FWarren RoofingThe work was scheduled for Tuesday, December 29th. The man never showed up. He was to be there at 9 AM. By 10:30, he was still a no show. I called HomeAdvisors and had them cancel the order. This work was for our 2nd home. I had to travel the day before in order to be there when he arrived. Also, I was given two phone numbers for this person whose name I was told was Andrew.. The 1st number wasn't a good number according to Angie, and the 2nd one, the call went straight to a recording that informed the caller that a voicemail had not been set up. I was never told the name of the company. Before turning to Angie's List, my husband had called Warren Roofing. We had read they had a high rating. My husband was told by Warren Roofing that they would get back to him with a date when they could come. They never did. If this is how Warren Roofing operates. I wouldn't give them one star.- Jean H.

ACleen SolarOutstanding in all ways. Jake was responsive to my first call even in the middle of the holidays and came out to give me an estimate. I needed to have them cleaned before the next big storm hit and he was able to get me on the schedule. FI had them replace the weather facing part of my roof, even though it was only about 5-6 year old. The winds are really bad here and had multiple leaks. Had them glue down every shingle, paid extra.
About a year and half later, developed a leak. Was told their warranty is for one year. Now have developed two more major leaks, even though the roof is only about 6-7 years old.

Recent Review:
FIn the past year, on two separate occasions,our heating system failed to come on. When Design Air was called to provide maintenance for their system, they could not manage an appointment for over a week, despite the fact that we were experiencing near freezing temperatures. On the most recent incident, I explained that my husband was just coming out of the hospital with an acute case of pneumonia, but the receptionist was clear that they had no system in place for an emergency and had no suggestions about what I could do in the meantime. I called another heating company in the area and they were able to come out the following morning.
To be fair, the heating system that was originally installed has served us well for several years. It was not until something started to go wrong with the system that I became aware of their inadequate servicing policy. Despite their claim that Design Air provides maintenance , they clearly do jnot have the staff to cover emergencies as do most plumbing and heating companies. In addition, despite that we have been long term customers, they seemed quite unsympathetic to our plight. I certainly would not recommend this company to others in the greater Eureka, Ca. area.

BJob went well. Arrived on schedule with a crew and equipment to get as much work done as possible the first day. Laid plastic down along entire perimeter of the house to catch debris. Removed the old shingles and prepared roof for the new roof. Some carpentry work was done and it was done to our satisfaction. The job took 2 1/2 days to complete. Very satisfied with the work and professional way they went about their job. Did a great job of cleaning up. I can't comment on the job cost. We did not price shop. My one small concern is that the roof was installed in very cold weather. Apparently the shingles need a couple of good warm 60 degree days to lay down flat. That won't happen for awhile. We live in a forested area and I am hoping the forest debris does not get up under the raised shingles and cause a problem later on down the road. This company, so far, has been very responsive and professional so I feel confident that if I do have a future concern it will be addressed to my satisfaction. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

Recent Review:
ARobert, does the mowing every two weeks or so for our front and large backyard. He is very professional and leaves the place looking like it was being prepared for a special on HGTV. It does come at a price though. He is at least 20-30% higher than most others I have talked to.
