    I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy s9+ from Best Buy in Sherman Oaks. My salesman was Eric Beltrani, and I was very lucky he was my salesman. I was trying to decide between the s9+ and the Note 8, and Eric was extremely patient in taking as much time as needed to give me a very detailed breakdown of the features of both phones, including how each compared to the other feature by feature. He did not pressure me at all, even offering to wait until the next day for me to talk to the store's Samsung rep. so that I could perhaps get even more insight into the phones before I made my choice. I made my choice after talking to the Samsung rep. When I returned again the next day(!) to get some help with some functions of the phone, he not only did so, but even offered to set some things up on my phone which I didn't even ask him to do. Eric truly is in the category of Excellent(+), and Best Buy is fortunate to have him as a sales representative. Kudos, Eric! Share review Write an update Edit review Remove review

    Not only did he do the work requested, he took it upon himself to repair a problem he saw with the existing wiring and didn't charge for it. That's amazing!

    My only complaint is when you dial 411 for information you get an automated system that does not always give you an option you need and I have to call back to get the charge subtracted from my bill.

    FastFix iPhone Repairs
    Very helpful and Affordable! I went in one month ago to fix my iPhone 4 screen. It was $40; in addition to that I got a tempered glass screen protector for $10. Now just last week, I broke my phone screen again. Jack was able to help me out again. Only thing, if your iPhone is jailbroken, you'll just have to take off the jail break due to their screens not being compatible with jailbroken phones.

    I've had them for years. I'm happy. I can call Hawaii where my daughter lives and that's all that matters to me. It's cheap and I've never had any problems.

    TracFone Wireless Inc
    I have been happy with the service and the plans work well for my very low calling/texting/data usage habits.  However, I would not recommend Tracfone for people with low tolerance for working with Customer Service and who cannot tolerate any disruptions in service.   During the year and a half I've used Tracfone, there were two occasions where my minutes dropped to zero unexpectedly.  Both times, I had to spend a lot of time with Tracfone customer service (non-US based calling center).  The first time, it was relatively easy to get them to reinstate minutes/text/data.  However, the second time, I had quite a few minutes that went missing, and at first they told me that they would not reinstate any of my lost time.  I had to work with a supervisor and another department in order for them to reinstate my minutes, and it took three days (and probably a total of three hours on the phone).  That being said, when they DID reinstate my minutes, they gave me more than I was expecting (because they also credited me for the time I was on the phone with them as well, without my having to ask for that, which was nice).   I would say that I am a patient person, and that experience nearly caused me to cancel, but the resolution was fair, and I would stick with Tracfone because of that.  However, a less patient person would probably want to throw their phone into the ocean.

    I think the quality of the service is good, we don't get it in our house. We live right on the beach, and we don't even get service on the beach very well. Everywhere else is good. The customer service is very good, they try very hard to help us.

    We just use our cell phone. I think everybody is kind of the same in terms of the service. Their customer service is usually good, I haven't had any issues with them so far. Their price is pretty competitive.

    I think we are stuck with them and we had to renew our contract because my husband's phone got messed up or something. They are fine for all practical purposes. We've been with them since May of 2010. My husband pays the bill. We have smart phones with internet connection. As far as I'm concerned, I'm satisfied. I have no complaints. I have hardly ever any dropped calls so I'm pretty satisfied.
