    About 90 minutes later Wade called and said my car was ready. I went down to pick it up, the paperwork was ready. I just paid and was on my way. The whole process from beginning to end was simple. I called other places and they either didn't respond back or were too high in price.
    I'll continue to go here and refer all my friends and family because of this experience.
